I regret renting from this company - customer service is last on their list…read more Clara did not disclose the disclaimers to me when I got her estimate or even talk to me about them. If I had known I would never have agreed to rent furniture from them. They delivered the tables and chairs an hour and a half late the day of my party as my guests were arriving. Only then did I see there were many unreasonable disclaimers. It seemed purposeful that she kept that information from me during the 2 weeks we texted about party arrangements. In all that time she could not even get my name right despite the fact that I corrected her 3 times in the text. Never apologized or acknowledged that she was even partly at fault. She was unprofessional and rude. Find a new job Clara - customer service is definitely not your thing.

Shop is very clean, elegant, classy, and very lavish looking. Prices are very affordable to the quantity and the quality of the balloons. Iris, being the owner and very personable, helpful, full of creativity, imagination, professional.. took my order and gave me exactly what I have requested for my friends's son's 5th birthday party. Can't forget to mention that they have a 24 hour delivery service. I was hoping for them to also sell novelty items and flowers; but, they don't offer those products which is still ok. My friend's son was very happy with his birthday balloons and so was his mom and the rest of their guests. I was there a week ago. Don't look any further, call or go in person and see Iris with a beautiful personality. They do it all, from custom arrangements to full blown decor. It is truly a hidden gem. Established in 2014. Great pricing, very efficient, and she will make any occasion a very memorable one for you, me, them and US! Parking is tight, metered and street parking only.

I have been here many times and have not experienced any of the criticisms I see here in some of the absolutely uncalled for one star reviews. As a look at those bad reviews they were clearly written by real pieces of work, vampire customers that are used to scamming corporate stores for all they are worth. If you have a complicated task be sure to talk to the owner she will take care of you. Some of her staff are young and inexperienced however they are all nice people with good attitudes.
