They charged me $15 for 4 balloons that were each quoted to me for $1.25 each. I added one large one which was $5. Do the math and that's $10. The lady who made the balloons said they only take cash, Venmo, or Zelle. When I took out my phone to pay through Zelle, she charges it to $15. How is it $15? Her response was "taxes" with a bad attitude. No receipt was given to me either. I cannot say enough about Diana and JD Party Supply. They always do a spectacular job with our party decorations. My experience was excellent from beginning to end. Diana (the owner) listened to my vision, and also gave me some great ideas for my daughter's birthday party. She is a true artist and excellent event planner, and went above and beyond with all of my requests. She went the extra mile with her communication and effort, and I would definitely work with her again on my next event. She's full service and even does floral arrangements. Funny story. I randomly met Diana while she was setting up balloons for another event. I decided to take a chance and book her for a couple of events for my job at a middle school. IT WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! I love working with Diana and her husband. They always come prepared, and they even go the extra mile to suggest decoration tips and do little details that bring the decorations together. Their prices are fair for the amount of work they put into making it look perfect. I am delighted with their service, their products, and overall experience. BEWARE: DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! 1) They will take your reservation for chairs/tables and when you show up they can't find it and they will tell you that they are doing you a favor after you did a reservation a week before. 2) The price they give you when you show up is different from what the agreement was. They tell you $5 per table and the increase the price one you show up for pick up. 3) The lady her husband employed there and they will not help load or unload the things into your car. When asked for help they said "it's not their responsibility or problem to load it". 4) Overpriced: while there waiting for my rentals people were walking out telling her that her piñatas are over priced. She was charging $38 for a basic small piñata. The new owner is extremely rude and very poor customer service. Stay away! CUIDADO: ¡¡¡NO VAYAS A ESTE LUGAR !!! 1) Tomarán tu reserva para sillas / mesas y cuando recojes no podrán encontrarla y te dirán que te están haciendo un favor después de que hiciste una reserva una semana antes. 2) El precio que te dan cuando te presentas es diferente al del acuerdo. Te dicen $ 5 por mesa y aumentan el precio cuando te presentas para recoger. 3) La señora y sus empleado no ayudarán a cargar o descargar las cosas en su automóvil.
