I found this place on a whim just searching for a party place for party supplies for this June to celebrate my youngest son's graduation party and out of luck and the fantastic app called Yelp, I was able to find this place. Prices are reasonable; however, don't do what I just did and buy $50 worth of balloons just because it's cheap. I bought a pack of 100 plain maroon balloons for about $11 and you can guess the rates range around that price. If you're like me, you'll get lost... so have fun in there. Went in to buy some balloons for our engagement photo session. We saw others with balloons in their engagement photos and thought it looked more fun having them in some of the pictures. We've been to this shop before and everyone is really nice and knowledgeable. We were helped by PJ this time and he went above and beyond helping us and explaining everything. At this time you cannot go into the store so you have to call or order online and pick up at will call. Helium tank refills are handled the same way. Pay online then take your tank to will call and they will fill it. I have ordered product and refilled my helium tank a few times now and it has worked perfectly. The only downside is their limited hours. They are only open 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Wish they were open for even limited hours on Saturday. read more

Huge warehouse of balloons. They have balloons for any occasion that you can think of. Prices are reasonable, but to fill up the balloons their prices are on the expensive side. They also have special discounts that you can inquire about. The only issue that I had twice was that I bought packaged foil balloons and when we went to inflate them we found out that both times the balloons were cut, not even a hole or something small but a huge cut through the balloon. In both occasions they were nice enough to replace it and this last time they also inflate it for free, but even after all that it is the inconvenience of driving back and forth. I suggest you opening and inspecting each balloon before you walk out, obviously if there is a small hole you won't see but in my case it was a huge cut which I could see had I opened the package. read more

I am so sad to write this review because I have looooooved la balloons and thought I could count on them for quality products. La balloon carries a brand called North Star that is absolutely low grade in quality. They are Mylar balloons in initial and orbs which I purchased for this weekends event. I got to the event and when we were blowing knthr initial Mylar, it blew up. So I sent one of my guys to purchase another set just in case and of course they blew up again. The material was cheap and very thin unlike the anagram brand which looked absolutely pristine. I could not deliver the brand name for my event. We went to la balloons twice to purchase and exchange. One of the letters did not even have a proper hole for us to blow air in. The N's could not hold the air in. It was such a disappointment. Why would you carry products that would set your clients up for failure? My clients could not trust us, I cannot trust la balloons. read more

Bought a small helium tank, valves & a helium fill. Twice I asked them if it was pure 100% helium and they said yes. Beware- it was just air. Balloons never floated up. Waste of $500. I see reviews great if you buy ready made balloons by them. They can't cheat you on that because the balloons have to float but DO NOT buy the tank with a fill.
