My husband picked up the balloons the next day at 7pm, we set up the decor while my son slept. Birthday morning 6am my son was absolutely surprised and it was successful. What upset me is its only 12pm and the balloons are already deflating, we now have no decor for this evening for cake and gifts. I called the store and explained the situation, I was yelled at that I was told they only last 8 hours. I was absoulety not told this at all, if that was the case I would not have purchased such cheap ass heluim that obviously my photos are proof that they use. He kept being rude and I just hung up. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
