Edited review: thank you to the business manager who took the time to write back. We will def come back again another day to see how things normally run with full staff. Have a good one! Original post: We came on Sunday around 2pm. This place is under staffed. We have one guy running 2 rides and also had the responsibility of running the prize stand as well. Then there's only one worker in the front handling payment for tokens, admission/rides, and also if you're paying with credit card to buy food/drinks you'll have to pay in the front. The eating area is dirty. Tables not wiped down and the chairs are worn out and also dirty. Two workers in the kitchen and a longish line to order. If they were fully staffed, I think we would have had a better experience. The jungle gym has a hole in the wall where my toddler kid could climb through it before I noticed him and stopped him. Some of the games are broken or steal your tokens once you put it in the machine. The rides for the kiddos are nice and fun and the arcade games were great too. Two stars knocked off because dirty, and need more staff.

I love the carnival rise. You do $19 to get in and $20 for tokens and that should do you for good two hours with two children ages 3 to 5. A lot of the bigger rides in there are free to get on the grandchildren loved it we stayed for two hours.

We came to Party Jungle for a Birthday. I think it's mainly because of Blippi that we had high expectations. The place wasn't the cleanest or the most organised. The arcade itself is in need of repairs. Most of the Machines were out of order. Other machines were just eating tokens and not giving any tickets. The rides for the younger ones are a little better the kids enjoyed the train. The staff was friendly but i strongly suggest keeping the place cleaner. Overall the little ones had a good time with their friends because it was a birthday party otherwise I don't think there's much to do here. Cheers!

My 3 kids (ages 9,7, and 2) just attended a birthday party here. Let me start off by saying I have been to so many kids parties in the last year and this was by far the most enjoyable. The rides were all kids friendly and my kids loved them! Even my 2 year old! We got a few token to play some games, we noticed a few games didn't give us tickets after winning. I found the manager and he was quick and efficient and making things right. He not only offered to replace our lost token but also made sure the machines we won on printed our winning tickets. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional working the rides and other activities for the kids. I would highly recommend this kids place for parties or just a place to take the kids to run off some energy.

Our family has a monthly membership here, so we try to come at least once a month. I'm not sure what the cost is just to drop in, but for the monthly fee it's a great value. They have several rides for the kiddos, but the only downfall is there isn't someone operating them at all times, so you have to wait until a worker is finished at one and hope they move over to the ride you'd like to use. My 4 and 5 year olds love to play the arcade games that do cost extra, and there are quite a few games that are broken. Laser tag is also available for an additional fee. There is a 6 hole putt putt golf and a jungle gym play area. Birthday parties are fun and affordable here too. Food court food is meh, but it's very inexpensive. All in all this place is great for your kids, nothing fancy, but clean and fun! Staff is always nice too!

Ask the Community - Party Jungle

What are the prices?

$19.95 + tax per child for any child riding the rides, regardless of age. Adults are free. This is for all day use of our rides, mini golf, jungle gym and lazer tag (which is for kids 5+). We also offer a household monthly membership for $19.99 +… Read more

Is there anything fun to do for an 11-year-old boy?

They could still do the rides, laser tag, and playground! In my opinion, I'd say this place is for younger kids. Most kids I see here are under 6 years old.

What are the regulations inside most recently? Are masks required? Reservations?

No reservations required and masks for everyone over the age of 5. Their website has more information as well!

Why did they quit playing music at Party Jungle? We always enjoyed the music.

We feel the same way! We are working on it!

Does Party Jungle have more open days near Christmastime? We will probably be altering our plans if PJ is open the Monday before.

We are sorry, but unfortunately, we do not have any plans to be open on Mondays.

Do the rides have a height requirement? My son is 35 inches.

Only one of our rides has a requirement of 42", but parents may ride that ride with their kids. All of the other rides, the children can ride alone, regardless of height,as long as they can stay safely seated and buckled.

I have been trying to call this place all week and no one answers...I have questions for a birthday party...first are adults free?...can kids play all day and just go to the party room at the reserved time? What kind of food is there besides pizza?

We are sorry you are having trouble reaching us by phone. The park is extremely loud which makes it very difficult to hear the phone. We do call back every message. Adults are always free of charge, even with the party package. The wristbands that… Read more

Does your facility sell socks?

Yes, we do for $2 per pair.

What age range do you cater to? Would my 10 year old enjoy it or is it more geared to younger kids?

Our target age group is 2-10, so yes,a 10-year-old will have fun!

Once you have paid to get in are you allowed to leave and re-enter?

The wristband is good for one entrance with no time limit, but there is no re-entry.

Is there a height requirement for rides? Would my 2yo be able to ride on the rides?

As long as your child will remain seated and buckled, we will allow them to ride.We do have one ride with a height requirement, however parents may ride that one with their children.

Will my 5&7 year olds will be interested?

Yes!! They will have a lot of fun!

Do you have a room or space for birthday parties?

We have five private jungle-themed party rooms available for private parties

This place was definitely worth the price--under $30 per kid, plus $5 for non-slip socks. There's a great area for parents to sit and relax while the kids play, including lounge couches that were comfortable enough to actually enjoy watching them. My son played nonstop for two full hours. They also offer snacks and food. We ordered a family pizza for $19, and the kids got small ICEE drinks for under $4 each. A regular pepperoni pizza was only around $5-$6, which is a great deal compared to other kids' places. The facility was clean and had lots of different activities--not just trampolines--so the kids never got bored. It also wasn't overly packed for a Friday at 6 PM, which made the experience even better. Overall, a fun, affordable, and well-thought-out place for kids. We would definitely come back!

They have a nice place to grab some food, Starbucks, or even an adult beverage. The entire thing is situated within a complex that houses shops, a dinosaur exhibit, a UFO encounter, a center area called the boardwalk with a carousel and soon a Ferris wheel. I really enjoy the Frozen Penguin ice cream shop with its delicious treats, perfect on a hot day. Overall it's a great place to visit really enjoyed the day.

I also think it's really cute that they take your picture when you get to aquarium. We did not purchase our photo although it was very nice one. It was just a little too pricey, $30 for one photo if I am not mistaken. I personally love to go to the aquarium to see their variety of jellyfish and stingrays, and I am always especially happy when they have puffer fish. I was in luck. Not only did they have a wonderful, huge amazing display of jellyfish, but they also had the cutest display of puffer fish. I was finally able to show my daughter what they look like up close. That was pretty special to me. And even better, as I took a picture of these puffer fish on my phone, they noticed my sparkly keychain. When they saw that, they were drawn to it. They came right up to the glass. My daughter was in awe. The aquarium has this amazing rotating display. At first, I didn't know what to think about it. I didn't quite understand what it was. So of course, naturally, my family and I had to check it out. You are seated in a small auditorium. Their seats are more than comfortable, and the auditorium is very well air-conditioned. It takes you through a series of different huge displays. One of them features some of the most beautiful stingrays I've ever seen. Another features sea lions. And of course, a few feature the different fish and sharks. I have never in my life experienced a presentation like that. It was amazing. If we had had more time, I probably would've wanted to watch the presentation a second time. My kiddo isn't so young and teeny tiny anymore, but there are lots of little kids play areas at the aquarium. There is what I called the water table. There is running water that flows through there and the kids are able to use flat panels of plastic to redirect the water through this kind of maze if you will. That's a big favor. Be sure you have paper towels on hand for when your kiddo is done here. They will most likely be wet up to their elbows. It's a cute and fun way to make friends too. They are different opportunities for visitors to get more up close and impersonal with a variety of animals that they have here at the aquarium. We did not participate. One day, hopefully we can. There was so much to see. Everyone at the aquarium was so friendly. There are some Touch pools and opportunities for kids to pet different sea plants and small animals. That is always fun. One thing I had never seen before was a Starbucks inside of a aquarium. This is not just any Starbucks my friends. This particular Starbucks understands that parents need a break too. I'm not talking strictly about coffee. The Starbucks inside of this aquarium offers a small variety of adult drinks. Yes, you heard me correctly. They offered beer. I believe they also offer a few seltzers. Anyway, I thought that was pretty cool. My family and I didn't have an opportunity to actually enjoy anything from Starbucks, but we did take notice of their offerings. If you will be in the area for a couple of days, this is easily one of the better things to be able to take advantage of. If you purchased your aquarium tickets along with tickets to other attractions at the Arizona Boardwalk at the same time, you can create a ticket bundle. In doing so, you will receive a discount on your tickets. I can't quite remember what the percentage off amount was. However, we did purchase tickets to the aquarium as well as to the Museum of illusions. I think that might've given us 20 or 30% off of the combined ticket price. Definitely check it out online. It was a good deal. Parking here is free. They have lots completely around the entire boardwalk area. I really enjoy the boardwalk space. There is a large courtyard in the middle. It is great and perfect space for kids to come and enjoy lunch outside, especially for small schools that come to visit for a field trip. It really is just a beautiful spot. The aquarium and our experience at the boardwalk area was phenomenal. You must take a moment to check out the bathroom. Initially, I thought the whole little thing about the bathroom being cool was some sort of a joke or just something funny to post. But no, it really is pretty awesome. People often flock to the bathroom just to check that out. It can make for kind of a tight situation when the bathroom area is being crowded because people want to see the sharks. But, it was the one time that I could say that there were sharks in my bathroom. LOL Our visit here worked out perfectly. We came here right after breakfast and by the time that we left, it was definitely time for a little bit of a late lunch. There is definitely more than enough for everyone here.

The whole place is subpar to say the least! Closed off areas. Unsafe trampolines. ( when you jump on them, they touch the floor. Ouch!) and my daughter got hurt because of it. But wait, there's more... Here's the story that has me writing this review! I brought my 10-year-old daughter, and my 3 and 5-year-old boys that I care for to Rush on Sunday May 17th. The 5year old ( almost 6) needed to use the restroom. Obviously I didn't go into the men's restroom with him, but waited in a chair outside of it. He had to go #2! (He is in kindergarten, fully potty trained, and knows how to wipe himself. ) After about 10 minutes, I felt like it was taking him a little too long so I went to check on him. Welp!!!.... Their bathroom stall door was faulty ( the lock is loose and locks the door) so, he was unable to open the door to get in. So what happened...?!?! Yup! U guessed it!! Poop EVERYWHERE! In his underwear, on his shorts, down both legs and onto his feet. It was a disaster! It took me almost 30 minutes just to clean him. I spoke with the manager on duty, Elisa and she was AWARE of this faulty door. My baby boy only got about 20 or so minutes of playtime before the incident occurred. I had to throw everything away and we had to leave. I asked for a full refund of almost $90 but was denied. I spent an additional 15 minutes arguing with the manager to no avail. They absolutely refused to give me my money back! I'm not only writing this review to make customers aware, but I am hoping that Corperate will read this and give me a full refund. Not a coupon, not a free pass but a full refund. I paid cash. I want my cash back as I have no intention on ever returning to rush!! I am publicly asking for corporate to respond. Also I believe the department of health should be made aware of the negligence in regards to the faulty door since it was a KNOWN problem that was ignored.
