If I could give zero stars. I would. I'm gonna start off with saying that we've been coming here for years. We love it here! I used to be a nanny and brought the kids I nannied here as well. I have two boys. 8 and 3. Both my boys are on the autism spectrum who both do well out in public but also struggle as well on some days like we all do. My 8 year old is non verbal and has sensory processing disorder as well. The employees and management have always been amazing which is another reason we always come back. After today, I am canceling our membership and we won't be back which is unfortunate because both my kids love it here. The owner was in today and my experience was with the owner who doesn't see the other side very well. Who is "understanding" but isn't. Don't say you understand when you do not. My youngest was on a ride. My oldest was having a sensory meltdown ( not crying ) just about to loose it but can hold it together for a little bit of time. He had his shoes off. As we were leaving my youngest wanted to ride the train so we stopped. The owner was operating the train and was telling me my oldest needed his shoes on and I said I know, I understand. He isn't on a ride. He's standing on the other side of the gate on my side and is having a hard time. I told him ok, I will put them on him in a minute. Then 2 seconds later said no like right. I then again said ok, I will. He then looks at me, sternly says no, right now. Not in a minute, not when you feel like it, right now. I didn't do it right away and it really upset him. But what he didn't see was my oldest literally melting down over his socks and shoes being to much for him. I wanted to scream in his face but I didn't because I have self respect unlike him. Also what example am I setting for my kids if I'm rude to someone after telling people to be kind. He literally stood there until I put my kids shoes on. I'm not gonna lie, I'm pretty upset about this and I'm upset over how the owner handled something as little as shoes being on his feet after he just came out of the play area where it states socks only. Not all children are typical kids. He needs assistance 24/7 and his life isn't easy but I try to make it as normal as possible so if a child isn't wearing shoes and is on the verge of a meltdown, maybe next time you can be a little nicer to your customers. I know they don't care that they just lost a membership and a customer but I'll be sure to let all of our autism friends know our experience today. I'm extremely disappointed that an owner had the nerve to act as he did today. On top of that, this facility has never been clean. If you look at the reviews, they used to have all excellent ones but the more recent ones aren't as good. I will start by saying we did receive a full refund for our visit. The manager was very combative so I don't want to skip that part. I came with my 2 kids, ages 3.5 and 1. It's $16 per kid but we didn't realize that hardly anything is included with admissions. All the arcade games and some of the ride on games are extra. We tried the climbing gym area. Unfortunately my daughter was chased by a little boy to the point that she was sobbing by the time she came down the slide. After one go through, her socks ( which we purchased there ) were dirty. We tried the train and elephant. My 1 year old cried on both of them. There really was nothing else for him here. We found a lot of the arcade games you had to pay for were out of order. Here's where it gets awkward. My daughter wanted to play a game where typically buttons on the ground light up and a corresponding sound of music alert you to the button being lit alerts you it's lit up. The machine made no sound so she never knew when to look to step on a button. After the game, my mom alerted the manager that the game was broken. She came and said no its not because it still gives out tickets and lights up. Okay so I'll its not working properly but still working. Oh well. So after the lady argued it was working , my mom said okay well I'll guess I'll write a review so people know about your broken machines. That's when the manager went nuts and asked us to leave. She literally told us to leave because we complained. She refunded us on the way out. This place is a rip off. Hardly anything that isn't an extra cost and it's not that clean. First time at Party Jungle with my 5 year old anxiety, ridden grandson who freaks out on rides by himself. However, a highly skilled, friendly employee, Haley stayed with him every step of the way. She turned his fear into confidence as she stayed right by him when he was on the rides! The owners truly care and went out of their way to make my grandson's experience fantastic! With that said, by the end of the afternoon, he was going on the rides all by himself. Come to think of it, the entire staff was amazing. You can actually feel that they all cared! There was so much to do, from arcades, to rides, crawling ball pit & play area, ladder tag, and goofy golf! Party Jungle had it all. We will be back! If you are wondering what to do, wonder no more. It's a nice little place for the kids to play around in. It has about four small "county fair" type rides, a very miniature golf course, small fun house, and a lot of money guzzling game machines...but, smells very dirty! Looks dingy, more like. Affordable family fun for everyone. Had a birthday party here in year's past. The only problem is that some of the games do not work correctly, and management doesn't have a knowledge of the fact that they are broken or something because many are not marked out of order and eat your money. We joined the membership and on our first visit noted bounce house area was dirty and in need of repair. Purchased tokens and several of the games ate the tokens and did not print tickets. Claw games grab the prizes then shake them till they fall off the claw. Kids were not having fun and crying. We went to the desk which had one person at the desk checking in people, redeeming tickets and answering phones. We waited several times until the kids were just not happy, and we went home. Limited staff noted and had to run multiple rides. Attempted to cancel membership over the phone as I am not local and I was told I need to come in with ID to cancel. I am not happy with the services received and Manager Mike was very rude. I called last month to cancel and left my name and number and got charged again this month. We used to come here years ago and it was managed well and kept up but it seem like they are just running it down. I am disappointed and will not return. read more

This past weekend we had celebrated my son 2nd birthday at Party Jungle and let me tell you their service was perfect!! So friendly , happy, helpful all of the above! Thank you to Ariel! She did such a great job hosting! She answered all my questions was so nice to my guests. She was so helpful with setting up and helping me with anything I needed! Thank you to Rommel as well! He was so kind and helping all my guests get on the rides! Rommel let my son pull the train horn and my son was in awe. Thank you to the manager Micheal! He was on top of everything when booking and answering any question I had. This was definitely the most easiest party I ever had to plan! I can't thank this place enough!! Thank you thank you!!! I really wanted to love this spot: My daughter and I saw it on Blippi and was so excited to come. Most of the staff looked like they were hating their lives. It was obvious they did not want to be there. There were a couple exceptions of employees who really did try to be positive and upbeat however and I don't want to discredit them. Overall, it made me feel like we were a nuisance trying to get help for rides. I just got home after taking my 3 year old granddaughter to the Party Jungle for her first time. She loved every minute that she was there and didn't want to leave. The were some very nice girls that were a little older than her that helped her in the Jungle Gym climbing area each time she climbed through it. I got to meet several very pleasant parents and grandparents. All of the employees were very helpful. I signed up for the monthly membership, for 20 bucks, I can take her back as many times as I want to every month and no extra fees for parents, etc. I did this a few years ago with my grandson and it worked out great. It's a fun little get away from the heat for the family especially for kids 8 and under. They have carnival rides, an arcade, and a (worn out) jungle gym. My son is 3 and has a blast here ever time. Employees are very patient and friendly with the kids. I wish they could fix up the jungle gym a bit but other than that it's a nice place to take your kids. The first time we came it was a blast. Second time, 2 of the 5 main attraction "carnival" rides were out of order and maybe 75% of the arcade games and token rides were too. It definitely didn't feel like we got our money's worth and was a bummer 'cause my 3 year old was excited to spend his birthday here. It would have been nice to receive a small discount or even a free set of tokens to make up for how many things were broken. If it had been our first experience I probably wouldn't return, but I'll give them another shot in the future and hope everything is working again. I went here today with my 5 kids ages 1-8. They ALL had a blast! The rides were fun for everyone, the play zone was excellent for toddlers but all of them played on it, the games were fun for ages 3+, and the prices are worth the fun for sure! All the staff was super friendly and helpful! No forced masking, clean and tidy, and only 1 thing was out of order which happens at any arcade you visit. So.......I came to this place for a birthday party. I was definitely NOT impressed. My friends rented a "party" room plus the chance for the kids to play on the rides. The room had a time limit of an hour and price for everyone was $300. You can't bring balloons for safety reasons (we didn't know that before hand). The place wasn't too packed, which is good. Kids appeared to have fun, the place was clean and the staff was very friendly / professional. I gave it three stars for the customer service, the cleanliness and the kids appearing to have fun. The time limit is what kills it for me as to why I only gave this place three stars. The kids had to rush to eat because of the time limit. read more

Great find while we were on holiday break. Admission is less pricey than other activities in the area. Really cute little rides for the younger age group, a bouncy house, and lots of arcade games. I appreciated that the tokens were a good value and most games are one coin. They also have a food stand, laser tag, putt putt and prizes for the tickets from the arcade. There were some out of order games and some rides you had to wait a bit for an attendant to come by. Overall the kids thought it was awesome and that's all you can ask for. read more

Took my grandsons here for the first time yesterday. It was fun! My grandkids are 3, 4 & 8. It was mostly geared toward the younger 2, but the 8 year old liked the laser tag and arcade games most. The food prices were VERY reasonable, which nowadays helps a lot. All together with about 4 hours of fun at Party Jungle, food & drinks, it was about $100. Not bad at all. The coverage charge should be different depending on the child's age as there isn't that much for toddlers and the very young to do there. Do not go here if you are trying to find something for your baby that is under 2 years old because this place isn't for them. It's actually a really cute place with different rides, laser tag, jungle gym and miniature golf all included in your fee of $8.95/kid. However, my 15 month old just ran around the place dropping and picking up her golf ball. She didn't care for the rides, the jungle gym had big kids so it so it wasn't safe for her and she obviously couldn't participate in laser tag so we really spent $8.95 for our baby to run around. We should've just went to the mall or park, but when she gets a little older, we will come back! read more

We have been coming since January 2019 and wish we knew about this place sooner! When we first started coming our kids were 1 year old and 4 years old. It was perfect for those ages and even now they still love it! Before I talk about this place I have to mention the staff! They're the sweetest staff we have ever met and you truly feel welcomed from the moment you walk in until you leave! Kylie, David, and Melissa are the sweetest and I could say so many good things about them! We feel like they truly care about us and our kids and I'm sure others feel the same! They have a monthly membership which is 100% worth it! For 10.99+ tax a month to get unlimited visits for your household is a steal! Take advantage! They have rides, a playground, and arcade games. A little bit for everyone in the family. Adults and children have fun here! You do need to purchase tokens to use the arcade games and get tickets, which then you can redeem for prizes! Please don't be afraid to tell staff if a machine eats your token or tickets! They're more then happy to help! The also have a food court which inexpensive food which tastes great for what it is! My kids love the cheese pizza, grilled cheese, and french fries! I love the chicken strips and fries! You can also bring you own lunch to the eating area. The place is well taken care of as well! If you haven't been here in a few years... you really should go back! I took my daughter 4 years ago and we were very unimpressed. But then i heard that it had been taken over by new owners. We met some friends there and immediately decided to sign up for the membership- it's the best deal in town. Today we went there for a friends birthday party and I was blown away by the service. They handled absolutely everything! The service was incredible, and the adults could actually sit back and... have adult conversations. The kids had a blast- there are so many different activities. It was a mixed age group of kids and nobody was bored. Melissa checked on us several times and could not have been more accommodating. I later looked at the price for the parties, as we were just guests for this event, and it is well worth it! Everything taken care of by their staff, food was great, kids had a blast, and the best part... no cleanup! We will definitely be hosting birthday parties here going forward. read more

So much room for improvement. First, they do not answer phone calls and their voicemail box is full. So the only option is to send an email but even still they won't answer half of them. I wish I could say nice things but the whole planning experience was awful. They are quick to call you initially to take your non-refundable deposit but then after that as someone else had already mentioned in a previous review "radio silence". If they are not going to respond to all of your emails or questions, then at least build on the FAQ section on the website so customers have all of the information. A friend of ours who was deciding on whether or not to use this venue was so frustrated with their lack of communication ended up driving 25 miles to the location to get their questions answered. Then ended up not throwing a party there. Having being stuck with the deposit, we went through with the party. The actual party turned out great. Our party host was friendly and so were the workers bringing out the food. They were a positive experience. I did however hear during the payment part of the party from Michael, the manager, say to our party host "they better leave a decent tip. They were here for a good amount of time." Not sure if he was referring to our party or someone else's but I felt that that was pretty unprofessional or maybe he even said it loud enough for me to hear so that I would leave a decent tip. This is also the guy who barely responded to my emails. Yes, a manager said this. After reading some similar reviews on Yelp, there seems to be a pattern. Like I said, the host, Jana, was great and the kitchen staff and ride operators were super friendly but the management needs a lot of work and improvement. That seemed to be the consensus shared from some of our party guests who have used them and never returned. Beware, fellow customers. Please take this feedback into consideration if you're considering this venue. You may also have this terrible experience and you shouldn't have to. I went with this venue because they priced below the others, but you get what you pay for. I would have happily paid more somewhere else. Lesson learned. PS. Blippy should take his video down of this place. They don't deserve this type of exposure until they make some management/operational changes. read more
