We celebrated our grandsons 4th birthday here at Party Jungle. It started out fine BUT THEN when pur time waa up in the Party room they literally kicked us our. Then we got to stand around while the kids played games. STAND. NO SEATING. Unless you're a "Member" then you are allowed to sit in the ONLY chairs that arw provides in the Cafe. Mu husband recently had back surgery and needed a place to sit. Nope! He couldn't sit in there. No other options were given. The manage and owner said "you'll need to leave if you need a place to sit". WHAT? Who does that? Also no strollers for babies to sit/sleep in, they ruin the floor they said. Absolutely no outside water allowed. This place will not last for long with management/ownership like that. $300 for 3 large terrible pizza, juice boxes and a party room and some tokens. We come here often. Twice for birthday parties, and we have a monthly membership for the kids. We (STILL) love this place. its huge, and the kids (little and big) have a blast. In my opinion, def better than chuck e cheese or peter piper pizza (who own each other now BTW). Yes sometimes some of the games dont work, but 1.) 95% of the game DO work, and 2.) they have WAY more games than any other place. Original post: We came on Sunday around 2pm. This place is under staffed. We have one guy running 2 rides and also had the responsibility of running the prize stand as well. Then there's only one worker in the front handling payment for tokens, admission/rides, and also if you're paying with credit card to buy food/drinks you'll have to pay in the front. The eating area is dirty. Tables not wiped down and the chairs are worn out and also dirty. Two workers in the kitchen and a longish line to order. If they were fully staffed, I think we would have had a better experience. The jungle gym has a hole in the wall where my toddler kid could climb through it before I noticed him and stopped him. Some of the games are broken or steal your tokens once you put it in the machine. The rides for the kiddos are nice and fun and the arcade games were great too. Two stars knocked off because dirty, and need more staff. read more

I love the carnival rise. You do $19 to get in and $20 for tokens and that should do you for good two hours with two children ages 3 to 5. A lot of the bigger rides in there are free to get on the grandchildren loved it we stayed for two hours. read more

My kids and l absolutely loved this place! It was fun, had a lot of rides and activities for them to do. If we lived anywhere close to this place we would totally have a membership here. The good: The staff are super friendly and kid-oriented. I really appreciated their involvement in going the extra mile to make kids smile and have a great time. The owner even was super visible and present running the rides. He was very kind and l appreciated his presence on the floor vs. behind a double mirrored window (just stating that some owners have nothing to do with their patrons, which thankfully isn't the case here). I could tell he really cares about his clientele and the experience they have here. He wants everyone to have a wonderful time. It's not too big of a building and therefore not overwhelming, but has plenty to do that my kiddos after an hour wanted to stay and do more. My kids however are aged 3 & 6 at our time of experiencing Party Jungle. It's been about a month since visiting and they still talk about this place and want to go back! I loved that there was an area for food as well. Though we didn't partake in the food, if we were to return l would try it. But our time this visit was extremely limited and l wanted to make sure the kids got to have as much fun as they could. Many places like this (Chuck E Cheese, l'm looking at you!) have a lot of games to play but not really rides. This place has a lot of rides, games (for a nominal extra fee), and also a play structure, which really ticks all the boxes for kids of this age. The stuff that could be improved: I had two issues. One was the cleanliness, it has been stated on countless other posts, and it has a reason to be mentioned. This place needs a bit more TLC in the cleaning department. Also, a few game machines just took my tokens but then didn't play. They played fine but if the token didn't trip the sensor, it was just eaten by the machine and no play was given. This happened to me about 3 times on two separate machines. Machines need to be serviced better. Would I come back? Definitely! Like l stated earlier, I wish we did live closer. We may move to the area in a year. Time will ultimately tell. But if we do, we will definitely become members here and frequent this fun place more often. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with kids! What a gem for the Phoenix area. I wish we had such a cool place near us (in northern San Diego)! read more

We came to Party Jungle for a Birthday. I think it's mainly because of Blippi that we had high expectations. The place wasn't the cleanest or the most organised. The arcade itself is in need of repairs. Most of the Machines were out of order. Other machines were just eating tokens and not giving any tickets. The rides for the younger ones are a little better the kids enjoyed the train. The staff was friendly but i strongly suggest keeping the place cleaner. Overall the little ones had a good time with their friends because it was a birthday party otherwise I don't think there's much to do here. Cheers! read more

My 3 kids (ages 9,7, and 2) just attended a birthday party here. Let me start off by saying I have been to so many kids parties in the last year and this was by far the most enjoyable. The rides were all kids friendly and my kids loved them! Even my 2 year old! We got a few token to play some games, we noticed a few games didn't give us tickets after winning. I found the manager and he was quick and efficient and making things right. He not only offered to replace our lost token but also made sure the machines we won on printed our winning tickets. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional working the rides and other activities for the kids. Our family has a monthly membership here, so we try to come at least once a month. I'm not sure what the cost is just to drop in, but for the monthly fee it's a great value. They have several rides for the kiddos, but the only downfall is there isn't someone operating them at all times, so you have to wait until a worker is finished at one and hope they move over to the ride you'd like to use. My 4 and 5 year olds love to play the arcade games that do cost extra, and there are quite a few games that are broken. Laser tag is also available for an additional fee. There is a 6 hole putt putt golf and a jungle gym play area. Birthday parties are fun and affordable here too. Food court food is meh, but it's very inexpensive. All in all this place is great for your kids, nothing fancy, but clean and fun! Staff is always nice too! read more

Went in with my MEDICAL SERVICE ANUMAL. They said I could not go in. Considering I need him to alert me if I'm going to pass out I had to leave. Not only is it against the law to turn away a person with a disability. But horrible to put someone in that position. I had documentation and credentials for dog but he wouldn't even look. read more

Kid vomits on the indoor playground...apparently the staff doesn't own a mop bucket...bunch of teenagers in blue shirts sprinting back and forth with paper towels. The grand finale is watching the manager literally watch two grown adults shouting at each other about to start a fist fight in a kids indoor playground establishment without telling either party to leave or call law enforcement... should I keep going? read more

Went there for a birthday party, and the concept is great (especially since we saw it on Blippi) but OMG it is absolutely DISGUSTING inside! The amount of dirt, dust and grime should be a health department issue. All of the arcade games missing pieces and seriously so gross to touch. We came here over a year ago and it wasn't a great experience (no workers, rides broken, dirty etc) BUT all that has changed. Every ride and arcade game was working and clean. PLEASE READ ALL: I came here with my daughter November 4th, 2022. I wasn't impressed. Dead quiet, not many people, dirty, most of the stuff wasn't working and one of the staff looked like they absolutely hated their job. I didn't care for this place but then, my daughter wanted to go back almost a year later I would say the November 26th, 2023 and there are definitely some changes made FOR SURE. There is NEW MANAGEMENT and NEW STAFF. The place is 100x Cleaner, Staff was so polite and Friendly. From the people operating the rides, to the cafe staff, we felt welcomed, accommodated, and valued. Like we weren't just another customer. Some games did have some issues, but it was simple fixes that they were able to fix and then it was working just fine. We just had to ask for assistance, and if they weren't able to fix it they refunded the token that we lost. Very few games were actually broken, they just needed assistance. Bathrooms were clean, cafe was clean, I saw the rides being cleaned periodically, the playground was pretty clean from what I could see, and the the trash cans were a little dirty but that's normal at least to me, also a couple scuffs on the floor. Overall, I felt great having this turn around with the park and am ok with my daughter coming back. I would say, give this place a chance and make the decision for yourself, in my opinion they are affordable, especially the cafe, and it's really a great place for younger kids to actually enjoy themselves without the worry of older kids not paying attention and trampling over them. read more

Lots of fun here for several years, but they've been on a decline for a while now. Sad to watch. More and more rides and games out of order that don't seem to get repaired. Today, our young girls were not able to play any games because they were out of tokens. Severely understaffed to the point that only one ride was operating at a time. And now, they want to charge us $19.99 per month (as opposed to $12.99). So... an increase in cost, but a decrease in what we're getting for that price increase (less games working, less rides available, no tokens). We're having a hard time justifying that, and we'll probably cancel our membership next month. Too bad, our kids had fun here for a long time. read more

My boys (6 and 4) had a fun time playing the arcade games and climbing on the play structure. The rides are cute and more suitable for younger kids (my 6 year old is close to aging out of the rides). Like other recent reviewers said, so many of the arcade games are broken - felt like half of them didn't work! The staff is helpful and friendly. We have been coming to Party Jungle for several years and have almost always had a great experience. Both of our children have had birthday parties here and we've had a membership as well. Unfortunately on our most recent visit, things weren't great. We noticed a large number of games were out of order, but even the ones that were "working" continually had issues with eating tokens or not giving tickets. One of the rides seemed in need of repair as well. The food section was under staffed so there wasn't any hot food available and the card reader at the cafe was down. We still love Party Jungle but I'm not sure we'll be as quick to return as we have in the past. read more

The rides are in disrepair, many games were broken and ate coins, and toddlers are not allowed to be accompanied by a parent. Climbing equipment is in disrepair and dirty. Not enough staff working so kids have to wait for staff to finish other rides as many ride attendants are working multiple rides. The inside of the park is hot and stuffy as they are not cooling the place enough for kids and adults to be comfortable. Parents beware! Do not sign up for monthly subscription. They charge a full month fees even if you signed up middle of the month. You must cancel in person or they charge the next month's fees and do not offer a refund. My 2 year old was afraid to go on rides alone and was intimidated by older kids on the climbing structure. Went to cancel monthly subscription on Monday July 31 but they were closed on Mondays and Tuesday, so I wrote the manager about cancelling. Went in Aug. 2 to cancel since this was the first day after the month began they were open, and the manager would not refund the charge that went on my credit card on a day they were closed. Facility is not worth the money. There are better indoor amusements parks out there. read more

I was a chaperone for a class field trip that came to Party Jungle and we had a great time. The owner and staff had such great attitudes and genuinely made the experience so much better. Well, I have been trying to book a party for 2 weeks now. I emailed the person the website said to, got a quick reply asking for my phone number and then radio silence. I emailed 3 times after that and every time I call the phone number it just rings and goes to a full mailbox so I guess we will book our party elsewhere. Pretty disappointed because I thought this was a cool place but not being able to reach anyone for 2 weeks does not bode well for a good party experience. More than Half the games were busted or took coins without playing a game , there was one employee operating 3 rides which left kids bored and wanting to leave . The place had games from the 90s that have yet to be serviced or replaced . This seems like someone got all the stuff from jungle Jim's in mesa brought it here and tried to recreate it with out updating. It was sad to see this had the potential to be fun .
