BEWARE - this place charges your card for 90 days without any communication. We asked Michael the gm about cancelling and he lied and withheld this info. Then when we asked to cancel he said, "sorry not for 90 days" it was a total bait and switch. I NEVER leave reviews like this but this place needs to be shut down.

Edited review: thank you to the business manager who took the time to write back. We will def come back again another day to see how things normally run with full staff. Have a good one! Original post: We came on Sunday around 2pm. This place is under staffed. We have one guy running 2 rides and also had the responsibility of running the prize stand as well. Then there's only one worker in the front handling payment for tokens, admission/rides, and also if you're paying with credit card to buy food/drinks you'll have to pay in the front. The eating area is dirty. Tables not wiped down and the chairs are worn out and also dirty. Two workers in the kitchen and a longish line to order. If they were fully staffed, I think we would have had a better experience. The jungle gym has a hole in the wall where my toddler kid could climb through it before I noticed him and stopped him. Some of the games are broken or steal your tokens once you put it in the machine. The rides for the kiddos are nice and fun and the arcade games were great too. Two stars knocked off because dirty, and need more staff.

I love the carnival rise. You do $19 to get in and $20 for tokens and that should do you for good two hours with two children ages 3 to 5. A lot of the bigger rides in there are free to get on the grandchildren loved it we stayed for two hours.

We came to Party Jungle for a Birthday. I think it's mainly because of Blippi that we had high expectations. The place wasn't the cleanest or the most organised. The arcade itself is in need of repairs. Most of the Machines were out of order. Other machines were just eating tokens and not giving any tickets. The rides for the younger ones are a little better the kids enjoyed the train. The staff was friendly but i strongly suggest keeping the place cleaner. Overall the little ones had a good time with their friends because it was a birthday party otherwise I don't think there's much to do here. Cheers!

My 3 kids (ages 9,7, and 2) just attended a birthday party here. Let me start off by saying I have been to so many kids parties in the last year and this was by far the most enjoyable. The rides were all kids friendly and my kids loved them! Even my 2 year old! We got a few token to play some games, we noticed a few games didn't give us tickets after winning. I found the manager and he was quick and efficient and making things right. He not only offered to replace our lost token but also made sure the machines we won on printed our winning tickets. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional working the rides and other activities for the kids. I would highly recommend this kids place for parties or just a place to take the kids to run off some energy.

Ask the Community - Party Jungle

    What are the prices?

$19.95 + tax per child for any child riding the rides, regardless of age. Adults are free. This is for all day use of our rides, mini golf, jungle gym and lazer tag (which is for kids 5+). We also offer a household monthly membership for $19.99 +…

Is there anything fun to do for an 11-year-old boy?

They could still do the rides, laser tag, and playground! In my opinion, I'd say this place is for younger kids. Most kids I see here are under 6 years old.

What are the regulations inside most recently? Are masks required? Reservations?

No reservations required and masks for everyone over the age of 5. Their website has more information as well!

Why did they quit playing music at Party Jungle? We always enjoyed the music.

We feel the same way! We are working on it!

Does Party Jungle have more open days near Christmastime? We will probably be altering our plans if PJ is open the Monday before.

We are sorry, but unfortunately, we do not have any plans to be open on Mondays.

Do the rides have a height requirement? My son is 35 inches.

Only one of our rides has a requirement of 42", but parents may ride that ride with their kids. All of the other rides, the children can ride alone, regardless of height,as long as they can stay safely seated and buckled.

I have been trying to call this place all week and no one answers...I have questions for a birthday party...first are adults free?...can kids play all day and just go to the party room at the reserved time? What kind of food is there besides pizza?

We are sorry you are having trouble reaching us by phone. The park is extremely loud which makes it very difficult to hear the phone. We do call back every message. Adults are always free of charge, even with the party package. The wristbands that…

    Does your facility sell socks?

Yes, we do for $2 per pair.

What age range do you cater to? Would my 10 year old enjoy it or is it more geared to younger kids?

Our target age group is 2-10, so yes,a 10-year-old will have fun!

Once you have paid to get in are you allowed to leave and re-enter?

The wristband is good for one entrance with no time limit, but there is no re-entry.

Is there a height requirement for rides? Would my 2yo be able to ride on the rides?

As long as your child will remain seated and buckled, we will allow them to ride.We do have one ride with a height requirement, however parents may ride that one with their children.

Will my 5&7 year olds will be interested?

Yes!! They will have a lot of fun!

Do you have a room or space for birthday parties?

We have five private jungle-themed party rooms available for private parties

The animals are clearly well cared for, and there's so much to do for kids and adults alike. You never get bored because they're always changing things up, adding new experiences, and giving you a reason to come back. They have some really unique fish, including piranhas, which I believe are only legally displayed in a few places like Arizona and Florida. You can even swim with some of the fish if you're looking for a memorable experience! And don't skip the shark tank bathrooms--they're absolutely fintastic! They also have a Starbucks, and for the adults, they even serve alcohol. Whether you're visiting with family, on a date, or just exploring on your own, there's so much to see, learn, and enjoy. My husband and I went last week for a fun date. It was the very first time we were able to pet the Sturgeon fish! You definitely have to really reach all the way to the bottom, my entire arm was in the tank. I like that they gave all the touch exhibits a "touch break" so the animals did not have to always be stimulated via human touch. The touch breaks are quick and as soon as it is over, they let you go right on in after washing your hands of course. I was most excited for the jellyfish exhibit. This has always been my favorite part of aquariums and the new exhibit did not disappoint. I haven't been back since all the jellies were in one single tube. They have gorgeous new jellyfish and I loved all of the exhibits for these creatures. The rotating exhibit has changed and there are not as many fish nor sea turtles anymore but I am glad we were still able to see the ones that were in the exhibit. The octopus also has a new bigger tank that I was happy to see, even if the octopus was hiding. I truly recommend coming here, especially for a family day with little ones!

Upon entering, the floors throughout much of the facility were covered with food, crumbs, and various debris. While I did notice employees vacuuming certain sections, many of the main play areas appeared to have been overlooked and were noticeably unclean. What was even more concerning was the condition inside the jumping and play areas themselves. There were scattered food items, including chips and pieces of pretzels, throughout the equipment. I also observed what appeared to be used, bloody Band-Aids within the play structures, which raised significant concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Additionally, in the play area designated for children ages six and under, there was a graphic drawing of male genitalia visible underneath part of the structure. This was particularly disappointing and inappropriate for a space intended for young children. Cleanliness, safety, and regular monitoring are essential in any family-oriented entertainment venue. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the facility during our visit fell well below expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements more thorough cleaning and inspection procedures to ensure a safer and more welcoming environment for families.

And informative signs are posted throughout, educating visitors about the conservatory and butterfly care. Visitors are given a butterfly guide in the beginning, but some of the butterflies fluttered their wings so quickly nonstop, it was sometimes hard to identify. The big blue one (blue morpho, I believe) looked like a bird as it soared in and out of the plants and overhead. There were so many butterflies in the air, on the leaves and flowers, they even had signs noting how you could get them to land on you as well. The random music in the background wasn't too loud. At some point, the Harry Potter theme song came on, and what an enchanting vibe in the conservatory! They had bees in there too (behind glass). Once you exit the butterfly conservatory, there was much more to see. The Rainforest reptile gallery included awesome turtles (like the mata mata turtle camouflaged with the rocks), snakes, and even amazing axolotls on display. And the Tropical Waters room was delightful to view, with fish, stingrays, and more. There was also a gift shop, cafe, and vending machine selling edible bugs. It's the perfect activity if you prefer super active games over logic/puzzle-style rooms (though there's a bit of that too). Here's what makes it stand out compared to the similar spaces that have been popping up in the Valley: - Physicality: I'm a workout junkie, and I was *sweating* in every room we chose. There are less intense games, but we really loved running around in the Mega Grid and Grid, rapidly throwing balls in Strike, and shooting Hoops. - Tech: The responsiveness is amazing. The thermal cameras are shockingly accurate in the Laser rooms, so you really have to sneak like a spy. The Grid rooms also capture the colors you're standing on with no time delay. - Multi-game rooms: Love that you can choose between multiple game options per room (ex: Asteroid-style vs hitting the right colors in Strike), and there are both cooperative and competitive mode options. Keeps the experience fresh even if you go often! - Leveling up: Games can get INTENSE the more you go back. You can advance to higher levels, and your progress is saved from previous visits. If there's no one waiting for the room, you get the option to continue playing to the next level after you pass. - Individual scoring: The mix of cooperative and competitive games means everyone gets their own wristbands and user profiles to rack up points. You can trade points for prizes like keychains, basketballs, extra time, and even Apple watches and PlayStations over time. The only downside is this space is a bit costly compared to similar spots ($28 for only an hour). Weekends seem crowded all day since there's only 13 rooms, so the frequent rotation can add up -- we were usually spending one minute in, one minute out of rooms once it got super busy. But the level of cardio, constant fun no matter how many times you go, and responsiveness really make it worth it for special occasions or outing with friends. Really recommend this experience overall!
