William in the office was amazing with my husband's questions. Darin who came to our home was professional and patient with my questions so I could update my husband. I would highly recommend Partridge to anyone. We were blessed that the repair could be done in the same day's visit. Thanks Darin again. You are certainly an asset to the company. read more

Partridge well drilling of Jax Florida came out to look at my well and fix issue of no water. They pulled the cap up and pipe was not connected to well head cap, it had broken free and fell into well. I appreciate them finding this out for me because I didn't know anything about wells. They tried for around 3 hrs to retrieve fallen pipe so that new pipe could go down well in it's place. They were unsuccessful but still charged me for their time x 2 persons, even though 1 man talked on phone some of the time. My bill: $780. They told me next step was to dig new well at around $5000. Front desk told me that none of my initial 780 paid would go towards new well bill. I had to ask because I am close to poverty level. I bought a pipe retrieval gadget online, built a temporary 10ft tall stand for my boat trailer winch and hooked that pipe 40plus feet down on my first try and brought it up with my granddaughter cranking up on the winch and me clamping pipe and cutting then reattaching device. They should have been able to grab the thing and pull it up - if I could with no experience especially when they bill at $125/hr each person. That's like master level wages. read more

Well pump was broken Mr.Partridge came out the same day and fixed it for a fair price.

After five years of reliable irrigation service, my well needed some minor repair. My technician, Fred was out as Hurricane Ian was moving into central Florida. The rain didn't seem to bother him. Glad he was able to fix the pump when he did. I'm sure Partridge was busy after the storm passed. Fred also got me signed up for scheduled maintenance. Again, thanks! read more

Professional, high quality standards, name brand parts and the best price. Partridge has been servicing my wells since 2009, only a decade. I love the fact you can reach someone on the phone. They have been doing this over 100 hundred years. I have attempted to stray to other local well companies... I always circle back to Partridge, no need to waste time THIS is the company you want to get the work done. If you are a wheeler dealer, you are not going to have fun here. They don't play THAT game. There are NO discounts, the price is the price, after research with OTHER well companies even trying to buy the parts myself each time something comes up, their price added to their commercial and longevity of experience have just been the best. If you have friends or family in another company fine, but you wont get better pricing or service anywhere else. read more

My sprinkler well pump tank had a defect and was longer working, so I contacted Partridge for a repair. They came right away and replaced what had to be done in a timely manner. The price was right too. The young Mann was very professional, polite and did the job in very little rime. read more

I have a periodic service contract with them. It is obvious that they have not been servicing the pump even though I have been paying them. I opened up the points box shortly after they replaced my air tank. The points were corroded and rusty and neglected. read more

We started having issues with our well and called Partridge Well Drilling. In fact, over July 4th, we didn't have water at all and they came out on the holiday and got us back up and running. The had drilled the original well, so they knew everything about the well. It was 17 years old and we needed a new one drilled. To just sum up our experience with them? FANTASTIC! They were great, kept us informed and showed up when they said they would. All of the people we dealt with were very friendly and super helpful. Very highly recommend them! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Partridge Well ..... A) Fair Priced and most importantly fast workers....no loafers or laggers here B) Extremely Knowledgable - they will diagnose whether the problem is your well pump, your pressure tank, well, pin holes in the lines.....whatever it is they will narrow it down and fix it. C) Rarely a wait time, appointments are early or on time D) Over a 10 year period I have only called them 3 times.....I will never call anyone else. E) Last technicians were John and Scott - excellence is rare but you guys certainly fall into that category!! Canon's in Palm Valley read more

I live in St. Augustine and had about 1 foot of water inside my home as a result of Hurricane Matthew. My artesian well was impacted as a result of the storm and was bubbling water from the ground into my yard as well as my neighbors at an alarming rate. It was an emergency. There were not any well service company's in St. Augustine operating during this time because the city was so torn up. I called Partridge Well to come out to take a look. The service man came out and put a temporary plunger in the well to stop the flow of water. All told, that took him about 10 minutes to do - if that. HE THEN CHARGED ME $540.00 FOR THIS. He didn't even 'fix' the problem since he didn't have the equipment to do so. Rather, my uncle and his work partner had what was needed to fix the leaking well. It is my recommendation to not do business with this company. They knew I was in a tough spot, and needed my well fixed. They knew no other well service company could come out to fix the problem. They took advantage of me and the situation I was in. GOUGED! read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. They came out at the request of my realtor to find a well head for a home sale. They gave us a quote for one man and sent two before we knew it, charging us double the quoted amount. They also left the yard with holes you could put your foot into and moves walking stones along the house, putting them back with a huge sag in the middle. Then when I called them on it, they said they would come back to fix it but would charge me. Ridiculous. read more

Didn't get service from Partridge Well Drilling Co., but have to commend their commitment to customer service. Called the day before Thanksgiving re: well pump repair. Not surprisingly, their technicians were already booked. The woman I spoke to said they needed to serve their established customers first--what a great attitude to hear!--but was very sympathetic. She already had names & numbers of other companies who were open, ready to give me, & that's what I really appreciated. Would definitely call this company again! read more

Called them early in the morning they were out right after lunch. Fixed out well issue! Everyone was polite and it didn't cost an arm and a leg so thank you! read more

AMAZING Help via a phone call!! Thank you Thank you!! Husband called this Company, out of the blue, it came up on our Google search for "troubleshooting well issues" ... we are in Ramona, CA (San Diego, CA) and we are 100% on well water, spring quality, and a week ago, husband changed the storage bladder tank and then felt that he should go ahead and replace the pressure switch "thingy" (sorry I don't have the proper item language down) and we kept getting a pulsing/hammering pressure thru our lines as we turned on the water at sink, flushed toilet...yadda yadda. Did we get a defective pressure switch? Husband called this company ... they immediately pu the phone and then directed him to a knowledgeable guy who answer his question, telling husband to set the pressure at 25 not at the 45-50 that he had set it to. BINGO!! That was the problem... OMG... you folks are AMAZING and you saved us sooo much well grief and worry. You are the best...thank you THANK YOU!! read more
