On the day of the service we received a text that stated our technician's name and the that they were on their way. When he completed the job he rang the doorbell again and let me know the different ways we could pay: invoice via email, check, CC, etc. All in all it was a quick and painless process.

Tim has been an absolute nightmare to work with- After having my product installed, I noticed that…read moreit was a "HydroGuard HDGT Series." I asked the installer to leave the package (as I assumed serial number was there) and he wouldn't. This raised an enormous red flag. I was told I was getting a commercial grade reverse osmosis system by the brand "AQUA DOCTOR" with a ten year warranty. I immediately googled the installed product, and it was available for $249.00 online! I recognize there are costs to a plumber and a counter top installer, insurance, but I paid 999.00!!! I called Tim immediately, concerned the installer switched the product out, but he assured me that my product was not the one online and was what the salesperson sold. I asked for the 10 year warranty in writing, the serial number, and the product batch number, and it has been complete radio silence. ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE- reporting to the Florida Better Business Bureau. UPDATE 3/5: Reached out to Danny the original sales person TODAY and he confirmed that the brand is Aqua Doctor (today, product was sold and installed on 2/25). When I sent this to Tim, he replied "It was the salespersons first day"and "I didn't know you were perfect...." I mean is this a joke, two weeks later your salesperson still thinks its an Aqua Doctor? Tim also said their company does not keep any record of serial numbers for products installed (which is insane) and he couldn't provide it. He said it was on my product and it is up to the customer to mail in the warranty. Would be nice to have the original packaging with the pamphlet to do so.... but what company installing anything commercial grade with a 10 year work warranty doesn't keep accurate records. This is REAL MONEY! I'm a pregnant woman drinking lord knows what because this company has no idea what they put in my house.

Wow! From worms to wonderful. Ken and Danny are amazing. I had worms and parasites in my water to…read morethe point that my entire household has been sick, poisoned by the city water supply. When Ken received my service request for water filtration, he was visibly disturbed by what we were dealing with and personally came first thing in the morning to address the issue. Ken educated me that simple filtration was not enough, that by trying to filter something like this you actually just create a breeding ground for the parasite/bacteria. That can be seen in my washing machine filter that just acted like a catch bowl for them. He made it clear that I needed a complete treatment system to kill everything before being filtered. Ken assured me he could fix it and provide me with amazing water. He did not disappoint. My water is now so good you can drink from the shower or even the toilet tank. Taking a shower in it is like nothing I have ever experienced, the feeling is beyond description. You must feel it for yourself to understand, and to that point I tell everyone that comes over to take a shower because it is life-changing. Shampoo and conditioner are not even needed. As for drinking it, wow! Voss water is pond scum in comparison. You have not had bottled water this good! Even our ice cubes from our cheapo ice maker come out clear. This is truly a mind-blowing experience in a great way. Because the water is so clean our toilets, faucets and shower heads stay totally clean; no calcium, no redness, no toilet ring, ever!
