It was a two day project. After the first day, everything seemed well and tested just fine. Unfortunately, around 9pm there was an issue outside, not with their new work, but with an older existing section of pipe. I turned off the main and texted them. They got back to me right away and offered to come out immediately. I told them it was okay to wait until morning. Not every job can go as perfectly planned, but how a contractor responds to issues is what matters most. The next day, they fixed that problem and finished the rest of the job by 11am. They even helped me with a sink drain, which was not part of the original quote and was somewhat complicated. They didn't charge anything extra it and I am super grateful.
