He does more Grandpa time these days and enthusiastically gave us the name of St Augustine Plumbing. We called in the morning and a father and son team swung by a few short hours later. They were very sweet and knowledgeable and showed us where our main drain cleanout is on the front yard. They also showed us what to do if we have the same minor symptoms and not a bad spill. They could have pulled out a bunch of equipment and performed a bunch of theatrics and charged a lot of money - but they didn't. I really respect and appreciate these guys and their work ethic and highly recommend them to anyone else experiencing the washing machine/toilet gurgle.

I was asked $600 to run a snake in the toilet but no guarantee that it would be fixed, and if not, Cody had no idea how to fix it and even less how much could be cost. Since it seemed unreasonable, I said I was going to check other opinions and asked for the cost to fix the faucet with low pressure water flow, it was a 5 minutes fix. If I would do the toilet/snake, then he wouldn't charge for the water flow, so he would have to charge me for their visit fee of $160. Called the young lady to complain that she never told me about any visit fee, she just apologize and said the fee is actually $140... Wasn't only ripped off by this company, I was also robbed by their employee!

Within an hour Jeremy 1 responded and assessed the leak from within the tank itself, non repairable..I then contacted AO Smith as he advised it was still under warranty and Kehle could obtain a new Unit, obtain a permit and install the next day for a labor only charge. After agreeing on a competitive price, Kehle handled the rest, obtaining a new water heater, permit and install in less than 24 hours. The installer, Jeremy 3, yes more than one, lol, arrived at promptly at 830 am ready to install. As I watched, Jeremy 3 meticulously removed the defective water heater and replaced with the new one. I noted that the install was much more professional and secure than the original by the builder. He was assisted by Jeremiah, an apprentice. I wish I could give more than 5 stars as I was totally impressed with the professionalism, promptness, quality of work and value for the hard work of the plumber and the office staff....

It was a two day project. After the first day, everything seemed well and tested just fine. Unfortunately, around 9pm there was an issue outside, not with their new work, but with an older existing section of pipe. I turned off the main and texted them. They got back to me right away and offered to come out immediately. I told them it was okay to wait until morning. Not every job can go as perfectly planned, but how a contractor responds to issues is what matters most. The next day, they fixed that problem and finished the rest of the job by 11am. They even helped me with a sink drain, which was not part of the original quote and was somewhat complicated. They didn't charge anything extra it and I am super grateful. I am very happy with their service and would HIGHLY recommend them to other homeowners. They are definitely the "go to" plumbers for St. Augustine. Special shoutout to Chris, Corey, and Cameron.
