My 18 year old HVAC died 3 days ago, I called Mike (the owner of Seabreeze) about 4pm that night…read more 45 minutes later he was knocking at my door. He explained that because of the age and condition of my system it would be a waist of money to make any repairs. I agreed. He gave me a very reasonable quote to replace the inside and outside unites with a top of the line 15.3 seer system and he could install it within a day or so, or as soon as me could order the equipment. 2 days later, he showed up at 7 am and went right to work. He had the new system completely installed and up and running in 2 1/2 hours. My wife and I were very impressed with Mike, He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend "Seabreeze" for any HVAV work. Peter Lescak, Palm Coast, Florida...

We were very lucky to come across Mike at Seabreeze Heating & Air Conditioning in Palm Coast, FL…read more Our AC was over 12 years old, was rusted out, coils were beat up and it no longer could hold refrigerant so it was time to find someone who could install a new heating and AC unit. First of all, prices out there really vary and many of these people out there do this hard sell for high priced units. Well, Seabreeze stuck to the facts and did not try to upsell us into something we didn't need (like some of the other companies). They were extremely responsive and to top that off, they had the best price!! I kept reading that installation was key to a unit of any make lasting for a long time. Mike and a coworker came over - took out our old AC, cleaned up the area and then installed this beautiful AC unit. Excellent work, excellent price and I feel very lucky that we found this company. They are A+

Beware! Powell Heating & Air is not concerned about their customers and only care about how much…read moremoney they can get from you. I paid almost $7000 in full to them to install a new ac unit in 2025 (a year ago) and I am already having issues with the system. And thats not the alarmingly part. Since my first phone call to them to ask if it's covered under warranty...they have treated me horribly. They charged me $109 to come out to be able to tell me if it's covered under warranty. Then the technician said I'd have to wait to hear from the office. Then when I called the office, she said she had to wait to hear back from the technician. Then I was told that only the technician has the pricin, not the office. Still no word on if the parts are covered under warranty. Then I'm told that the labor will be $226 and I have to pay 1/2 of that upfront before they can order the parts...that now are finally confirmed are under warranty. All of these phones were over a course of over a week. Then I'm told that I can pay $159 for their annual maintenance plan and that would give a discount on the labor for this job. And that if I do, I will be a "preferred customer" so that I am put at the top of list for them to come out a service my ac needs...otherwise I will have to wait longer then other customers, since their "preferred customers" come first. The fact that I just paid them almost $7000 a year ago has nothing to do with it. They clearly do not stand by their paying customers unless of course, you are willing to pay even more to get it. The whole incident has made me realize 2 things. One- Powell Heating & Air is no longer the reputable company they once were. And Two- I should have used Donovan Air instead because they are professional, honest and kind.
