I have never heard any one of the hotel staff ever complain about her when I pick her up. I've dropped her there several times, even around some busy Holidays they did their best to accommodate Brenda. I really appreciate the effort they've taken in scheduling, it's been quick and efficient. The prices are also fair here. It won't cost you an arm and leg to board your cat. They also take time and engage with you cat so they don't get to lonely or homesick. I don't have any dogs, but love seeing their Doggy Daycare which is closely attached to the Pets hotel where I go. His hair was long, and we specifically like to keep him fluffy. I showed the groomer a photo of the exact style we wanted -- a fluffy "teddy bear" cut -- and clearly stated that if they could not achieve that look, to please keep his hair long. I dropped Benny off at 9:30 a.m. and was told to return in one hour, which is typical for his usual groomer. When I called an hour later (after realizing I had missed my other dog Teddy's appointment and apologizing to the groomer scheduled for both dogs), they weren't even finished with Benny. I assumed the delay meant extra care was being taken. Benny was not ready until 1:45 p.m. -- over four hours later. When my husband picked him up, he looked like a completely different dog. His hair was completely cut off. It looked nothing like the photo I provided and was nowhere near the fluffy teddy bear cut I requested. It was extremely disappointing. What concerns me even more is Benny's behavior afterward. He is almost one year old and has been groomed regularly since he was a puppy. He is normally energetic, confident, and affectionate. When my husband picked him up, he was shaking and visibly nervous. Even two days later, he seems timid and withdrawn -- which is very unlike him. It makes me question how he was treated during those four hours. I understand that grooming salons get busy. However, communication and following clear instructions are basic expectations. I left my dog there trusting he would be cared for properly. This cut cost $110 -- more than the $85 I typically pay at a private boutique groomer who consistently does an excellent job. The quality did not reflect the price. I will not be returning. I only booked here because our regular groomer did not have availability that day. That was a mistake I will not repeat. Very disappointed.

I'm find myself spending at least an hour in here because the staff love to show off their little critters and it's such a fun environment to be in. I've seen the store progress exponentially in the last 6 months. It's much cleaner and more organized every time I visit. I can tell the staff really cares for its animals and the local pets in the neighborhood.

The shelves were dirty and looked like they hadn't been cleaned or organized in a long time, which didn't inspire any confidence. The selection was really limited, and even basic items were hard to find. The employees also weren't very welcoming or friendly; no greeting, no offer to help, just an overall cold vibe. What bothered me most was how sad the animals looked. A few of them seemed stressed or lethargic, and it was honestly heartbreaking. I love supporting neighborhood businesses, especially ones that care for animals, but this place needs serious attention and improvement before I could ever consider coming back.

The store was clean, well organized and had a lot of services available. There was the standard treats, toys, food and accessories, but there was also a self serve pet washing area, and a pet play area/ training area. Unfortunately, someone was training while we were there, but from what it looks like, when there isn't a training session you can let your dog into the area for a but. We ended up buying some treats and toys for our dog after walking around the store a couple times and letting him sniff around. The staff was friendly and it was a nice way to kill some time while we waited for an appointment.

My dog had diarrhea and vomiting all night after ingesting the collagen with beef jerky in it. I tried returning the remaining 3 of this product that made my dog sick. Told by another sales associate to get something else as exchange. I chose a product that was safe for my dog but this was $6.99 and the ones I was returning was$ 8.99. I was returning 3 and replacing with 3 that was less amount. Sales person and her supervisor, L said I would only get 32 cents back. Sales person said I can get a 4th one free. I said I wanted to an exchange and didn't want the 4th one. L said it's not the company's responsibility that my dog got sick on their product but it was my fault to give it to my dog. I asked to speak to a manager. L said that her manager, D was at the other location and I should go there to speak to him. When I asked when he will be at the location that I was having the issue then she said it's company policy that she cannot give out his schedule. She shoved back the 3 products that I was trying to return and slapped a customer service information card on the counter and told me to handle the matter with them. I told her to process the return and got $21 plus some cents back which is what my original intention was before getting talked into doing an exchange. I spoke to manager D and he immediately told me that L is one of his best employees. Later he did say he will talk to her about customer service. He said it's company policy that they cannot do a prorated exchange on the buy 3 get one free promotion. Beware about the fine print that they don't tell you about "the exchange " transaction on the buy 3 and get one free business. The company is not responsible if your dog gets sick on their product because every dog is different and it's your responsibility for giving it to your dog (even though they highly recommend this product) said by L.
