We stopped in last Sunday 8/16 - we spend at least $500 every month or so on supplies - and Kitty 911 was there. There was a huge sign saying "ADOPT ME" on a cage with a little white kitten, so my wife watched the kitten for a while and then asked to hold her. We have been looking for a white kitten. The person she asked must not have liked my wife for some reason, because she snatched the cage away and announced that the kitten was "not available". She seemed to be in a hurry to get it away and said something about "medical issues". I went to talk to her (I didn't get her name, but she is tall and has curly blond hair) and said we were interested in seeing the white cat. She said that it was not available and had multiple medical issues. I asked her what the issues were. She was taken aback and after hesitating, said that she had seen tapeworms at home that morning and that they didn't have any medicine to treat them at the store, so she needed to take it back home. This is despite the fact that there was an open Banfield Pet Hospital literally 100 feet from where we were standing, who undoubtedly had deworming meds in stock. Also, why would you bring in a kitten with tapeworms to an event like this when a single flea might pass it along to the other cats? This was all just gaslighting. We are usually happy to see Kitty 911 and we even adopted a Russian Blue from them at this PetSmart a few years ago. I really don't understand why this one person was so angry and rude to my wife, but she certainly made us both feel very unwelcome. I think that the manager at this location might want to reconsider having Kitty 911 on site if they are making their best customers consider if they want to return, or at least interview the people that show up and interact with PetSmart customers.

So cuddos to you guys for this! When you get inside the establishment it's very clean and you can see where stuff is at really quick. Love the choices they have for pet treats. One thing for sure is that they do need more customer service we are here to see about a pet adoption but it seems like they don't want these pets to go to homes. We have been waiting to hopefully hold one to see if I get a reaction from it but still nobody is helping us. Well we have been decline to adopt suki it's okay no worries it was probably not meant to be. How ever we did adopt 2 tabby cats from joybound rescue it was buy one get one we took the brother and sister so we are happy and blessed to welcome 2 new family members I did go back to this store to get my kitty supplies and I'm happy to say that I'm happy with everything I bought. Now I won't drag this I will say it I will continue to go back for all my pet supplies and needs but will not go back for pet adoptions it just seems like they are not thinking of the kittens/ cats for people that want to give them homes. I can just say petsmart do better have someone that can rehome these kittens/cats or animals that are wanting to get out of that cage they are in.

They are always busy--cleaning tanks, feeding fish, helping customers, stocking the floor, never have I seen anyone just standing around. I have been to multiple other local fish stores in my couple of years of fishkeeping experience, and some are gross and dirty, some are just ok, and some are downright sad. So I'm happy to drive all the way here to be guaranteed a clean, welcoming environment. (I will always choose a family owned shop if there is one, and you should too!) The fish & plants they have in stock change constantly (follow their Tik Tok to see the latest arrivals). They are always super helpful in choosing which fish & how many to get, which can be in a tank together & which ones shouldn't. They helped me pick out a whole new tank & all the accessories I'd need based on the kinds of fish & style of tank I was looking to set up. Their aquascaping table with measurements on it is super helpful to get an idea of tank layout for your rocks & wood pieces. Their example tanks (sand waterfall & a beautiful planted community tank) are fun to look at for ideas. I have been back multiple times now, for both advice & purchases. I have also called with questions & every single time, they have been great. They actually answer on social media too. I highly recommend them & honestly will always be stocking my tanks here moving forward. I guess I'm a "regular" now too, lol. 10/10!

I hope The Animal Connection with do the right thing by transition to rescue-only and partner with local rescues to help get animals adopted who needs homes, and stop buying/selling any animals from breeders/breeding mills. An hour later Lindsey, from Pet Food Express Customer Service CALLED ME! Wow! Now, that's beyond any expectations I would have had. I loved that the person at the store level contacted Customer Service on my behalf and that Lindsay then called me. I find placing computer orders a bit overwhelming and so they really took care of getting me the items I needed without my having to work hard to get that accomplished. It was tricky because he was in between sizes on a couple of the brands. she stayed with me the whole time and was patient with my dog and with and in the end, we found a great harness to fit him. Keep him safe and it even looked great! not only did she fit him for a harness she gave me tips on how to make sure it's properly fitted how to keep him safe and even commented on his disposition and how cute he was. be happier about the experience and was very impressed by how out of the way Carrie went to make sure we were taken care of. thank you so much for doing a great job and going above and beyond. All staff seemed to be well trained in how to approach dogs and make even the most skittish/anxious ones feel comforted. The cost is also very affordable.
