Parking lot / mural in back of establishment.

I stopped By this adorable place Friday at 240pm (on a whim and 20 min prior to closing) and love the concept. A homemade pie is always much appreciated in my tummy any day. The place is on the corner of a busy intersection so Parking is in the back of the establishment. I love the mural in the back. Plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. Handicap friendly. Inside is nice and cool, very old school diner like and you immediately get greeted for help and the gal was super sweet and answered my questions despite being 15 min shy of closing the place. I was saddened by the pie shortage so this speaks volumes of this place already and totally understandable being close to closing. Banana cream and their weekly special, berry sugar cream was available alongside broccoli and veggie quiche for the savory. I got the berry and veggie and took it to go. I had the veggie quiche for supper. Yummy! It was chock full of fresh veggies. I,then, ate the berry cream for dessert and it was very good! I love the buttery crust (no artificial taste at all, they don't use shortening). The berries were fresh and the sugar cream was great. It reminded me of an Indiana sugar cream pie with berries on top. It took me back to my childhood days when my grandmother made a pie like this. Ahh! shucks, that impresses me because this is good pie, folks. Not store bought pie (no offense intended but hopefully you get what I'm saying here). Yes, definitely check this place out if you got a soft spot for pie like I do. You really won't regret it. I can't wait to go back and try the other fruit pies.

I'm such a huge fan of this place. The pies are great. I'm crazy about their quiches, especially when they have chorizo available. BUT my absolute favorite are the chocolate brownies. These are the best brownies in town by far...and yes I've had the famous local ones

A delightful local spot for PIE! Also available are coffee, quiche and brownies. You can order a whole pie. There are weekly pies with seasonal offerings. They close by 3 most days and noon on Saturday. If they sell out, they close early that day. Hint, get there early if there's a special item you really want.

This place has been our go to for quiche brunches and cherry pie. They sell out quickly (after eating them it's obvious why ) so Inrecommend placing an order to make sure you can get a whole quiche. We have had incredible customer service and the shop is clean and cute!

Tried our second pie today. On our first and only visit i bought 2 pies. Yesterday we tried the butterscotch cream and i wrote a review .. have to say none of us were impressed. We gave the other half away since we didnt like it. We all felt was lacking in flavor. Didnt taste like butterscotch. Today we tried the second pie and it was a world better. The chocolate pie was delightful rich and sweet. We all loved it. Based on this pie i would come here again to get the chocolate again and try something else ..another pie, quich, ect. In all fairness cant say either pie was better than that of mahaffeys in Dayton.

YUM, my boyfriend bought a 'buckeye' pie from Partial to Pie and I loved it! I have been meaning to try this place out for the longest time. We love fresh, homemade with love desserts and that is exactly what this place offers up to its customers. While I wish they had extended evening hours so it would be easier for me to access while working my 9-5, this was still a very special treat and a fun local Dayton spot to experience :)

I came for the apple crumb and coconut crème. The apple crumb was sold out. I got the chocolate pie instead. As pictured the slice had a hair on it. The coconut crème is pretty good. The crust is nice. I also tried the baklava, but it wasn't that great .

After multiple friends recommending this pie shop to me, I finally stopped in. I arrived around 930 and my selection seemed somewhat limited so I highly recommend going early in the morning if you want a full selection. Everything in the case looked delicious but I choose a piece of apple pie and a piece of the Classic Meat and Potatoes Quiche... The quiche was delightful! It was light and packed a lot of flavor!! I would definitely get it again!!! In fact, it makes me want to try all of their flavors. The herb crust was sooooo good! The apple pie has a nice topping that mixed well with the not overly sweet apples in the pie. I was pleasantly surprised that it was such ab even balanced filling! This place is awesome!! You have got to try them if you are in the Dayton area!

Bringing a bit of English Ambiance to the Midwest, visitors love Central Perc's popular Afternoon Teas, served from 2 to 4 p.m. The tea menu changes seasonally and Mike is meticulous about steeping tea for five minutes, and instructs new customers about how to approach the imposing three-tiered stand of Afternoon tea goodies of sandwiches, scones and pastries, saying, "Begin at the bottom, and work your way to the top. If afternoon tea is not your thing visit and enjoy breakfast with a friend or come have lunch. You will not be disappointed.

    1. Cash or venmo... not sure who pays for food with a check but these are your only options…read more.... and no signage at door.. 2. Not friendly place and no service. You need to know how the operate bc they are not going to help you. You need to get your own menu and place your order at counter. 3. Ordered the afternoon tea. Took forever to receive a pot of tea and we had to wait while it seeped at the table. Took over an hour to get some finger sandwiches. 4. Several tables came in after us and were served and finished before we got the tea. 5. Cucumber sandwiches were the best. The other sandwiches are basic, no flavor, very bland. Scones were dry and the desserts are store purchased. Watch the lemon, it tasted bad. 6. Never checked on us to see if everything was good. We have been to so many tea rooms all over the country that I guess I expected better. Very disappointed.
