I had been going to Partial to Pie every sense they've been open. 80% of time I got a Brownie and two scoops of Ice Cream, heated. I have always been satisfied. However, the last time I went there and ordered a Brownie Alamode. there were a few in the same place. (Simply the Best Brownies.) However, that wasn't the case this time. The young woman that brought the pie too me, "Said that it's a little soupy. I looked down at it and noticed the ice cream was a little more melted than usual. I reasoned she just left it in a few seconds to long. No big deal. when I got to my table and took a bite of the cream and brownie, I was shocked! It wasn't done, not even close. It had the consistency of brownie batter left in the Frederator overnight. I usually go in before breakfast, so I'm hungry. If it wasn't for the ice cream, I would not have been able to choke it down. As I said, I was hungry and left in complete shock. I just couldn't believe Meria would do something like this. She makes 10 brownies every morning. I can't believe my brownie was the only one that wasn't done. I had to go home and take in what just happened. I know Partial to Pie is not hurting for money, they do a very good business. I was lost as how to put this together. So, I went back and had Peach Pie alamode. While I was paying my bill, Maria approached the counter area. I asked her what was with the brownie. Maria quoted me a time frame that she she bakes them by turned her back to me and walked away. I perceived her as being very indigent. I had the feeling before Marie new they weren't done before she put them out. Otherwise, one would think Marie would have asked me, what was wrong with it. Partial to Pie has a wide assortment of fresh and flavorful pies, both standard varieties and some unique combinations, e.g. with one with mango. I've tried mixed berry and apple and can't say enough about the quality! I pre-ordered the apple for a family party and sorrowfully sent the leftover pie home with my mom. My advice: go early or call and reserve your favorite because as the word spreads, customers increase and the pies disappear. You can eat-in or take the pie home. If six stars were an option, that would be my rating! Go Marie! read more

Pies are delish with a tasty, buttery crust. My faves include the BLT (bacon, leek, & tomato) quiche, the blackberry, & banana cream pie. Items sell fast so get theirs early or you can call & ask them to hold whole pies/quiches for you. They use local vendors when they can. There is coffee (Reza's Roast) and tea to go with the scrumptious treats, that you can take to with you or enjoy there at one of the quaint dining tables. read more

First time at Partial to Pie this morning, and I will definitely be going back. We tried the mixed berry and cherry pies and a piece of meat and potato quiche. We stopped in and tried the peach, apple, & cherry pies. First, the crust is amazing; crisp, flaky, & delicious. The apple pie had a bit too much spice for our personal taste (you couldn't taste the apple over the spice), but the texture of the apples was perfect. If you love strong apple pie spice, this one is for you. I do wish they made a less spiced one, because I'd definitely buy it. The peach pie was delicious, but honestly, it paled in comparison to the cherry pie, which was the best I've ever had anywhere, and I've had a cherry pie for my birthday every year for over 40 years. . It was packed with slightly tart cherries in a sweet filling that made for the perfect flavor balance. If you like pie, this place is definitely worth going out of your way for! read more

In my first interaction with this business, I submitted a special request for a dairy-free, gluten-free mixed berry pie to surprise my wife for her birthday. The owners informed me that they have not previously created a pie with these specifications, but that they were willing to try. It was a remarkable first impression to be greeted by such openness to my request, as well as their overall friendliness and promptness. The pie exceeded expectations. Truthfully, I could not taste or tell that the pie was dairy- and gluten-free. It was rich, full, and tasty. I am very grateful for this first experience at the bakery. Great product but they run out a lot or are closed. Being it's not my side of town and I have to go out of my way to get here I won't be coming back. There are other choices. I do call ahead but both times was told they are well stocked which was not factual. read more

Attempted to place a pickup order this morning. I called at approximately 7:15 AM. wanted 6 slices, only 2 the same. Also a couple of brownies and a cherry pie pocket. I wanted to pickup later this afternoon. I was told that was too much to order to pickup later. It was for our anniversary and for a friend that is recuperating from knee surgery. I have ordered holiday pies and mini pies from here. I also have just stopped by and picked up things. The last time I ordered mini pies I also wanted a couple of slices and brownies. I was told I had to call back the day of pickup and order those items. So I thought I was following the policy only to be refused. I even called back and then was asked if I wanted to speak to the owner. I should not have to speak to the owner to place a pickup order. I am a cosmetologist and talk to a lot of people. I have recommended your establishment MANY times. I will never order or recommend you again. You not only lost me and my friend as customers. I really enjoyed the pies and quiche. The atmosphere is quaint, nostalgic and chatting.

The veggie quiche is one of the yummiest things I've ever eaten. The crust on the quiche & pies was gorgeous & delicious. Loved the mango peach hand pies too. I can't wait to go back! read more
