Anyway I mostly came here for their desserts! When I first walked in to the store, I was a little turned off by the smell inside of it. But I went in anyway because I wanted to try this place out. Their display case was a little lackluster so I settled on some cookies. They were pretty good. There were five or so varieties of cookies. But I guess because of the name, Chantilly Cream Dessert Shop I thought there would be custards, cakes, or maybe even cream puffs here. Not pies, cookies, and shortbread cookies. There wasn't any cakes on display for you to buy a slice either. This is more of a café with some desserts. There's sandwiches, soups, and an even bigger menu on the weekends.

Earlier this week I purchased a variety of flavored cupcakes (Red Velvet, Caramel, Lemon, Andes, Strawberry, Banana Split) and all of them were AMAZING. My favorites were Andes and Banana Split. The cakes and cookies are the best you will ever have. I was disappointed that they wouldn't accept an Entertainment Book coupon I had. I don't understand how Entertainment printed coupons for them erroneously. How does that happen? But, they don't overcharge for their cakes or cookies. They are very reasonably priced so the fact that I couldn't use the coupon wasn't that big of a deal.
