Commercial Services was the fourth company we called--but the first to get everything working properly. To be clear: they were not responsible for the original install. We were referred to them through Trane, and they've been exceptional from day one. They came out in the spring and got every component of our system running correctly. They returned today for our seasonal checkup, and everything continues to perform as it should. Their technicians are skilled, courteous, and honest. They show up when they say they will, communicate clearly, and take pride in their work. While I did pay for their services, I was happy to--because they actually fixed the problems and treated us fairly throughout. After dealing with multiple vendors who couldn't get the job done, Commercial Services has restored our confidence. I needed our water main back on, the girl on phone said she can send someone OR my crew can turn it back on "either way". My crew turned it on. Hours later I get home and realize my basement is flooded and ceiling busted through under the shower. Riverway owner was horrible on the phone to me!! "Your crew turned the main back on so legally I don't have to pay for this!" Terrible tone and attitude to me so my husband then took over. Riverway refused to pay for the service master cleanup/fans and has now ghosted us! All over $3,000 worth of repairs. I've texted owner multiple times and he will not respond so we have to pay for it ourselves. I'm telling everyone I know to never ever ever use Riverway!!!!
