Siracha wings on the right, garlic wings on the left

Took a bit of an adventure to find this place but I made it. I accidentally went on Fat Tuesday so it was a bit crowded but manageable. I couldn't discern if there were servers so after looking around confused I went to the bar where I asked if I order there. The bartender's tone wasn't the friendliest and I ultimately ended up at a table with a server. I ordered 5 siracha wings and 5 garlic wings and they came out in decent time. The wings were cooked just the way I prefer, well done and the sauce was pretty even. I did not taste much variation in the sauce flavors. The blue cheese was amazing and added even greater flavor. Overall, wings were worth trying and if I returned I would diversify my sauce choice.

Where are some of the best wings that you didn't know about? Right here at Par's Place. It's a small bar/restaurant in Fairfield. The environment was kinda cool with lots of interesting decor hanging around. The service was extremely lackluster with the bartender that acted as our waitress giving us the absolute minimum of attention. The food however was spectacular. The Loaded Nacho appetizer thing was amazing as it came with black olives, jalapenos, seasoned beef, Monterrey cheese, and sour cream. Needless to say lots of layers of flavour here and their salsa that was on the side really stood out as well. My wife got what their equivalent of an Italian Grinder and really enjoyed it. But the wings were the star for me. I got an order of half hot bbq and half Dragon's Breath buffalo version. Both were absolutely fantastic. The bbq werw the perfect combination of sweet bbq flavour with just the right amount of heat added in. The Dragons Breath was quite hot but had tremendous flavour with it. All were well cooked and decent size. All in all 5 star food with 2 star service so we'll split the difference at 3.5 stars which we'll round up to 4. But their service needs to be upgraded big time.

    Best wings around!

The service has picked up. NEVER had a bad meal here! Chicken bacon ranch pizza is divine!

Server pleasant and attentive. Beer cold. Food deplorable after waiting over 45 minutes to get it.

This was my choice for my birthday dinner and it was a good one. Service was top notch. Genuine smiles from the hostess, waitress, and the man who brought the warm bread basket. The waitress was cheerful, communicative, and she timed everything just right so the meal was perfect in every way including pace. The cocktails are works of art and well worth the prices (which are not above average). I included a picture of the two that we enjoyed. We got the arancini appetizer but asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side...which is my recommendation. It's actually very tasty and peppery and I think I'd love it on a salad. The arancini were excellent, golden brown and nicely put together. My husband had filet mignon done to perfect medium rare and I furthered my Italian food fix with the Campanelle Salsiccie. Sausage gravy was delicious though I thought there was a little too much sauce. House made pasta. Fresh grated Parmigiano cheese was a lovely addition. I took half my pasta dish home as I was so full. Generous portion! And, they knew it was my birthday and presented a complimentary tiramisu which was nice and light and so good. I hope to be back before too long. Great place for a very fine meal, and highly recommended.

Myself, my husband, our 11 month old baby, and two of our sisters went out for dinner to celebrate mine and my babys birthdays, which are next week. We knew we needed a bit more space than usual since the baby's highchair and belongings take up some space, and the hostess and Manager were accommodating and kind as they offered us several different tables until we found one that worked, even though it was a Saturday night and they were booked with reservations. We ended up sitting in the enclosed back patio, which was nice and brighter than where we had sat before. Our server, Megan, introduced herself and was so kind and personable that we knew we were about to have great service. We started with bread service, because for $3.50 you get unlimited 16 bricks spread and whipped butter and olive oil. It comes out hot and is just really great bread. Last time I visited, I tried the mussels and I loved the saffron broth so much. I thought to myself that I would like to add some plain pasta to whatever broth was left. So this time, I ordered the muscles and I asked the server about getting plain noodles, and she said I wasn't the first person to request that, so the chef prepared the dish on top of a pile of their house made fettuccine noodles. It was really delicious with all of the fresh chopped garlic. My husband got the Cacio E Pepe and loved it. About 2/3 of the way through, he got full and said he should probably take it home, but it was too good to stop, so he ended up finishing every last bite. My sister got the chicken Parmesan with a side of Alfredo sauce. She loved it! We all tried the Alfredo sauce and agreed that while it is super rich, it was spot on. We all ended up dipping bread in it and adding some to our dishes. I think I will have to try the fettuccine Alfredo dish sometime. My other sister ordered the veggie pasta which comes with vegan noodles. The server made sure that she wanted the vegan noodles and not the regular, but my sister ended up swapping for the regular pasta since she has a pasta fanatic and knows they have really good housemaid pasta. She enjoyed her dish as well. Megan checked on us several times throughout the night and made pleasant conversation. She also complimented my baby for being super cute, which every mom wants to hear. We were honestly already having a great night when Megan offered to bring us bread to go and boxed up all of our leftovers for us. But then she took things up one more notch when she brought me and my baby birthday desserts because she heard me mention that I am breast-feeding and she is a mother too with a baby similar in age to mine, so she empathizes with how hard of a journey it is. My baby is turning one in a week, and his dad and I haven't given him sugar yet... Until tonight. Megan truly created the most magical moment for us to give him his first taste of a true sweet treat. We sang him happy birthday for the very first time and helped him blow out his first candle. It is no surprise that he absolutely loved the whipped cream we gave him. This was our first time celebrating our babies's birthday, and our nearly shared birthday, and Megan truly made it one to remember. Thanks for the core memory, Caruso's. We will be back.

Or the fact that my previous comment got deleted because somebody got offended by it? Either way, here we go. I may have only lived here for a year, but I'm a people person, and when you work somewhere long enough, you learn a lot very quickly. First off -- the way employees are treated is ridiculous. If you put in your two weeks notice, make sure you already have another job lined up, because the second you give notice, there's a good chance you'll be taken off the schedule completely instead of being allowed to finish your two weeks. Doesn't matter how hard you worked for them either. Breaks? Basically nonexistent unless you're a minor. You could work an open-to-close shift and still not get one. The only labor laws they seem to care about are the ones involving minors. Now I will say this: the managers themselves are actually great people. Jeff and Serena genuinely work hard and care about both the employees and the customers, and honestly I feel bad for them because they deal with constant pressure and criticism while trying to hold everything together. Meanwhile, ownership barely understands what the employees are dealing with on a daily basis. Coming in during a rush, rearranging workers who were barely trained on more than one station, then getting upset about ticket times while the kitchen is drowning in orders just creates even more chaos. I was personally making $13 an hour while training almost every new hire and basically doing management-level work without management pay. Meanwhile, minors hired after me were making more than I was after I'd already been there for over a year. Make that make sense. At the end of the day, this was just my experience, but I wouldn't recommend working for Cassano's Pizza King in Fairfield, Ohio.
