I have eaten here a few times now as it is part of Jungle Jim's and I shop weekly. I have always been greeted quickly and the service has always been very good. The place is small on the inside but it has always been clean. There are no bathrooms, but Jungle Jim's has some close by. This Jersey Mike's is located at the Jungle Jim's International Market. You can enter just the restaurant from the parking lot or order your sandwich inside Jungle Jim's from the window next to the deli/cheese area inside Jungle Jim's. There is a little bell that you may have to ring (which isn't my favorite thing to do) but they're happy to help you. We ordered one of their Giant sized Super Subs and it was great for three of us to share. The staff was friendly and our sandwich came out really fast. They also have tables in Jungle Jim's that you can sit at if you want to enjoy your sandwich right away. read more

I'm bummed to give this location only three stars, but what should have been a quick lunch turned into an hour long hindrance. I will start by saying there were customers that were being VERY difficult because they weren't ordering clearly, which really slowed things down. I could tell one of the girls working was trying to keep her cool because the customers were a nightmare. When it came time for me to order, everything went fine. The sub was delicious and filling. I'd absolutely order it again. The part that ruined it was when my boyfriend went to pay, the computer kept glitching and not working. So, they had to shut it down. But when it started back up, it still wasn't acting right. So, the cashier shook the monitor causing the cord to unplug and shut the computer down again. He must have spent twenty minutes just waiting to pay. It was frustrating to say the least. The food was great, but they definitely need to work on getting better equipment. read more

A few months back I was at the bank making a deposit when I overheard what I guess was one of the managers at this place (she was wearing the uniform and hat) loudly venting to the banker about a trans employee of hers asking for their correct pronouns used and complaining that she can't fire them because of it. Absolutely vile, wanting to fire someone because they want to be treated fairly??? Gross, lost my business. I hope that employee has found a better place to work that isn't run by bigots. And I hope the manager is held accountable, someone who openly thinks and talks like that shouldn't be allowed in management. Walked in about 7:45 tonight and the girl behind the counter was just finishing up with another customer. As I waited to see if she was going to acknowledge me she walked by and said I'll be with you in just a minute. She then turned around and began scraping the grill. The other girl working there just walked past me like I didn't exist. I watched the girl scrape the grill for about 30 seconds before walking out. This location is inside Jungle Jim's but also has it's own seating/ordering area. They also provide outdoor seating. I love Jersey Mike's and while it's a bit pricey you will leave full. Today I got the Mike's Classic Philly Cheesesteak (regular size). It was like $8.42 or something like that but filling. The bread was soft, the meat had flavor, and the cheese was... cheesy. The only knock I had was it took over 10 minutes to get our food but to be fair it was lunchtime and they seemed pretty busy. Will order again and probably try the chicken philly. read more

I was asked to come back and give this Jersey Mike's location another try. Not wanting how my sandwich was made to be effected by the fact that I had a free sandwich offer, I waited until at the register to mention said offer. I am happy to report that they have made adjustments to their sandwich making. This sandwich was piled high with meat, and produce. It was quite the hardy sandwich. Everything from the meat and cheeae to the produce was freah. This sandwich tasted like the listed description, and not of only bread and mustard. Bread was able to withstand all the components inside. I do not drink soda often. This visit I was intrigued by the Stubborn brand agave cream soda, and the classic root beer in the soda fountain. I decided to give the cream soda a try. The beverage has a strong initial bite that mellow into a rich vanilla cream flavor. This cream soda was quite the treat. This location continues to have high customer service. I was greeted upon entry, told to take my time deciding, and was help when I was ready. There a new guy here and he forgot to change my order on the reciept, so I was only given half of my sandwich. When I addressed it with the manage he apologized and said they were meltling the other half. I asked if I could be compensated for my wait (like a bag of chips,) he went forward to charge me for them. I stated, "no, I'm asking for compensation." He replied, "oh we don't just give away free food..." and refused to compendium me. Sir, I did customer service for 20yrs... if you make a mistake.l, you compensate your customer. First thing I learned when I worked at the Marriott, "nothing kills a business quicker then word of mouth." Long post, about to vent. I went on the Jersey Mike's yesterday at and placed an order for two sandwiches at 5:16 PM. I paid close to $31 for two sandwiches, my daughter loves jersey mike's. The app said that the order would be ready at 5:31 PM. We arrived at the location at 5:36 PM and we're met with a locked door and a hand written sign that says new hours are 11 AM to 5 PM. First in for most I would like a refund of my money and I would like some type of compensation for driving to the location and not receiving what I had paid for. Do better, as I walked away from the door at least five customers turned around and when back to their vehicles. So, this morning 7/16, I called and asked for a refund and still have not received my refund the gentleman I spoke to said "come by and get some free coupons for free sandwiches", sent my daughter to get the coupon cards, when she brought them back home, they were for 2 free regular subs instead of the giant subs that I paid for and the coupons are way past the expiration date, the cards expired on June 15th, 2021 I am very upset and not satisfied. I have been her already a couple of times for lunch and The Subs are really good. The people that work there make this place special. Always cheerful and funny. This adds to the overall atmosphere and makes it a pleasant visit. They have a full set of Subs with all sorts of meats that you can even think of. We love the location on Cheviot Road so we got excited to learn of the opening of one closer to home here in Hamilton. At the Cheviot Rd location, I always ask for my mini to be put on a smaller part of the regular bun since those mini buns are as hard as a rock. Hamilton would not do that. I really wished their bread was nice and soft like Subway or PennStation. It seems they just leave it sitting out and it's all dried out, especially the mini buns. The meat is awesome, but it is a shame the bread makes the whole sandwich and their bread needs to improve a lot before we go back. read more

Good lunch choice. I give them three stars because their drink and sides are limited. They only have a small selection of chip choices and a handful of drink options. The subs themselves are great. They also have wraps. Hot or cold choices. My favorite is the chipotle cheese steak. It has steak, melted cheese, sweet peppers, onions and a chipotle sauce. It's pretty awesome. The sandwiches taste great. However, to actually GET a sandwich in your HANDS takes an incredible amount of patience. First, you need to wait for the manager to count out the money at the counter where you order. Then, you need to wait for two of the three people who work there to finish their conversation about how much they want to take a break. Then, once you place your order, you need to repeat your order about three times because you, ordering, interrupted the workers' conversation about how much they deserve a break. They'll ask you if you want lettuce no fewer than four times, and you'll answer no fewer than four times with the same response. You'll begin to question whether you're being punked, or recorded for a zany TV show, or both. It was pretty busy at this Jersey's Mike's, too, so that added to the frustration even more. I have always been a fan of Jersey Mike's, and it was one thing I definitely missed about the Midwest while living in Hawaii. So whenever I am home, I always make sure I go. But I had no idea that there was a location here at Jungle Jim's! And now I know that every time I go home I will be able to stop here (since I will always stop at Jungle Jim's on the way back to Chicago). And as far as Jersey Mike's goes, this is one of the best. They gave my wife and I cookies for free since it was my wife's first time there, and when we came back (on a second trip to Jungle Jim's) a week or so later, the manager remembered us and asked how we were and how our move was going. Combine that with food being made quickly, even when busy, and you have a recipe for great customer service! I usually get a roast beef sub with provolone and lots of bacon, which I had the first time (delicious), but I branched out and got a philly cheesesteak with extra steak the second time. Not quite up to WaWa standards (my favorite) but very good anyway. y wife got the club, and was very impressed. They are so much better than somewhere like Subway, who makes sandwiches with 60% bread, 30% lettuce, and 10% meat. At Jersey Mike's, you get a real sandwich. I cannot imagine why anyone goes to Subway anymore, honestly. Jersey Mike's is my favorite cold sub place, and this is my new favorite location. I get it Mike's way with banana peppers and Mayo added. The crew here is fast, friendly and competent. Do not trust the whiners about taking forever, I have been here when the customers get in line then take forever deciding what to order then it takes them another forever to decide what size and bread they want. The you guessed it another FOREVER to decide which of the 15 toppings they want added to their sub. This crew rocks, I stop in nearly every week for the best masterpiece sub ever. read more

One of the Best sub place I have ever been to. Make everything fresh. Never in my life had lettuce fresh on a sub at a restaurant. The actually cook the meat right there when you order and they slice the meet right then when you order. I will definitely be back to this place. I went in sunday evening and got a sub in a tub. Told the person working that I wanted no onions because of an allergy. Got the food home and it had onions on it. Had to throe my food out into our outside trash so I didnt have a reaction. It was late so I called the next morning to speak to someone. A young man first said the manager was taking out the trash. Then he said she was back. I explained the issue and miraculously the manager came walking back in. The manager WOULDNT speak to me but relayed a message to call back after 5 and talk to the general manager Maggie. This didnt sound right because a manager on duty should be able to handle this. Called the tri county location and spoke to their GM and told her what had happened. Was told by her that was NOT the procedure and that no GM works after 5 and I was being given the run around. Thanks Jersey Mikes. I appreciate the opportunity to purchase food you messed up on and I didnt get to eat. And could have ended up in an emergency room. I've been an aficionado of Mike's for years. Coming from Jersey, I'm particularly pleased at the authenticity this chain manages. Here in Ohio on business, and decided to stop in for lunch. It's location off the freeway was convenient and I know I'm going to like what I get. While I'm not usually one to critique fast food (it usually is what it is) this location deserves a shout out for customer service. I brought along a coworker with some dietary restrictions. The gal working the counter wasn't quite sure on some ingredients and brought the manager over. The manager (Erin? Erica? Ella? ) was absolutely incredible. What she didn't know, she looked up. She offered a few substitutes that I'll actually be requesting from now on- it was that good. She didn't act annoyed or impatient and spent a good deal of time making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Truly went above and beyond. When she was done with us, my friend and I were impressed to see her cleaning the minute spaces (this location is the CLEANEST I have ever been too) and being equally as charming with other guests. So well done Jersey Mike's. You set the bar higher for my more regular locations! read more

Jersey Mike's location on Princeton Pike, Cincinnati 7/12/2021 8:35 pm. Husband and I arrived to get two cheesesteak sandwiches. When we went to order was told the grill has already been cleaned so no cheesesteak sandwiches. Store closes at 9:00 pm. Dont recall any signage that said, "grill closes at 8:35". Had there been a sign my husband and I would have turned around at the door and left instead of standing in line while they made cold sandwiches for another patron (2 giant sandwiches). Not to mention the two ladies working there have the personality of a gnat. No friendly customer service given to the gentleman they were serving nor us when we approached the counter and this isnt the first time we have encountered their sour attitudes. My husband and I subsequently went to Chik fil A where, mind you, the customer service is top notch. Never have I encountered attitude visiting any of their locations. read more
