I'm a truck driver sitting just over a mile away. I asked for delivery was put on hold when she returned I was told they don't deliver that far. For me a two mile radius is not very far and for those of us who can't park just anywhere its a service. read more

Waste. It was a complete waste of money. Threw most of the sandwich away. I ordered the BLT. They gave me crusty cold bacon. There's zero heart in this location. They have no idea I'd the Jimmy Johns culture and service. It's worse than any subway with millennial employees who look like they couldn't care about you or the food - it's just a job for them. They do a poor job at making sandwiches that taste good... which is actually pretty hard to do. Please don't waste your time. Make a sandwich at home. read more

We went on Customer Appreciation Day. I am not sure if our experience is average. The food was average for a sandwich shop. Our sandwiches were heavy on mayonnaise, and mustard. Alternatively, the sandwiches were light on meat. The produce was fresh and crisp. Lots of people were also ordering their chips. The line was not only out the door, but down to the yogurt place. My husband timed our wait. It was only 6 min. from entering the line to sitting down with our food. Even with all the people there was plenty of seating. read more

I had a great customer service experience today with this location, specifically. I incorrectly ordered and paid online for pick-up. Once i realized the error, i called the store and they were super friendly and understanding. They immediately sent a driver to deliver my lunch. I order from this store frequently and will for sure continue to do so. They definitely put the customer first today. Food is great, service is friendly, delivery is freaky fast! I love y'all but for heavens sake please use the system for online orders? The tracking shows submitted time, time order was received, and then they are supposed to use the system to mark that it's ready for pick up. Checked the tracker for 30 minutes (I only ordered one sandwich) and finally just drive over there assuming it must be done. It was ready, sitting on the pick up shelf for who knows how long. I did it online because I wanted it to be fast. Now that I know the tracking isn't really reliable, I'll just come to the store. read more

I will order from here again!! They we're "Freaky Fasst", quality was Bar-None, sandwiches were ginormous and very tasty. Great customer service over the phone as well as courteous delivery driver. Wrong orders, extremely long delivery times. Other locations do a decent job, unfortunately this location has issues that have been present since day one and continue today. They will fix issues or give you credit, but let's face it; we are ordering here because it's supposed to be fast. We only get 30 minutes for lunch and when it takes 45 minutes for you to get your order, you clock out and it's wrong you are screwed for lunch that day. Join the new century and get some combination microwave/convection ovens and toast your sammiches like Subway. read more

We really like their sandwiches but tonight they gave us a good laugh with our great sandwiches... our 18 yr old was being impatient waiting to give me his order so I put whiney pants as the name for his sandwich. They went one above and wrote whiney pants ... lil cry baby :). We love a good sense of humor and the people tonight nailed it. i have had a total of 4 bad encounters with this location. but because i love jimmy johns and they are the closest to me, i have given them more than enough chances. i have had sandwiches without the asked toppings. sandwiches without the standard toppings that come on the sandwich. and this time i was essentially given a salad inside some bread with 1 or 2 thin slices of meat. after this i dont think i will ever be returning to this location. read more
