No, MY pleasure! Chick-fil-A always has it going on. Try to find a location without a busy double drive-thru line. You'll be hard pressed to find one. Known for their chicken sandwiches, I'm not entirely a fan of those. The chicken and seasoning is fantastic. When prepared, the sandwiches are put into foil lined bags to keep warm and fresh. The problem that I find is that this essentially steams the sandwich which makes the bread a bit too soggy for my taste. Not messy, but too soft. As an alternative, I typically order their tenders. Some of the best around! Like the sandwich, the tenders and nuggets are breaded and seasoned the same and they are perfect. I feel like you get more meat for your buck on the tenders versus the nuggets. Waffle fries? You got that right! They are the masters of waffle fries. Note though, I've never had any that were over seasoned. Under seasoned if anything else. I'm not a fries 'n ketchup guy, but with Chick-fil-A, I'm always on it with the ketchup. Great combination. They have salads and wraps as well that are also quite good. I've had Chick-fil-A many times in both an everyday customer capacity and also for catered lunches. Always great. Finally - The lemonade. If you're a lemonade fan, give it a try. You won't regret it. Will I go back? Absolutely but never on Sundays. Chick-fil-A is always closed on Sundays to be with family. Even though their drive-thru's are fairly well executed, I often bypass Chick-fil-A because of the long way. Hey....it's not their fault everyone loves them. It's my problem if I don't want to wait. This location is in a large strip mall complex. Even though they have it laid out as good as possible, sometimes the traffic jams can get a bit hairy when they're really busy. My mom had an online order using their menu to order two chicken sandwiches with just pickle a deluxe Chicken sandwich with pepperjack and honey bbq sauce. I had an order of nuggets. I arrived at the resteraunt where it was very busy and service took longer because of mix of online orders, dash orders and in seating customers. It took over 15 minutes for them to give a partial order. They had the nuggets and the two sandwiches that are just pickle and atm I didn't check inside the bag to see if all the items are included. I get home for my mom to realize they shorted us one Deluxe chicken sandwich. My mom said it would be better to go back and get the correct sandwich. I arrive back at the establishment to see it still is crowded as I left it. I approached a lady who realized I looked disgruntled. I explained how we are missing a sandwich. I get a sandwich but come home to find it is ANOTHER chicken sandwich with just pickles on it. This store is very bustling and to have that much product move and be made to give customers inaccurate or missing items and substitute with what they believe we should receive on it instead of the accurate deluxe chicken sandwich with pepperjack and honey BBQ sauce. Went through drive thru great experience. Got a very large order and got 75% of it with the app for free!!! I love how they allow you to add so many coupons to get so much for free!! The people who run the drive thru are awesome as well!! Would recommend Chick-fil-A to everyone. Just don't think about it on Sunday. read more

The service here is usually pretty fast and the staff has always been super friendly. The food here always tastes super good and fresh. The drive-thru is also fast. I will say this location often runs out of mac and cheese, which would be my only complaint as my girlfriend is pescatarian and that's one of the only things she can order. Overall great! read more

Had a small lunch today at this location. I'm only writing this review because the service was tops. The team taking orders were doing an excellent job. There were a number of cars coming thru the drive thru, but they kept it moving. This is my 2nd or 3rd time experiencing this. I only purchased large fries which were filled with a lot of end cuts which I don't like, but I don't think Chic-Fil- A can control that very easy. i have gotten food from this location 3 times. the food is consistent with typical chickfilas however 2 out of the 3 times they have forgotten my sauces and my straws for my mobile order. i've never experienced this at any other chickfila. Attendant took my order. I was not able to see the menu board prices because of distance and blurred vision and prescription sunglasses. I asked for two club sandwich combos and two brownies. After he quoted total, I told him to remove the drinks because price was too high. He said each combo came with a side, so because he forgot to ask me what sides I wanted, I told him fries and a salad. It brought total down to $28. I'm still thinking I got combo prices. Upon receiving food, I looked at receipt and receipt did not have the count of how many of each item I had, it only listed prices. I asked to speak to manager. Manager explained that when I took drinks off, it did not give me combo prices. So i complained that attendant didn't tell me that. I told manager to take the food and give me my money back. Manager refused to refund my money, even though Chick-Fil-A attendant was at fault and I, the customer, was right (which I learn from my fast food job as a teen that the customer is always right). He had to ask his up-line manager and discuss it with him/her. He only gave me an extra brownie to apologize, but would not refund my money that his attendant tricked me into spending. I do NOT recommend Chick-Fil-A. Chick-Fil-A should be more clear to its customers in person and on the receipts as well, and be able to refund money when customer returns them before leaving the drive-thru. read more

I went through the drive thru this morning at about 9:20 and there was a car in front of me I ordered 2 chicken breakfast burritos and two hash browns with extra jalapeño sauce. I pulled up to the front of the line and I sat there and waited and watched 3 cars being served and left while I sat there. Nobody said anything so I finally received my order and when I ate the burrito at home I got through about 3/4 of the way when I finally found a piece of chicken. I believe there was maybe 3 small pieces of chicken in the entire burrito. That's ridiculous. I had one of these on Black Friday at another location and it was so much better. Absolute WORST location. If you're placing a mobile order be sure to check every item before pulling away. I just experienced my THIRD missing items situation with them for THIS year. Every time I have called to let them know I have items missing and have to drive back to the store to pick up the rest of my order. No compensation ever made and once actually had a drive thru attendant pass my messed up order out without any acknowledgement. Service is trash, they can't get orders right. My last experience at this Chick-Fil-A has been the worst I've ever had. They have an employee named Carley who thought it would be cute to put "CUNT" as my guest name. I never gave her a hard time over my order. I actually apologized to her because I accidentally gave her the wrong order at first. Never once blamed her or gave her a reason to treat me that way. I really have to say I don't care for Chik-Fil-A's views on their corporate end but their food and service is a leader in this business. Other fast food restaurants should strive to achieve what they do. Everyone is always pleasant, their food always seems to be hot and fresh. They're very speedy with their drive-thru even during the busiest rushes. Their inside is very nice and always has flowers on the tables and staff to help clear your tables or offer refills. As far as fast food goes, chick-fil-a always does it right. I prefer to get the grilled egg white and cheese for breakfast. The chicken is always cooked to perfection and always an appropriate size for a breakfast portion. The kids enjoy the variety of breakfast foods they can get, from yogurt with granola, to breakfast burrito's. . . you've got quite a few options. On this particular visit. . . the kids chose milkshakes, one peach (their summer flavor) and one vanilla. The peach is very flavorful, not too sweet and not to thick. Our daughter, TJ, gives it a 9 out of 10. Our youngest daughter, JoJo, loves the nug nugs (chicken nuggets) with Polynesian Sauce. I don't believe they have just a chicken nugget breakfast meal, so we just get an entree of nuggets and I usually split my tater tots with her from my meal. All in all. . . every chick-fil-a I have visited has been wonderful. And it is my pleasure to give them a wonderful review. read more

We visited this morning after saying we would never go back to this location, but we did because it's close to home. The last 3 visits have been horrible. Every time our order has been wrong including today. Unlike the prior visits we checked our order in the parking lot and had to return to the drive thru. The 2 prior visits we got home and found out the order was wrong, very disappointed in This restaurant. This complaint is for store #02492 Bridgewater Falls. Hamilton, Ohio. Order number 4702884 8/26/19 at 6:51pm. My wife went through the drive through for her order which took very long compared to our other experiences. She got home and the sandwich for her order was missing. She called up to the store and talked with Kaitlyn who said she would have a fresh one ready and throw in some cookies. My wife had a long day so I drove the 15 minutes back to the store. When I got there I asked for a manager. A young cocky guy came over and said he was the manager. I told him the issue and he was clearly unconcerned. He had me repeat what my "issue was". I explained about the missing sandwich with lettuce and mayo on the side. I asked for a fresh order of fries since hers would be cold. He didn't acknowledge my request, just turned around grabbed a sandwich and tossed it on the counter and walked away. No mayo, no lettuce, no fries, and no cookies. I refused to get back in line so I got back in the car and called to talk to Kaitlyn. When I asked for a manager, the same cocky guy answered. When I told him why I was calling he said "now what's wrong?". I told him I wanted to talk to a manager. He said that was him. I asked for someone above him and he made me go through "my issue" again. When he gave me the same answer I told him "you obviously cannot help so get me someone above you like I asked for. " After a few minutes, Kaitlyn answered. I told her the story of what I just experienced. She apologized and asked if I left the store. I told her I left because of the treatment I received and I wanted to complain about the manager. She played it off and apologized again. I asked for his name for my call to customer service. She refused to give me his name! Even his first name! I told her I find it hard to believe the policy when a customer has an issue is to blind the customer from any names that would actually make the complaint meaningful. read more

They are always on their A-game here. Personable, friendly, and amiable. I'm impressed on how they can speak so fast yet clearly and can get orders perfectly in a rushed environment. Speaking of rushed, I don't ever actually feel rushed even though I know they're trying to get people through. I dont know how they do it but they do it. I went for lunch here today & i thought shoot there is no way im going to make my 30min lunch work when there are over 15 cars on the drive thru. Well i decided to get out of the car & guess what? There were over 15 individuals in the line inside too. But heck i was inside already. I must say it did not take longer than 3 minutes for them to go thru the line. I ordered & sat to wait thinking it would take for ever & once again i was wrong. Within 2 minutes i had my food. Enjoy their food, but sometimes their Drive Through is off on the accuracy of their orders. This last time we ordered, I guess the person accidentally wiped/cleared their screen because they asked us to repeat the order. Then, they messed up by breaking our order into two separate purchases, so when we got to the window, they thought we'd only ordered 1 meal instead of 3; they resolved it by combining the order onto one bill. Plus, we asked for Mayo on the side twice at least, and then left the drive thru, only to discover they didn't give us any Mayo!! Grrr! Funny how there were 6-8 people stuffed into the drive thru window you'd think it would've/should've gone really smooth. Guess it's more a case of "too many chefs in the kitchen".
