Seriously Freaky Fast! They use that slogan, "Freaky Fast". Go in there sometime just to watch them make a sandwich. They really are fast. If do go in there, solely for that reason, and you decide not to buy anything, make sure you point to the "Free Smells" sign if they ask you to leave. For me, there are about 3 main big sandwich chains that are mostly known for cold subs. You got your John, your Mike and your....well... Mr. Way. Jimmy John's ranks #2 for me, but not for any bad reason. One of those three I choose not to even go to anymore. Jimmy John's always tastes fresh. But what does it for me is their bread. There is something about that soft, slightly chewy and fresh tasting bread that really brightens the sandwich. I probably wouldn't like their bread anywhere else, but it's the highlight for me. They have all of your typical salted cured meats. Check out their menu online for all meats, condiments, cheeses, veggies, etc. They also have bread alternatives like their Slims and wraps. Value for your cash? I would say that Jimmy John's hits the mark. You're getting what you pay for and you'll enjoy every bite. You can roll it all in to a combo with chips, or other sides they might have and a fountain drink. They do even have some limited bottled drinks available but may not be eligible for the combo offers. Would I go back? Absolutely. Freaky fast. Fresh. Great value. JJ's has got it all and a bag of chips (I truly hate myself for writing that but there's no going back now). my granddaughter mistakenly ordered from this location instead of one closer to work. since her lunch hour was closing she called me to pick up her order. when I explained her problem.. they immediately made a fresh order for her ( it had been 45 minutes until I could get there) no charge... it was a great sandwich...she was happy, i was happy ....great friendly service customer for life read more

People working there are great. However, you would think napkins are like $1 bills. Rarely do I get napkins on drive thru orders even when I request them with my mobile order. So annoying. read more

Just got an ordered delivered here and it might as well have been a marijuana sandwich. The smell of marijuana was so thick inside the bag and on the outside of the drink cup etc that I'll probably fail any future drug test. So unprofessional. read more

Jimmy John's has got to be one of the best places I've ever encountered to get a deli sub at. Unlike what you hear on other restaurant's commercials, the French loaves used in the subs at Jimmy John's actually ARE fresh and tasty. The ingredients are some of the freshest I've ever seen, and I have never had soggy lettuce or stale tomato. The service is fast, the restaurant is clean, and the price is right. Although it may not be obvious, they will customize your sub. My favorite is the Country Club, double meat, add bacon, with cheese. Don't be afraid to ask for something special. read more

Gotta say, I'm not a huge fan of cold subs but I do really enjoy Jimmy Johns. Their bread is fantastic! I also enjoy the lack of grease from their subs. 11 minutes and counting in the empty drive thru and I've already paid not freaky fast .

It took 15 minutes to get two sandwiches. I chose jimmy johns over chipotle because I didn't want to wait 15 minutes in line. I would have gotten better food and better service at chipotle. And I would have gotten more food for my service there. They didn't even put any dressing on my sandwich. There were 3 dudes working. Two of hen had terrible attitudes, the one guy just had a bad attitude because I asked if it was stoner freaky fast. My bad. Seriously though, $14 for two crappy sandwiches. Horrible horrible customer service. I tried to order delivery 3.5 miles away and the gentleman on the phone told me it was up to his discretion to deliver or not and that 'unfortunately' I was out of his delivery range. Being that they are the closest Jimmy Johns according to yelp and a maximum 10 minute drive I find that extremely disappointing! Food is o.k. but can't believe for a restaurant that bases all of their advertising on "freaky fast" delivery that they won't deliver to a residence 2.2 miles away. Apparently unless you are a business in the same shopping center, you can forget delivery. Went in to get food and complained about lack of delivery. No apology, just the explanation that "we can't go that far, because we want to be"freaky Fast"". Manager had little to no personality. Obvious she doesn't want to be bothered with customers concerns. read more

Well, at lest they are consistent. I have no idea why anyone would pay full price for bad food and worse service. Some of it is the fault of the brand and their lack luster food. The rest is on the management and staff at this location. To be fair I would rate all jimmy johns low but this one... It's special. read more

A couple of years ago, I would've given this location 5 stars, but not anymore. The food is usually fine, but the delivery time is absolutely ridiculous. I've waited 30-60 minutes on average lately. There's nothing "freaky fast" about that. I understand that you're busy, but there should be some kind of alert if you will be running that late. For the price of delivery in addition to the tip, it's quite expensive to have to wait so long. Please work to improve this. read more
