I ordered at 11 am. With an expected delivery of 11:55 to 12:10. My tracking updated and pushed it to 12:28. Unfortunately it did not arrive. After going through the online ordering, I was informed of technical issues, and that they had finally started making my order at 1 pm. That is just not acceptable, and I decided to cancel my order. I would give zero stars but yelp doesn't go that low. There was zero communication on the shops end and I had to actively pursue action to even get my pizza made, which I find disappointing considering its a pizza shop. We got the All American Cheeseburger Bavarian Pizza, it was $33 but it was worth it the pretzel crust is amazing and went well with the stuffing. We will def be trying a different one. We also got the boneless Beach wings that were unique and good. read more

Happy and Full, Today, I ordered a cheesesteak from Parma in Dallastown for myself and a ham sandwich for my daughter. The cheesesteak was amazing! The bread was so fresh. My daughter begged for more of her sandwich. We get pizza from this place a lot, and the pizza is good. I'm so glad we got these sandwiches. I also have to note that we got it delivered. The delivery was quicker than the said it would be. The cheesesteak was hot. The staff who made the delivery was very kind. This is definitely a great place to order from in Dallastown. We purchased 3 Italian Hoagies. We also ordered 3 orders of fries. We asked for onion on two and specifically asked that NO OIL be put on any of the subs. We arrived home opened our subs to find so much oil on them the rolls were like soggy sponges. The two subs that we asked to have onion on had exactly 2 rings of onion, Really onion isn't that expensive (only 2 rings, please!)!! In addition one sub had scads of slimy lettuce on it and it had only one slice of each Lunchmeat and only one slice of cheese (it was a very poor excuse for a sub)!!! That sub the one with the lack of meat and slimy lettuce made the person who consumed it very sick for 2 days. Needless to say we won't be going back to Parma's any time soon!!!! Carried out a "medium" cheesesteak sub and a "medium" buffalo chicken pizza. Wife agreed it was the skinniest (lack of meat) sub we had ever gotten. Worse, the good-size pizza was burnt to a char on the bottom, completely inedible. Naturally when I examined it at pickup only noticed that there was no sign of lumps of chicken, and the cook/manager said, "It's under the cheese." At home, I called & talked to the cook/manager, who offered to remake the pizza. At first I declined because I told him we could not find any chicken on the burnt pizza. He said, "Give me 15 minutes & I'll remake it." 30 minutes later he produces the pizza which he claimed would have chicken in "every bite", and I asked him to point out the chicken. He was able to point out 6 small lumps, with the claim, "I put twice as much chicken on it as I am supposed to." For $17.25, I expected him to be able to put lumps in every bite. He was neither courteous or apologetic, and while he begrudgingly instructed his cashier to refund me $17.00, did not take into account my 45 minutes drive time. read more

Easily the worst of the Parma locations. We've given them a couple of shots and are always disappointed. Poor communication amongst staff resulting in misinformation given to us the customer. Inaccurate delivery estimates, 30+ minute differential, our food has consistently shown up cold, staff is rude and the customer service is overall poor. read more

The pizza, cheese steaks and fries are what we've tried and we won't go any other place for that. They mailed us a menu and we ordered on New Year's Day 2020 at like 8pm they were open and it was Amazing! We love it and thanks for your service Parma! We can't wait to eat there again!! read more

My sister, brother-in-law, and nephew live in Red Lion and this is our "go to" when visiting from out of town! We usually dine in, and the owner is often there. He is so friendly and accommodating, always making us feel welcomed like family! Their salads and single slices are always good, we stand at the counter forever trying to decide on what to choose! The buffalo chicken pizza is amazing-it is a masterpiece and you feel bad cutting it because it is simply a work of art! We got takeout this time due to the pandemic situation, and everything was great as usual. Cheesesteak, poppers, wings, calzone-something for everyone and portions were generous! Love the sweet peppers and olives on the salad. My husband got some sort of mustard sauce on his wings last time we visited and he couldn't get over the flavor-will order that one again! This is quite possibly my favorite local pizza place. Their food is really good and their staff is super friendly. The restaurant itself is clean and quiet. Their menu differs a little bit from normal pizza places, as they have some specialty items on there as well (like the stuffed pizza, which is a must try). Pepperoni sticks (sorta tiny stromboli), garlic "rolls" (actually little round loaves of cheesy bread) with marinara, and two pizzas: a Meat Lovers and a Supreme. It's always something with this place. The order is never how I order it. The food is sub par. The rolls taste stale. For the price I would expect more. Word of advice to the cooks read the ticket cuz it's about the customer. I loved the Parma on Haines Rd, so I was very excited for them to open in Dallastown! The wings are awesome and the people are so friendly! We ordered pizza and wings to go and I have to say the pizza tasted great and so did the wings....once we let the grease soak off of them. I was shocked how much grease was in the wings!! I think the pics explain it all! I will still go back because the pizza was really good and once the grease was soaked up, the wings tasted great too. First food was completely wrong , second took almost two hours and third time they said 45 minutes or less and it took over a hour and a half . This new Parma just opened. I was never at any of them until today (04/05/2018). I ordered a cheeseburger hoagie. In my 68 years I have eaten a lot of them. This one comes out close to the bottom. Cheap connective tissue ground beef and Italian spices to the point where that is all I could taste. It might have vinegar, too which is a no-no for me. I had high hopes about this place so maybe one of their steak sandwiches will be a better choice. Wow I can still taste the spices in my mouth which is turning my stomach. Must have had vinegar too. I have been going to Parma's in Dallastown since they opened mostly take out. At first the portions were huge and the food was hot, just coming out of the kitchen when I got there. Recently the orders are done and it seems done a lot earlier than my pick up time I requested. After a 2 minute drive home the food is lukewarm. read more
