They kindly do it at the end of his stay so he comes home fresh. This past week, because our dog can display problematic behaviors, the yard attendant who was with Bruno most of the day came out to talk with me. She was an older lady, so very kind and described his behaviors, and gave him breaks when he was unable to be recorrected, instead of calling us and making me worry. Dropping him off for the evaluation day went great, the front desk was very thorough and even told me that I could call to check in and see how he's doing after 2 hours. Previously my puppy has gone to a different daycare, but at the Wagging lounge you can tell the staff enjoy what they do and love dogs. When we picked him up afterwards he was happy and worn out, and the staff all said "Bye Ted!" on the way out. Overall, great experience for a dog owner and my happy boy. Ended up purchasing their $100 for 3 daycare deal (purchase only on evaluation day). I will continue to take him here!

It was also nice to see dogs out for walks every time we visited whether for drop off or pick up. They offer a wonderful assortment of ways to 'keep in touch'. In addition to the extras we signed up for we appreciated their private FB page - it was fun seeing our dog in the action pics! We also appreciated the convenience of their texting line for their questions etc. Despite our dog's tendency to be timid / slow to warm up they met him where he was and made it a nice stay. He was not stressed at all after the experience and we easily picked up our normal routine when we got home. We would book again without any hesitation.
