I want you to know this so that when I write, "I trust Family Tails Pet Sitters without reservation," you'll understand how big that is. I worked with Family Tails for about five years and couldn't have been happier. I wish I could have brought them with me when I relocated. They provided weekday walks, overnights, occasional weekend walks, whatever I needed. If you're lucky enough to work with Wilson, I envy you. He became the second dad my dogs never had. You won't be surprised that my three guys eat different kibble, get different treats, and have daily meds. And they're no joy to manage on a walk in good weather - bad weather is as bad as you're imagining. Wilson handled all of this without a single complaint. In fact, people in my neighborhood would occasional comment on how great he was with my guys (and how much better they behaved for him than for me). I started off just needing a walk here or a walk there. Pretty soon, though, I was using them multiple times a week because they were so good. I bet you'll have a similar experience.

We made the right decision. The folks at Family Tails were amazing. When we got back we had notes of what happened on every visit and how the kitties were doing. Our cats were so happy and in good spirits, which is not at all how they usually are when we have gone out of town in the past. You can tell that they really care about these animals, and they get to know their personalities and likes and dislikes. I would love to use Family Tails for any of my future pet sitting needs, but unfortunately I moved across the country and they don't make house visits in Seattle. :( I can easily recommend them to anyone.

My baby has been in pain for a week and a day, licking and gnawing at his right front paw. Aka his thumbnail (Dewclaws) . I took him to Tori's on Tuesday 8 am appt. When i arrived to pick him up, She handed him to me, i paid her $80 cash for the services and a $10 gratuity. Tyrian immediately started gnawing and licking constantly. His pads fur looked redish, but overly red. Now i know you did something! Intentional or not Tori should have informed me. I called the same day she says I didn't use any new products. I have called three more times since no response asking for help or suggestions as i could not figure out what was wrong. Upon his dental surgery a week and a day later, the vet looked and saw that my babies dew claw was broken and they had to remove it because it was dangling. Now he has to look like a space cadet.

Compared to some experiences I have had washing my dog at bigger companies like Unleashed, this was an easier process to deal with overall. Also, since it is a smaller business and less dogs are generally around. It makes it easier to self wash your dog since there are less distractions. In summary, it is a great local small business with an energetic but understanding owner, and pretty reasonably priced with the ability to self wash your dog.

He was an older dog so they didn't blow dry him because it was to traumatic for him to have that done to him. So they would put him in a spacious cage that warm air would flow through to dry him. I now take my Yorkie Max there. Yorkies normally have sensitive skin, and when I've taken him to places like Petsmart he gotten a bad rash, more than likely because their cages are FILTHY!
