They love and care about our pups just as much as we do and are so patient with us, always willing to answer any questions we have (and we have had a lot). They have cameras showing the play areas with a live feed which allows you to check in on your pups throughout the day--which is SO NICE! Oh, and if you need your pup to stay the night, unlike other places, they won't be stuck alone in a crate with no one to keep an eye on them, but rather Two Way has a whole overnight area which is set up more like a home-type environment and they even have someone who stays overnight with them which is just SUCH INCREDIBLE peace of mind. And, if all that weren't awesome enough, they are also incredibly open and accommodating when my ADHD self forgets to book daycare in advance or when our schedule got so hectic and we weren't able to pick them up and they had to unexpectedly stay the night. There was actually an occasion just last week that I think really perfectly highlights the reason they deserve all the stars: Last week I messaged them through the portal and asked if they could take our pup one day even though the day was not able to be booked online (not sure if it was a technical glitch or if they were full already that day) but they said in response "We welcome him with open arms! No apologies one bit." and THAT, it is THAT plus just the love and care they have that makes us loyal members of the Two Way pack. So long as we live anywhere near here we will always bring our pups (current and future) to Two Way anytime we need daycare or overnight care! Bottom line TLDR: THANK YOU Two Way team for being the best care we have ever seen for our pups!!! Even though we could've taken Her with us, we prayed on it and thought it best for Her to stay. She hadn't been with anyone else since we got her at 2 months old and now she's 2 years old. Ms.Fiona and her family at "Pawtastic Pack" was(is) an answered prayer, because she's our furbaby(Heaven Pup). I prayed for Her, after losing loved ones so close together was so hard, She's a great comforter. After meeting Ms. Fiona and her family, my spirit was was at ease, we knew she would be safe and in great hands. Although I cried when we dropped her off, I was still at ease. We received pictures and video updates, she did look a little worried the 1st 2 days & I did cry again, however, once I saw the video of her interactions with the other furbabies I was able to enjoy the Beautiful People & Island of Jamaica. My dog was attacked by another during his 8 hr daycare stay. We picked him up at around 4pm and later found out that this happened at around noon. We were not notified and my dog was not taken to vet. When we picked him up we immediately noticed he was limping and she (Fionas mom) LIED. I put my foot down and inspected him on their front lawn and found the pictured wound actively bleeding. She continued to lie saying nothing happened and she doesn't know how that got there and even tried saying it happened before we dropped him off (when he was perfectly fine at drop off and I KNOW there were no wounds because I brushed him RIGHT BEFORE dropping him off so I would have seen it). Only after we left and took him to an emergency vet did we get a text from Fiona saying that a dog jumped on him, attacking him and had to be pulled off my dog. This is a very condensed version of the full story but they were deceptive and didn't have my dog's well being in mind as he would have been taken to vet immediately - not laying in pain bleeding for 4 hours. Think twice before entrusting your babies to this daycare.

Our dog LOVES Danny and took to him right away. We had 3 different dog walkers during our relationship and Danny always made sure we met the people and that we and our dog were comfortable. Danny is very good about communicating via text and would often email pics of our dog playing or relaxing while being boarded or at daycare. You can only imagine how I am when I'm apart from them for more than a day. I'm not sharing this because I lost a bet. I want you to know this so that when I write, "I trust Family Tails Pet Sitters without reservation," you'll understand how big that is. I worked with Family Tails for about five years and couldn't have been happier. I wish I could have brought them with me when I relocated. They provided weekday walks, overnights, occasional weekend walks, whatever I needed. If you're lucky enough to work with Wilson, I envy you. He became the second dad my dogs never had. You won't be surprised that my three guys eat different kibble, get different treats, and have daily meds. And they're no joy to manage on a walk in good weather - bad weather is as bad as you're imagining. Wilson handled all of this without a single complaint. In fact, people in my neighborhood would occasional comment on how great he was with my guys (and how much better they behaved for him than for me). I started off just needing a walk here or a walk there. Pretty soon, though, I was using them multiple times a week because they were so good. I bet you'll have a similar experience.

We made the right decision. The folks at Family Tails were amazing. When we got back we had notes of what happened on every visit and how the kitties were doing. Our cats were so happy and in good spirits, which is not at all how they usually are when we have gone out of town in the past. You can tell that they really care about these animals, and they get to know their personalities and likes and dislikes. I would love to use Family Tails for any of my future pet sitting needs, but unfortunately I moved across the country and they don't make house visits in Seattle. :( I can easily recommend them to anyone.
