Well my little dog is hypoallergenic. Why would someone use such a strong shampoo on a non shedding dog? She didn't offer any repayment or apology for the dog being sick. At first I was encouraged, they had a cat groomer that was very communicative and prices were reasonable. I would bring my previous cat for grooming but it was always difficult to schedule an appointment because they rarely answer the phone. On one occasion, I thought, let me go physically to the office to make the appointment. The door was open and no one was in the shop. The next day when I came again to make the appointment, the receptionist laughed and said they had someone new and that person didn't know how to lock up. Unfortunately my previous cat died and I got a new cat in late 2022. I explained the death to the receptionist when I booked the new cat for grooming. When I got to the appointment, she was calling the new cat the dead cats name--I had to explain to her again. Two additional times, when I was booking grooming, I had to tell the receptionist that the previous cat was dead. It was the same person but apparently cannot or will not update their records? Most recently booked grooming in November 2025. My cat gets the same thing every time and that was confirmed on the phone with the receptionist. When I arrived, the person at the front desk asked what the cat was getting done, and I answered confused, "she gets the same thing every time, do you not have the card?" Then she found the card, like "oh okay". Hours later, my mother called me to tell me she had a missed call from the groomers. I called several times, no one picked up. Now I'm concerned. If you don't pick up the phone when my cat is in your care, that's a huge problem. I drove to the shop. The receptionist is laughing with a client and a dog. Then I'm thinking, "is this why they're not picking up the phone". I ask the receptionist "is my cat ready" she responds, "good question" as if it's a joke?! She walks back and says, "I just got here". That's so unprofessional and irresponsible. When I talk to the cat groomer, I explained my concerns and that I have been a customer for years. He says they don't have a receptionist in the morning--which I did not know. Then he refuses to apologize for the gross misconduct. I got an email recently where they said they would be raising their prices--with this poor customer service and management they should not!

We used Quality Time for approximately 10 years, but our August 2026 experience ended that…read morerelationship. We booked expecting our longtime sitter, Dan. We were not told he would not handle the booking until we were already within the cancellation window. We then arranged a last-minute meet-and-greet, which we were charged for, with another sitter who said she could cover our visits. On the first day, the owner moved our scheduled visit based on her interpretation of our flight information without confirming the change with us. When no one had arrived by 12:30 p.m., our dog had been alone for approximately seven hours, and I had to ask a friend to rush to our house. Only after we had left town did the owner explain that visit times were not guaranteed and that multiple sitters would rotate through our home. Over the trip, at least four sitters provided care, one morning visit was approximately an hour late, a medication dose was missed because instructions had not been communicated properly, and one sitter could not enter because the team had failed to exchange our keys. We had to provide emergency access instructions during our vacation. The individual sitters generally seemed kind and attentive. Our complaint is with the company's management, coordination, communication, and billing practices. We get mistakes happen. What made this unacceptable was the owner's consistently defensive response and tendency to blame the customer or cite policies only after a problem occurred. Prospective customers should understand that Quality Time may rotate several sitters, does not guarantee requested visit times (it's apparently a 2-hour window around your scheduled time), charges numerous add-on fees, including medication by the individual pill and charges $25 for key return. We also received add-on invoices during our vacation and felt pressured to pay them promptly while the company was still responsible for our pets' care (I know there were some duplicate and erroneous charges). After 10 years as customers, we will not use Quality Time again and can no longer recommend the company.
