I was then told that if I had left him until 6:30 he would have been finished. So a little dog with a scheduled appointment would need to sit there for over five hours? If that's how their scheduling works customers should be told that upfront instead of wasting people's time. Glad I didn't pick him up because I wouldn't have paid one red cent. The attitude when I called you o ask if he got everything in the package they charged for was nasty and completely unprofessional. If you didn't give everything in a package, you shouldn't charge for everything in the package. Honestly, I'm glad I picked him up. My dog shakes and cries every time we even turn down that street. After this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. Just rude and nasty.

When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

Most importantly, after my military discount, the free package of necessities, and the same day appointment, I had the breeder come out to show me how to keep my little boy as bright white and clean as when I received him. Each of the dogs I saw were bright white, well groomed, I reviewed the AKC, CKC purebred pedigree registrations, all vaccination and vet records were in order, I even asked about the cray to prove each Maltese had four to five puppies a litter. OMG, my breeder had everything available. Most of all, she when to college for and works in the veterina field. I was impressed. Also, I confirmed the champion sired dog and the champion bloodline.
