I wanted to share my recent experience in hopes it helps improve communication and client…read moreexperience going forward. When booking online, the system prompts you to enter your card information immediately after selecting an appointment. Typically, this step indicates that a deposit will be processed, but that wasn't clearly communicated at the time of booking. When a team member later called to confirm my appointment, I mentioned that I had already entered my card information during the booking process. There was no follow-up from the team to clarify whether the deposit had been received, and since no additional communication was sent, I reasonably assumed everything was confirmed. However, I received a text message at 5:40 p.m. on 10/10/25 -- about 20 minutes before closing -- stating that my appointment scheduled for 11:00 a.m. on 10/11/25 had been canceled. I immediately called and texted but didn't receive a response until the next morning when the business reopened, at which point the appointment was already canceled. Given that appointments here are often booked weeks, if not months, in advance, it's extremely difficult to pivot or make alternate arrangements on such short notice. The lack of follow-up and the last-minute cancellation were disappointing, especially considering the time and planning it takes to secure a spot. I'm sharing this feedback constructively, as I understand things happen, but clearer communication and more proactive customer service would go a long way toward improving the overall experience.

Our pup is recovering from recent health issues so mobile grooming was less stressful for her than going to a regular pet groomer. The cost is a bit higher than traditional groomers but the convenience of not having to take our pup to a place where she'd need to be crated for hours was well worth the cost. We'll definitely be using Lickety Split again!

We used Quality Time for approximately 10 years, but our August 2026 experience ended that…read morerelationship. We booked expecting our longtime sitter, Dan. We were not told he would not handle the booking until we were already within the cancellation window. We then arranged a last-minute meet-and-greet, which we were charged for, with another sitter who said she could cover our visits. On the first day, the owner moved our scheduled visit based on her interpretation of our flight information without confirming the change with us. When no one had arrived by 12:30 p.m., our dog had been alone for approximately seven hours, and I had to ask a friend to rush to our house. Only after we had left town did the owner explain that visit times were not guaranteed and that multiple sitters would rotate through our home. Over the trip, at least four sitters provided care, one morning visit was approximately an hour late, a medication dose was missed because instructions had not been communicated properly, and one sitter could not enter because the team had failed to exchange our keys. We had to provide emergency access instructions during our vacation. The individual sitters generally seemed kind and attentive. Our complaint is with the company's management, coordination, communication, and billing practices. We get mistakes happen. What made this unacceptable was the owner's consistently defensive response and tendency to blame the customer or cite policies only after a problem occurred. Prospective customers should understand that Quality Time may rotate several sitters, does not guarantee requested visit times (it's apparently a 2-hour window around your scheduled time), charges numerous add-on fees, including medication by the individual pill and charges $25 for key return. We also received add-on invoices during our vacation and felt pressured to pay them promptly while the company was still responsible for our pets' care (I know there were some duplicate and erroneous charges). After 10 years as customers, we will not use Quality Time again and can no longer recommend the company.

Do not support Tori's Pampered Pets for Grooming. I really wanted no stars!!…read more I try to support black owned businesses, but when your professionalism and business etiquette lack there of, i will rip you a new one! if you hurt me, Tyrian or my family. My baby has been in pain for a week and a day, licking and gnawing at his right front paw. Aka his thumbnail (Dewclaws) . I took him to Tori's on Tuesday 8 am appt. When i arrived to pick him up, She handed him to me, i paid her $80 cash for the services and a $10 gratuity. Tyrian immediately started gnawing and licking constantly. His pads fur looked redish, but overly red. Now i know you did something! Intentional or not Tori should have informed me. I called the same day she says I didn't use any new products. I have called three more times since no response asking for help or suggestions as i could not figure out what was wrong. Upon his dental surgery a week and a day later, the vet looked and saw that my babies dew claw was broken and they had to remove it because it was dangling. Now he has to look like a space cadet.

She provides detailed explanations about the grooming process and is always ready to answer any questions I might have. This level of communication has been invaluable, as it allows me to have complete peace of mind knowing that Saydee is receiving the best possible care. Efficiency is another area where Groomiez truly shines. The groomer works with precision and attentiveness, ensuring that every grooming session is not only efficient but also delivers impeccable results.
