I bought my Britten-poo here I liked her customer service she also had a positive attitude..... my only turn offs was I didn't really like how low she had to cut his hair especially because it's in the middle of the winter but I think it's because of the matted hair ( be sure to book your dog under the correct category long hair short hair etc)

Took my puppy to be groomed for the first time. They handled my fur baby with the best care and communicated how he was doing during the visit. I would highly recommend Tori's Pampered Pets and my puppy will continue to be groomed there.

My experience and the results of my two toy poodles with Tori and Jeffrey was absolutely amazing!!! My partner and I had anxiety from the outset and honestly didn't know what to expect.. our poodles are 4&5 months old and we opted on trying Tori's instead of a big chain. They took great care of our babies and they looked totally different once I picked them up. They were happy and so were we.. This will definitely be our groomers! Thank you so much!

Here is my Jefe and he looks so cute!

I got my dog groomed at Tori's place today.. yes I say place cause it's in a home. Tori & Jeffery welcome you at the front door with their aprons on. Her grooming salon is in her basement set up well. It's a perfect place to start. I explained to them what I wanted as my dog has been butchered at other groomers. He is a shih tzu so he can get matted at times where you can't see. Tori called me about an hour orr so layer telling me that this time she wasn't able to meet my picture request due to the maatting but that he wouldn't look ugly at all... (i wanted him full) previous groomers have cut him like a rat due to a few little mats. When he was finished Jeffery called me to tell me he was Jefe was ready. Was kind enough to send me a text eith Jefes picture as I was worried about how he looked due to previous bad cuts. He told me u may not like it due to the look I was looking for. That was after asking how bad does he look ha! But when I got there I loved it. I understand completely what matting can do.. and what difference it can make in a cut.. boy does he look great. I already setup my next appointment so we can stay consistent to achieve the look. I love it! Great job guys!!

My perfectly groomed Bailey!

Doggie Washerette - The state-of-the art Tru-Blu K9000 Vended Self-Serve Dog Wash

I brought my dog, Louie, in today for a full groom. He isn't just my dog, he is my love and my…read morechild. I was nervous about dropping, Louie, off ANYwhere. His prior groomer, was mobile and would come to our house, so I could be right there with him. He's a registered Service Animal, and comes everywhere with me - we both have a bit of separation anxiety. The moment I walked into the facility, I was put to ease. There were two dogs (from the same household), that had already been groomed, in one corner, and they were COMPLETELY content and happy. I then found out this was their first time there. To me, that shows a lot. I had been putting, Lou's, groom off, bc I was in search of the perfect place. I didn't want him to be traumatized. Like I said, we rarely are apart. Since I had put it off, he was overgrown and parts of his fur were matted. I gave them "permission", or better yet, put my full trust into them, to do what would be most comfortable for Louie, so if they needed to shave him, i said that would be fine- just to use their best judgement. When I got there (only 2.5 hours later!), I was amazed at how beautiful he looked. He smells wonderful, they brushed his teeth, cut his nails, expelled his anal glands, cut him and gave him a Thorough bath. They also dried him. They had to shave some of his body, but left his face and tail. Have I mentioned he looks FANTASTIC? I'm so pleased and recommend, Doggie Washerette, to any and all my family, friends and loved ones. I will, most certainly, be back to bring my pooch for all of his grooming needs. Thanks again to the lovely staff (especially the owner, Ethel, who made my Lou, feel so at ease) at, Doggie Washerette - Louie looks PERFECT! Have a wonderful weekend. Also, thanks for squeezing him in ASAP! Lots of Love, Jen & Louie *** the grooming fares are definitely fair market value, and worth EVERY penny. I tipped well OVER the standard 20%, because they exceeded my expectations.

Is there a higher rating than 5 stars? Listen... listen, listen... Ethyl Taylor is a phenomenal,…read moreGod anointed, BLESSED, and highly favored human being! Let me tell you why... I have a 13yo Shih Tzu who, until recently, LOVED our long daily walks. He's fit and looks like the Apollo Creed of his breed. Sadly, Kairo suffers from heart disease, has to take 4 different meds, and wheezes when he breathes. He's now special needs. His regular groomer is not available due to a family emergency, then upgraded to no longer gro0ming. Kairo's hair was growing excessively, and he started to quickly mat which become increasingly uncomfortable. After calling dozens of groomers who had no dates available until Nov, I finally booked a next day appointment with Pet Smart. I explained Kai's fragility in concise detail, agreed to stay, and sign a waiver, but once I arrived, they treated us like we had the plague! The Manager resolved, but no way I was letting them touch my Kai. I sat in the car frustrated! Dear Lord, who has the kindness to groom special needs dogs? Google hears my question and provides a few choices. First up was THE DOGGIE WASHERETTE, which - I called based on the EXPERTISE listed on website and left a message. Then took a closer look, read the medical updates, and assumed she was not available. I asked God to continue blessing her journey and called a few others. About an hour later, SHE CALLED ME BACK! Ms. Ethyl explained her "specialization" with dogs in Kairo's condition, we made an appointment just 3 days later, and ...WOW! She treated Kai like he was a newborn baby! He looked and felt fabulous after she gently relieved him of all of his knots, filed his "stilettos" nails down so he can walk on his paw pads, even treated the yeast between his toes, and I was so incredibly THANKFUL! The Doggie Washerette is a magical place run by an unbelievably, amazing, human being - Ms. Ethyl. Kai was quietly knocked out 5 minutes into our ride home - feeling sensational. The is no other for us! God Bless you and your phenomenal care for our senior pets with special needs.

When you arrive, she meets you at the gate behind her house with a bonnet on her head without greeting you at all. Her plan is to take your dog and walk away unless you speak. The energy was so cold that I ended up speaking first because I felt uncomfortable. I almost canceled the appointment because something felt off, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I should've followed my instincts and left. She also charged a $30 matting fee, even though I didn't feel any matting myself--but I paid it without questioning. She texted me at 11 and informed me that he would be ready in an hour to an hour and a half but wait for the next message. I headed to her house and once I was parked I received the exit text. I never received the exit text until 1:20 PM . She claimed she sent it at 11:59, but it never delivered to my phone until I was outside of her house. As soon as the message reached me, I thought I was completely on time. Her own instructions say she has bad service so if she can have bad service other ppl can too. She informed me that I missed the grace period. I explained that the message had just come through. Her response was, "Did you not read the entire message?, I told her I thought after I received this message I had 30 mins but I was already outside of her house. After she saw I wasn't going to pay an additional late fee she just told me to meet her at the gate. This is exactly why a business with bad service should call--not rely on unreliable texting. When she handed me my dog, her face was angry and she still didn't speak, didn't greet me, and had an attitude. And what concerned me most was that my dog wasn't wagging his tail or acting happy afterward, which is not like him. If she treated me that rude, I can't help but wonder how badly she treated my pet. I was shocked at the way I was treated as a new customer. Between the lack of communication, the rigid rules, the attitude, and the fees on fees. I said never again. I prayed over my pet and I would never go back even if I could.

Although it's been a litttle over a year since I had to put my fur baby down. I just learned some…read morerecent information. It's about rat poison. A young lady post in nextdoor, that she took her baby to Karen's pet grooming and 3 days later had to put her dog down due to rat poisoning. Now here's my story. I took my dog to Karen's pet grooming on Saturday, October 12, 2024. Sunday, October 13, 2024 is was acting very strange and would barely eat and his poop was red, looked like blood. As the hours and days went by he would not eat, nor drink. That Wednesday mornin, October16 he was very weak to the point he would/could not walk. We had to take him outside, lift him up so he could potty. I called Angie at Karen's pet grooming, not sure which day that week, but I did call her. I asked her did she give him anything to eat because he has been sick since after his grooming there. Of course she said no. My daughter took him to work with her that Wednesday (vet hospital.) I was called and told he had jaundice and that he was very very sick. Had I only asked for a drug test. He was given some meds and they watched him at the hospital during her work day and tried to make him eat. No luck. When my daughter came home with him that evening she cried and told me if we can't get him to eat tonight, we need to take him back that next morning, Thursday, October 17, 2024, to make a very hard decision. That's what we had to do. We had to have him put down on October 17, 2024. Yes that was over a year ago, but after reading the post the young lady wrote about her fur baby going to Karen's pet grooming getting sick and dying and it was rat poison, I had to google. It stated that if a dog eat some rat poison it can cause jaundice. The poison can cause significant liver damage. There was a time before I took him to Karen's pet grooming and he came back with terrible diarrhea. I called Angie asked her what did she give him and of course she said she doesn't give them anything because she don't know what they are allergic to. He got better and time went on. Now after reading what i recently read, and researched what happened. My advice is DO NOT TAKE YOUR FUR BABIES TO THIS PLACE! It's been a little over a year, but after reading that post and finding out what I found out, that my fur baby of 13 years who was very vibrant and well going in there to be groomed and getting sick the next day and put down 5 days later was possibly poisoned. My heart broke all over again as if it just happened.

I show up at exactly 12p, they do not allow you to enter with instructions to honk your horn or call 1st RED FLAG. Karen comes out and gives me a small sheet of paper that ask if he has up-to-date shots (yes or no) his name, my phone number, email address, and can she take pictures for Facebook. I call her at 1:30p she said my dog hasn't been groomed and she will call me 30 minutes before his grooming is finished. I call her at 2:37p and a man answers the phone, I express my frustration and concerns about it being almost 3 hours later and my dog still not being groomed, he has Karen get on the phone. Karen immediately says, I'll rush him, he'll be ready in 20 minutes, calls me in 10 minutes and says he's done. When I arrive she says that next time if I need him in an hour let her know. She said she had to blow dry him, I wasn't sure what it meant, but the style I was expecting for my dog wasn't executed although he was clean. He is a white schicon and she did not clean his eye area properly because she was rushing. My issue is how were you rushing on an appointment at 12P and you had him for 3 Hours? Something isn't right about this place and I do not recommend.
