She explained service & I could tell she truly loves dogs & cared about their well being. After consultation, I was SOLD. The whole idea is ingenious. Right before initial start, my husband got me a new 2 year old Lab/Boxer! I called Adaye up in panic to explain & she couldn't have been sweeter! She congratulated me, added Archie in immediately & even added time in for a very small fee to get him over to release some energy at our dog park. I got a report card & detailed description of their time spent with our babies, pictures & a map of where they walked. At the end of first week, I came home to a "Welcome Home" bag that had treats for all my babies (cats included) and a personalized note thanking my husband & I. Beautiful service, beautiful people. You'd be at a loss if you don't try Pop Pop Pets for your pet walking/ pet sitting services. Your pets and you won't be sorry!

It isn't easy sending your dog away to work with strangers but they far exceeded our expectations. We definitely hit the jackpot with our trainer, Natalie. Walter had challenges with reactivity and general manners. She went above and beyond to make sure Walter was cared for while also making a huge difference in his behavior. Natalie was communicative with us and really made us feel like we were apart of the process. It was clear that Natalie spent the time getting know Walter and his quirks along the way. We also really value Natalie's perspective on Walter and his experiences in the world. Walter came home with an incredible foundation of training, a love of learning, and more confidence in himself. We also gained confidence in our ability advocate for Walter and ensure his success. We are forever grateful for Natalie and all the incredible work she did with our boy. We tell everyone we meet about our experience and hope so many other folks get to work with Natalie!

I recommend 1000% Danny the lead trainer. She was patient, nonjudgmental and professional. She helped us gain our confidence and showed us how to better walk our dog. Danny was spot on with all our dog issues, just think she is the best. I wish communication could have been better at the beginning of our issues but they did help us. Thanks

She would not go near him or listen to any commands we tried to use. Jay explained to us the approach he would use during training and I told him about the different goals I had for Nalani. I did some research after our evaluation with Jay and decided that he would be the best fit for us and for training Nalani. There are two things that really stood out with Jay compared to the other companies I looked at, the first being that the was no shock collar involved and the second being that all training was done in home with me or my husband. These were important to me because I didn't want to rely on a collar for my dog to listen and I didn't want to send her away to train, I wanted to build that bond with her so we would continue to succeed long after training. That being said we are now two months post training and Nalani does not miss a beat; she listens the first time for all commands and has quickly learned new ones on top of what she already knows! Just to touch on the training aspect there are few things Nalani learned with Jay that I never believed would be possible or even imagined to train her myself. We live in a split level house and before Jay our dog would run and bark at whoever was at the door no matter the person. On our first official training day we were taught how to instruct her to stay at the top of the steps whenever someone rings the door bell and stay there until released. When Jay told us that was our first goal I thought to myself NEVER in a million years will this work! Well, it did! This is just one of the many simple commands that Jay taught us and I never would have thought of myself. It will also be one that will come in handy for a very long time. Another part of her training was to sit whenever told during walks, not to get distracted, and not to pull on the leash. This one took a bit more training but Jay persisted, he kept at it and showed us different techniques to use during our walks to accomplish leash manners. Now I hardly have to even hold the leash and Nalani stays right at my side and never pulls the leash. The last thing I'd like to mention is off leash walking, this was my biggest goal of the entire training, everything else was great but ultimately I wanted to be able to take my dog anywhere and not worry about her running off when not attached to a leash. After Nalani mastered the other training techniques Jay taught us it was time for the off leash training. This actually was learning on my part, I needed to trust my dog and show her confidence to be off leash. It was unbelievable the first time she did it effortlessly. No leash, right at my side, and I had no worry of her running off!! To end this long review and get to the point, Jay is an absolutely amazing trainer! He went above and beyond training Nalani; he met all of my expectations plus more. I have no regrets choosing him as our trainer and plan to use him for any future dog's training. Jay truly cares for the dogs he trains and its obvious the compassion and love he has as a trainer. I would highly suggest him to anyone looking for effective and lasting training.

It's wayyyy worse than that financially for the time being- that said- my therapy cat. Marley, started sneezing quite often and I noticed she was shedding white flakes constantly mostly coming off of her back. I called local veterinary clinics and my jaw dropped literally dropped when I heard the office visit is ONLY $59!!! I think all I responded with after hearing that was sign us up LOL! The office staff is wonderful, polite, and sincere! They worked around my schedule but were still able to get my baby girl Marley in the same week I called! The office was clean, and the staff were all exceptionally kind, informative, and patient. My cats are my literal children- my son calls them his two sisters so they're precious to us and so I get uber anxious whenever I'm unable to help them and I know they're uncomfortable. We only had to wait a few minutes after check in, and after the first visit initial paperwork. I was a visible nervous wreck! The technician came in and discussed Marley's symptoms with me, all while remaining professional and kind. Not even ten minutes after the tech had left, the Veterinarian came in all smiles, and began our conversation with what was going on with Marley, potential causes, etc. The Veterinarian listened to all of my questions carefully with a smile on her face, and was eager to reassure me on ease of Marley's care, causes, even things I can do from home to help my girl! She knew her stuff, too! I cannot say enough good things about Muddy Creek Veterinary Clinic in Butler, Pa (on William Flynn HWY)! I also can say with confidence even though one may shop around getting potential quotes on care and medication? There was not ONE other clinic that could even come close to the reasonable prices for my Marley's care at Muddy Creek! I'll never go anywhere else! I urge you to give this clinic a try! You won't regret it- just as I haven't!

Because or dog has sensitivities to ingredients in commercial foods and a propensity for liver issues (breed trait) we raw feed a diet of duck and rabbit. One moment they will tell us he's the healthiest dog they've seen and the next after hearing of his diet excoriate us and tell us we're going to kill him and should put him on kibble. They also double vaccinated him for rabies on accident, it is what it is. But when we ask for antibody test (which is required for international travel) we get nothing but judgement and sh*t talked behind our back....where we can hear it! The tldr is they are more focused on selling you prescriptions and prescription foods than the actual health of your pet. At the end of the day it's a business and that's cool, but shady practices and attitude ruin this place.
