BEST GROOMER I'VE EVER HAD!! We love Leti!!…read more I with I could give this business a million stars!!! I have a little Lhasa Apso who is 14 years old and about a year ago she decided she hated grooming and whenever I took her in she would come back half groomed b/c they groomers couldn't handle her. I searched and searched to find someone who could do her properly, and who could come to the house, which I thought would be less stressful for her. After sending out tons of emails to the groomers on Yelp with 5 stars I heard back from Leti and she was able to come a few days later and did an AMAZING job. Nobody has been able to groom my dog's face and Leti was able get just about everything perfect. (there are a few hairs close to her eyes that just can't be gotten!). My dog also liked Leti and there were no hard feelings after the grooming session, despite how much my dog hates being groomed...in fact she really liked Leti. This really feels like a miracle, I was so despairing over this b/c my dog half the time had overgrown hair and now she looks as clean and fluffy as she ever has. Thank you Leti!

This review is only based on the lack of response and not for any services provided…read more I saw their mobile truck in my neighborhood one day and I was happy to discover a mobile grooming. Well, I called them and it went straight to voicemail in which she says to send her a message on Facebook (not everyone has Facebook smh!). I left a message requesting a quote/appointment. I also texted them and a week later and no response. You can say a lot based on a business response, so thanks I guess. See attached image.

After several disappointing experiences elsewhere we finally found our go-to grooming spot! The…read moreteam here really understands anxious pets - they gave our nervous pup special attention and offered a quiet space to help her feel comfortable. However she didn't need it and was able to roam with the other dogs at the spa. Special shout out to Vee (Vi?)! She was super attentive and took the time to understand our preferences and make sure we were on the same page about the style we wanted. When we got home, our dog was her usual playful self (at other places, she'd come home stressed and subdued). It's clear they treated her with patience and care. The results were exactly what we hoped for! We've made this our regular salon.

The poor reviews I see here really confirm what I learned today: the owner has contempt for her…read morecustomers when they complain. To be transparent, I am copying my Google review here with added replies from the owner to really paint the picture. MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: There's roughly a $50 difference between a grooming that includes a trim, especially a dog that's only 12lbs, and that's too big of a difference to get it wrong. I don't have the time or patience to wait for someone to fix the poor job they have done, so it's just easier to never come back. THE OWNER'S REPLY: Thank you for your feedback. At checkout, you expressed concern about the price of the full groom, which had increased by just $10 since your dog's previous appointment in January 2025, nearly two years ago. She was groomed by the same groomer who cared for her on previous visits, and no concerns about the haircut were raised at the time. We appreciate your past visits and wish you and your dogs all the best. MY REPLY TO THAT REPLY --SENT VIA EMAIL: Instead of recognizing the bad quality of the cut, you went on the defensive and put it back on me with irrelevant talking points. Crazy. Look: I paid the stated cost, so that isn't the issue being raised. It's not getting what I asked for and the quality not matching the higher asking price is the real issue here. How are you not embarrassed? But back to your reply: it's now HOW you replied that creates a whole other issue: it's a bad look for YOU to not own the poor outcome. No apology and no offer to make it right, together with your moot response on Google, makes you look like an asshole. And what that costs you now is bad word of mouth: to ensure anyone I know with dogs stays away from your business. **** END **** FINAL THOUGHTS: Guess if you don't say anything WHILE INSIDE the store and only determine the bad quality LATER when you have more time, you're shit out of luck in the eyes of the owner. Jodi, look at your other poor reviews and how you treat people who speak up. You fucking suck at customer service. Your pride will be your downfall.

We started using Park, Bark n' Scrub many months ago due to the unreliability of our previous…read moremobile groomer. We are thrilled with the change! Danielle is friendly and reliable and most of all - she does a great job. We always go with a short cut on our Maltese for ease of maintenance and Danielle's cuts are very consistent. Our dog always looks the same, which is a big positive in my book. Other groomers have delivered inconsistent looks when we simply wanted the same haircut. The convenience of the mobile service is hard to beat too. It's a little more expensive than service at a brick and mortar building, but it's worth it in my opinion. You won't regret going with this business for your furry friend's grooming needs. Highly recommended. ***In the post-grooming photo of my pup, he'd had a recent vet procedure that resulted in a stitch in his forehead and a partially shaved right leg. Danielle was careful and attentive***

Okay, obviously having the grooming van come to your door is incredibly convenient. What you might…read morenot realize, it minimizes a huge amount of stress! Most groomers do multiple dogs at once--and your dog sits in a cage in the meantime. Not great. Maria is working with just one dog --yours--from start to finish--so it's way less stress for your baby. I should also mention that Maria is the best, kindest, most competent dog groomer in the DMV. Full stop. If you have a small dog, don't even *think* about going anywhere else! Not only will your furbaby be gorgeously groomed, you will have the peace of mind of knowing he is being cared for by 1) someone who genuinely loves dogs, and 2) is also incredibly talented and experienced. I don't trust my little guy with anyone but Maria.
