I have two dogs. One large breed and one small and having Pet Domestic services for my home is a live saver! It's so nice to be able to walk in my yard and not worry about stepping in poop. The service member that takes care of my yard is EXTREMELY professional, personable, animal friendly! read more

My wife found Pet Domestic and it was the best decision we made to use them. My specialist Ethan came and did a great job. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend. read more

Excellent service, always left the yard immaculate and communicated any service interruptions.

Adrian was our service tech who came out for the first visit and he sealed the deal. If everything Pet Domestic does is as efficient, friendly, dog loving and amazing as Adrian, this business is going to be unstoppable. Our yard looks great, he even went above and beyond and emptied a container we had been using prior to finding Pet Domestic. Super happy! Absolutely earned our business. read more

These guys visited my mom's house and were so stealthy about it that I didn't even realize they had stopped by. The "landmines" had just magically disappeared without alerting the dog or me. I had the one time service done and if I lived in Northern Virginia I'd recommend the recurring service. read more

We have been using Pet Domestic's waste removal for over 5 years and are extremely satisfied with their service. Their technicians diligently clean up every time and have come even when it rained and snowed. They are courteous, professional and very accommodating. We couldn't be happier with their service. Thanks to Ethan and his team. read more

I have been using Pet Domestic for several years now. Hands down the best service in the area!

They did a phenomenal job cleaning up our yards (front and back). Our dogs are now senior and it's more difficult for them to go out for walks and unfortunately they have to use our yards to do their business. I was very happy with their service and will definitely be using them again in the near future! read more

Great service with great communication!! They are always prompt and always let me know if there will be a delay which I greatly appreciate.

I am very happy with Pet Domestic they do an excellent job keeping my lawn clean. One technician whose name is Ryan is always ont time and brings my trash can from the curb. read more

The service started out okay but over time we have had too many weeks where they didn't even walk through our yard. Unfortunately for the past two straight weeks we have watched the pet domestic person walk less than 10 feet into our yard before leaving (4 minutes total pulling and driving away). I've walked the yard minutes after they've left only to pick up a bag full of poop left behind. Our yard is maybe a 1/4 acre, so not big. As much as I wanted to keep this service, I can't keep paying knowing they are not actually cleaning the yard. I cancelled our service and will look for alternatives. read more

They absolute best local owned business! We have used Pet Domestic for the last 5 years! They are amazing! They never miss. Super reliable, friendly staff. They are considerate. We just don't have time to clean up the yard every day. Pet Domestic makes things easy. You never have to worry about where to step because they have thoroughly cleaned it all up!!! Love them!!!! read more

Pet domestic does a great job at picking up our dogs' poop in the yard. We have 4 small dogs and a lot of dog poop. They are thorough

I really appreciate this service! We have two dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Pug. We receive the once a week service. It really helps to keep our yard from smelling and from having so much waste build up. They always text before they are on their way which gives me ample time to get the dogs ready and out of the yard. I would highly recommend! read more

Excellent and consistent work on yard with two 60-70lb dogs. Yard was always spotless after the technician visited. Ended service only because I moved from the area. Thanks for great work! read more

Thorough. Always communicate when they are 10 min out , or if they need to reschedule for some reason.

This is absolutely the best thing ever. I have a large dog that I inherited from my daughter. I don't mind the other things that go along with pet ownership, but I draw the line at hunting for shit. When I discovered this service I was thrilled. The first free cleanup was well worth the subscription alone. The tech was there and gone before I even realized it. They are like turd removal fairies. With the yard cleaned, I can play with my pet in the yard without worrying about what either he or I am stepping in. They let me know a few minutes ahead of when they will arrive so that I can make sure the dog is not outside. I'm very happy with this company and their service. read more

I have found Pet Domestic to be a reliable company. The communication with me has been really good. They have been my service for many years now. Highly recommend. read more

I am a real estate agent in the Northern Virginia area and called on pet domestic when one of my listings needed some assistance with their multiple dog situation in order to get their home market ready. I called the pet domestic on a Saturday evening and by 9 AM Monday morning they were out at my clients home and took care of everything so that we had a seamless transition in selling to the new owners. read more

I am unable to clean up after my 100 pound dog anymore. Since hiring Pet Domestic, they have been very reliable. They shows up faithfully every week and does a fantastic job. read more

They are great, and dependable. The guy makes sure to thoroughly look for dog waste in back yard.

My backyard was a MESS with poop and they cleaned it all up! They were easy to communicate with, prompt and thorough

Pet Domestic is dependable. I attempted to use the services of a chain, but was unable to get on their schedule for over a month. I reached out to Pet Domestic and they were at my home 3 days later. They provided excellent service and I will use them again. read more

OK, this is a difficult review to write because I know it's a service that quite frankly, is a lousy business to be in. BUT Pet Domestic (Ethan and service technician Tom) made what was a nightmare with another company into a pleasant, professional, efficient and high value experience. I had to call in help due to recent medical issues and found Pet Domestic to be the exact opposite of what they pick up. I have a small yard and two large dogs. In spite of everything, (and a screw up in scheduling on my part) Ethan and Tom helped me reschedule promptly and then did an OUTSTANDING job. My only regret is that this review might help overload this absolute treasure of a service. If I could give 6 stars I would. They WILL get repeat business from me - happily read more

Seems very expensive. $30 per trip for a 30 x50' yard, back only. ZerO discounts for military or seniors on retirement. But they do a good job. read more

Completely satisfied with Pet Domestic. They show up and do the job unlike other companies that don't show and still bill you. Great job!

Best company ever. I have been with them for almost the start. Very courteous and professional. A plus

We have worked with Pet Domestic for a few years now. We've started and stopped service and each time Ethan has been super to work with. The service is top notch and customer interaction is simply the best. Could not endorse Ethan and Pet Domestic any stronger for your back yard dog waste removal needs. read more

I have given only one other review on this platform but I had to review this. We have tried pet domestic several times in multiple locations and each time they have disappointed us so shame on us for hiring them again. They are completely unreliable and frustrating to work with. Buyer beware! read more

Love Pet Domestic. They always do a great job and are consistent with the recurring weekly arrangement we have.

Love Pet Domestic! They text when they're on their way and are very responsive. They spray our poop pen with a deodorizer, we haven't smelled anything dog related in months, it's fantastic! Highly recommend Pet Domestic! read more

Great service to have when you don't have time during the week to get to the pets. They are a great small business. Always responsive to questions and text. They let me know when they are going to arrive or delays so I know to have pets inside so they jump all over the great folks that help out. read more

This service is worth every penny! I come home on Fridays to a totally poop-free backyard and I don't have to spend my valuable weekend hours on cleaning! This is the best pet waste company out there. They do not cancel because of fog and they never miss big piles of husky waste like the other company did. I wish I had hired them before the poop rangers (green vans). Pet domestic communicates with me if there is an issue with our gates or if something seems off with the dog waste. They are the best out there and believe me I have had a few others. Sign up now and you will be very happy. Thank you for your professionalism and terrific service, with 3 huskies you have made my life easier! read more

I used the service for about six months. Sporadically, they did a good job, but many times I had to call and ask why they didn't come, just to be told that they did come. Today I canceled my service after coming home and finding seven different piles of dog waste that were not picked up. I could understand maybe one, but seven? I gave them the benefit of the doubt too many times. read more
