I absolutely love Dogtopia and would recommend their services. They give you one complementary…read moredoggy daycare day. Right off the bat when I went to drop off my puppy, the two women behind the counter were extremely nice. They went over everything to expect. I didn't realize I had to bring my own food. They do have snacks and meals for purchase though, such as homemade turkey meatballs, and a chicken protein bowl. The best part is that you can watch your dog live on their WebCam. This definitely gave me a lot of peace of mind to be able to see how my pup was doing and interacting with the other dogs. From 12 PM to 2 PM, the cameras are off for nap time. When I went to pick him up, they gave me a little report card with his mood, the new dog friends he made, and a brief overview on how he did. I definitely think that this is good for dog socialization. Regarding the price, to board your dog it's $69 a night. They also have a weekly enrollment daycare plan: 1-day enrollment: $51/week 2-day enrollment: $92/week 3-day enrollment: $129/week Unlimited enrollment: $184/week

We have been using this location for the past five years. Our corgi loves it here. The staff are…read morefantastic, and the hours are very reasonable. The pricing structure is too complicated for me to explain here, but they are pretty flexible about adjusting to your needs. They have recently changed their system to involve a reservation system due to high demand, but honestly we have never had an issue getting our dog in on a day that we needed him to. They will give your dog a meal if you bring it with your dog. One note, it's best to remove your dogs collar before dropping off, to minimize the risk that they will forget to give you the collar back at pick up. In fact I think under the new system they request this specifically since Covid started.

We got Stephanie's contact info from our vet, for whom she worked before starting her business. She got right back to me on the same day and asked to come over and meet the cats and get to know the layout of our apartment, which put me very much at ease. She recognizes that every pet is different, and it's important to get to know them and learn about them from their owners before trying to take care of them. She was also very respectful of our cats' behavior and didn't try to pressure them into interacting, and was familiar enough with the medications she'd be administering to recognize when it would be better to skip a dose than to freak out our sick cat further. By the end of the week, he was feeling MUCH better and had even come out for playtime, and our shyer cat - who comes out for almost nobody except us - had come out to visit and play as well! I can say all of this because she left us detailed, twice-daily notes as to her visits, and responded to texts as well (even with a six-hour time difference). When we got back, they were both bright-eyed and bushy-tailed and happy to see us, which tells me that they were glad to have her around. If we go out of town for a similar length of time (or even shorter, potentially), we will absolutely be asking Stephanie to take care of them again. Her pricing structure was also very reasonable (especially for the care we needed), and she broke down each and every cost for us before we signed the contract. I would absolutely recommend her to any and all anxious pet parents who are leaving town, or even if you just need somebody who's great with animals to look in on your furry friends and make sure they're fed and watered and happy. Stephanie was fantastic!

From the moment I got there, the front desk kept referring to my dog as a returning patient, even though I said multiple times he was new. I had already sent all his paperwork ahead of time, but they claimed something was missing. It felt like no one actually read anything or paid attention. The doctor never introduced herself or asked for my name--I had to ask for hers. That alone gave off a bad vibe. On top of that, the nurse tried to do a urine test from a sample he left on the floor, and later the doctor told her it was contaminated. It made me question how trained the staff really are. Then they labeled him as a sick pet even though they already told me to go to urgent care. And the last straw was when I tried to schedule a follow-up and the same girl said, "She can schedule it whenever she can afford it." That was so out of line. Who says that? It just didn't feel professional or respectful. I won't be going back.

Because if people just don't come, why should the vet lose money? And if you cancel in time, you'll get your money back! And for other animals that urgently need an appointment, then have to wait because other pet owners have an appointment but don't show up? Be realistic! The system is good! It's important to me to have a good clinic for my cat! This is the Rosedale Hospital, everything else is unimportant! The staff is so friendly and helpful!
