We started with a couple spinach salads because we've been here before and know how good the home made hot bacon dressing is. The salad was well composed, and the dressing was delicious. We then had the Prime Rib which was perfectly cooked and was served with some au jus for dipping. We had some potato sides, which were fine. They have a pastry chef on staff, so be sure to save some room for desert. We shared a individual size salted caramel cheesecake, and it was decadent.
