I had a cockroach infestation and he treated the attic, baseboards, appliances, and outside in addition to providing advice on outdoor areas where pests may live. This was part of a quarterly treatment and I consider the cost to be very reasonable for the services provided. Truly Nolen offered me followup treatments if the initial treatment was ineffective for reduced or no cost. I'm very satisfied with the service and glad I called because I was at my wit's end trying to curb the infestation by myself.

Absolutely amazing customer service. From start to finish this entire process has been seamless as…read morewell as worry free. We initially contacted Any Pest as in Georgia, around this time of year, I don't think any home can avoid some type of bug crawling into it. Whether it's a water bug or those nasty stink bugs, I was about fed up and decided to give them a call. They came out the following day and did a service call to do a free inspection, and not once throughout the process did I feel pressured to go with their services but I did however feel more educated on what was happening with my home. I signed my paperwork to start with their services the same day and they were out to service my home within two days. In the middle of the two day spam, I had a freak experience with a bunch of flies taking over a guest bedroom of mine and not only was the owner responding to my text messages late at night on what I should do to at least decrease the situation, but he arrived first thing at my home the following morning to help. I cannot be more grateful for contacting this company and not going with any of the others. They are hands-down the B E S T and have a long-time customer in me. You can tell that they sincerely care about their customers and they genuinely want to make sure that you have the best experience. I would recommend to absolutely anyone

I was with Extermco Pest Control for years and valued their prompt, thorough and cost effective…read moreservices. Lookout Pest Control out of Centre Alabama bought them a year or two ago so I inherited this unprofessional, expensive and ineffective company by default I guess. It started with my rodent service. Our technician was highly reluctant to go in my attic after the initial treatment and I understood due to the heat. He did tell me he could go up there in the heat to put another bait station for an additional fee of course! I'm guessing he gets commission off it! We continue to hear rodents up there but they seem unconcerned about it at all. Then the kicker of kickers, I get an email regarding an inquiry about our termite bond renewal. I never responded thus in my mind implies a no. A month later this guy shows up hops my fence and stays 10 minutes max as my girlfriend was in the home. After he leaves he sends me a text stating everything looks good no moisture or sign of infestation. No formal report whatsoever and I promptly get an invoice for $260 when it usually was $200. No notice of a price increase nothing. I didn't pay the invoice as this really infuriated me. Then I get an inquiry of payment and threat regarding the termite bond being void. I replied that I would pay when I received a report. What do I get? One line at the bottom of the invoice stating "nothing noted"! Is this any way to run a business?! I've owned and run 3 and would be mortified if my people conducted themselves like this! This is an F minus company at best!

(To see if they were doing there job) First and worst of all I had asked them not to service my home. I left a voicemail and I also had called in and spoken to them to please not come to my home. I had gotten a text that the technician had the service. The technician had gone into my backyard and walked around behind my home without my consent after I told them multiple times to not come. people who have big dogs understand how scarry that is if your dogs outside most of the day. Someone could have been hurt. THEY TRESPASSED.!!! Second of all, with every spraying of the outside of the home, they're supposed to get rid of cobwebs I had incidences where the technician just sprayed and did not get rid of any cobwebs. Third, we had the mosquito treatment done at our home and the technician walked around in the middle of the yard not spraying any bushes or any trees or any corners of the yard which supposed to be done, he took five minutes and left. Fourth, I was offered a free service that was supposed to be "more expensive than one I was paying for " as compensation for the three problems above. but come to find out I was already paying for this service that compensation for everything that they've done wrong. This place is a scam. They will not give you your money back. If you are not home, know that they're probably not doing what they're supposed to be doing.
