Their treatment did not work for us, and then they refused to come back out to retreat even though I notified them within the required 30 days. I had them out for a one-time treatment of roaches, water bugs, spiders, and carpenter ants. Jesse said he'd give us an extra heavy treatment since we didn't want the quarterly service. Their approach of spraying primarily outside around the house was ineffective for us. We were still seeing live insects in our home after the treatment. I called back within the specified 30-day time period, and Dorian assured me he would come back out to retreat. However, due to an event at our home and subsequent vacation, we could not have him back immediately. I informed him when we'd be back, and he said he'd be in touch. He never called back, and because our lives were busy with out-of-town family visiting, travel ball tournaments, and a death in the family, I didn't call him back till the third week in June. In conversations with both Dorian and Jesse, they both said it had been too long for them to come back out. So even though I notified them within the required 30-day time period AND Dorian did not call when he said he would AND Dorian told me he'd retreat, they refused to follow through with their word and do the right thing. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I can go buy some Home Defense at a much lower price and achieve better results.

We looked up both online and saw that the bugs we kept seeing looked nothing like carpet bugs and everything like bedbugs, so we went to Dale's List and contacted Kumar with Himalayan. He came out and within seconds he said we did indeed have bedbugs. He talked me through everything he was doing during the inspection and what to look for in the future. He asked questions about the entire family and what we do to try to pinpoint where the issue stemmed from. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. We made the appointment for the treatment right then. The price??? A LOT lower than I expected. In fact, it was thousands less than what the first "expert" said we would have to pay them had they done whatever treatment they were gonna do. Kumar gave us specific instructions on how to prepare for the treatment which helped us do some impromptu early spring cleaning. Fast forward to the day of the treatment.
