We apparently tracked in fleas from outside where many dogs are walked close to our door, because our inside cat of several years suddenly had fleas, never seen before. Despite treating the cat directly with topical and oral meds, we kept finding them, along with what looked like eggs, when using a flea comb. I was horrified and after researching learned we needed to treat the environment. Matt explained the type of products they would use and what to expect, and the tech was great about communicating when on the way about his arrival time . We were still seeing a couple fleas and eggs a few days later and although I know the cycle can take a few weeks to break I was concerned, as some areas had not been treated. I contacted the office and they were responsive and courteous. Matt reached out with some info and they had the tech return to both retreat with another product and treat some new areas. I know that my stress was showing (having to wash every area rug, blanket, throw, pillow, sheet, anything fabric in hot water and dry it on high to kill the eggs and I was doing laundry round the clock) but the office, Matt and the tech remained patient and empathetic and never made me feel like I was a bother. After the second treatment we haven't seen any further evidence of fleas - but if we did, I know the service is guaranteed. Matt's Pest provided prompt, courteous, professional and effective service. I called late on a Monday (near closing time) but the were still able to schedule me the very next morning between 8am and 10am. David arrived around 9am and was done by just before 11am. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to both treat the nest and dig it out of the ground despite the aforementioned boulder being in the way.

The policies are not consumer friendly.

Gotta love it! This all started with just a few sounds here and there, which eventually led to one (or possibly more) squirrel making its way completely into our attic and continuing to come and go for some time. It was truly the most frustrating thing because everytime we thought the squirrel was gone for good - it would find a new way to get in. We were warned this would happen, but wow these squirrels really were relentless. There were a few communication/scheduling issues along the way, but considering the amount of times we needed someone out here and the fact that they finally got rid of them for good - I'm pleased with our experience overall and would definitely use them again (but hopefully not needed)!

The guy who did the inspection even said his company could care less and never pay anybody for claims. They just deny everyone and sign up new people for the same service. We also had them for pest service and fired them for not doing anything.

Immediately following my post the owner of the company stepped out and was accountable for my customer experience. Not only that, he contacted me directly to listen to my concerns and proposed a number of ways to make it right. In addition, he had his best service tech and team come out to inspect the work and make any improvements necessary. I was very impressed by that and the follow up by his team. He continued to reach out to make sure I was satisfied. That's how you run a business and I am pleased to give him and his company the highest rating.
