Super cute spot in University Heights with great service and delicious food. Arrived at 9:30 on a Saturday morning for brunch, place was popping but we didn't have a wait and had the choice of sitting inside or the patio. I had the Pork Belly Benedict, which was delicious, and a latte. My friend got the PH Benedict and she enjoyed it as well.
Is it wrong that in less than a week, I came back here for breakfast? I kept thinking about the pan fried linguine with eggs and bacon. But I also wanted to try the lemon ricotta pancakes. And so, not wanting the workers to think I'm a fatty, I invited Scooter to meet me there. Friendly good morning. Since I'm on summer break, I'll start with an espresso martini. There's cold brew in it, so I'm also getting my caffeine fix. Sadly, the bacon was missing when my plate arrived. I was really hungry and not wanting to wait, I said it was fine. This gave me a chance to try it without added protein. It is still really good! Though I did miss the bacon! They offered to bring it on the side, but it just wouldn't taste the same. The ricotta pancakes are amaaaaaaaazing! No extra syrup needed! Came drizzled with blueberry sauce! Sooooooo good! Scooter got the club sandwich and I have to admit, I was a little jealous. I loved the thick grilled bread. So now I have another dish to try. I'm seriously going to eat my way through the menu! Our server was great, and apologetic about the bacon, but it was still really good! I am looking forward to coming back again and again! And as always.... Cako Approves!
Came here for dinner for a group of 14 and it surpassed our expectations! We did sit outside, however, the heaters did make us feel warm and toasty! The food was really good and came out all at the same time, which was quite impressive for a small restaurant. We did have a reservation, which is nice to know in north park for big parties! I highly recommend the chicken parm, it was my favorite of all the meals. The waitress was so nice and let us split our bill amongst the couples of the party. We had 8 different tabs, and she handled it perfectly! I came for dinner and there was a nice variety. I saw some awesome photos of brunch, so if I am ever in the area I will for sure come to try! Being north park, the parking is limited. The bathroom was nice and spacious enough to where you can even sit on a bench/couch in the women's bathroom LOL. It is a little more on the expensive side, but think it's worth it to try at least once!
Very nice brunch spot! They have very nice standard and creative menu. We had an egg Benedict, a blue corn pancake and a breakfast pizza. All of those are pretty nice! My personal favorite is the blue corn pancake, the texture is so good and tastes more flavorful than the regular ones. The service is fast and friendly. The restaurant itself is cute and clean. I recommend this place!
I'd say this is a nice little spot. The service is really good.The staff is very attentive. The food was amazing. I had the cowboy benedict absolutely delicious! The orange juice here is really good. They have indoor and outdoor seating but depending on how busy they are, there may be a wait. Definitely worth it. Place is clean. I'd definitely recommend this spot.

This place is so cute and food was actually decent ! I got the pork belly benedict and surprised it came with a good portion and thick piece. Eggs was cooked great and bread was crispy ! I went with a larger party of 8, and everyone enjoyed their food. The server was very attentive to us and we did not feel rushed at all. Parking might be a bit difficult, but was able to find side street parking in good time.
I dined with my neighbor for Girl's Breakfast early on MLK. She came here with her parents over the holidays and said this is a must try spot for me. I'm not a huge breakfast person but I trust her. Very cute location, decor is charming and it very spacious to accommodate guests inside and out. Our server was darling, super helpful and had a great sense of humor. My neighbor ordered a breakfast burrito and I got the Lemon Ricotta Pancake with Blueberry Compote on the side by request. We received our drinks shortly after he took our order. Food was served within 15 minutes. My eyes grew big, I asked if they had to deliver my pancake with a forklift because it was larger than my face. It was a good call just to order 1. There was citrusy bits of lemon zest in the fluffy batter. It was a pleasant surprise in each bite. I totally intended to each just half but somehow the whole pancake disappeared. Service was great! There are plenty of options, I was actually eyeing the Benedicts so will come back for that!
Loved this brunch place! I had the chilaquiles in red sauce with chorizo, yum!! The sauce was so good and generous portion too. Service was good. It was Saturday when we went, we got a table for 4 instantly.
We arrived as a party of 4 on a wednesday around 11am and we were immediately seated. We chose a table outside. Fortunately we could move the sun umbrellas to block most of the sun. The servers were super friendly but service overall was pretty slow. It took a while for the food and then the check. I loved the tres egg scrambles - Chili crusted tofu, basil & asiago cheese. There are great vegetarian and gluten free options. The chilaquiles was also very good. They recommended it with the green sauce. We found street parking a few blocks away.

She knew the menu and helped to guide me to some great choices. The lobster risotto was beyond compare. Lots of lobster and oh so yummy. The fish with the lemon caper sauce was out of this world. Soooooo great. And while not cheap. It is worth the price for the quality and level of service. I had some left overs and they even wrote on the lid what was inside and the date. Well done and very much worth the trip.

Wow! Esteban was fantastic! Made my iced latte extra strong as I requested. He was so consistent in checking on me but also giving me space to enjoy my meal in peace:) I can't wait to come back here every time I'm in SD! 10/10 read more
A new top brunch spot! My son was debating between the lemon ricotta and churro pancakes, and our waiter offered to split them so we could try one of each. Such a nice touch! My son loved the lemon ricotta, but my husband and I enjoyed both. They don't charge extra for substitutions, which is such a bonus as a vegetarian! They also recently added mocktails to the menu, which was a nice, refreshing option in the San Diego heat. Overall, a great spot for a family brunch! read more

Love this place! I've had the chilaquiles and the fried rice and both are delicious. Great service and also cute vibes in & outside. There are flies on the patio tho, but they give fly swatter things. It doesn't bother me too much. read more

Good ambiance, yummy food. I loved the challah French toast and devoured it in seconds. I forgot to take a photo of the acai bowl, but my parents greatly enjoyed it as well and remarked how nice the texture was. Definitely recommend for brunch. read more

Came Sunday 930am for party of 3. Our friend was very late but the staff was very accommodating with drinks while we waited. I had the house made carnitas in polenta which was fantastic w house made hot sauce too. My friends were kind of boring w basic breakfast w bacon and the avocado toast. Would return 100% read more

I was in the area yesterday and decided to try this place for brunch. On a Saturday at 11:30 we were able to get in right away. We got the real thang beef burger as well as the breakfast pizza. Both were great, the burger was cooked well, still very juicy. And the pizza had a lot of flavor and had a great cheese pull! Service was alright. The restaurant itself was cute, old fashioned and the stained glass window inside was really pretty. read more

Adorable neighborhood eatery, indoor and outdoor seating. Service was impressive, really appreciate good service. Our waiter was so nice and helpful with all the items on the vast menu. Everything on the menu looked worth trying. My daughter ordered the chilaquiles with a flat iron steak, over easy eggs. The homemade corn chips were the nice thick kind, the sauce was a mix to me of Adobe and mole, thick with so much flavor and spice; beyond my imagination. The spice definitely lasted on the tongue, ha ha. Fresh guacamole, perfectly pickled purple onions, cilantro and cotija cheese. Worth ordering. I ordered the PH salad with grilled chicken, raspberry vinaigrette, sliced almonds, mixed greens, sliced cherry tomatoes with homemade bread. I would order it again. The iced latte was delish! I hadn't been here in years so I was thrilled when a friend suggested we meet for lunch. We both had the stir-fried rice and shared a lemon ricotta pancake. Both were perfect. Really delicious, and hidden spot in University Heights. Came on a Monday afternoon and was pleasantly surprised by their diverse menu. The PAN FRIED LINGUINI W/ EGG was innovative and delicious The CHILAQUILES W/ GREEN SAUCE was tangy and delicious PARK HOUSE BENEDICT came with a very cool potato tower and was super good. Was invited to catch breakfast here and was surprised I've never heard of this cute venue/restaurant. Outside and inside of this small spot is very open and staff treated us well. Parking can be tricky depending on the time you go. You make be looking for a spot for a while. Had the chocolate mocha and truly enjoyed the sweet flavors. The menu has a variety of items to choose from which can be overwhelming but I ended up choosing a salad. Salad was basic. Nothing too special. Dressing was ok. Cool place to meet friends or a date for a bite to eat and chat for sure. I like how open the restaurant is and the level of calmness you feel there. Although I wasn't a fan of the food, I do feel that the place has good vibes. Perhaps it's worth a try to go back and try something else next time. read more
I came here with a group of friends to celebrate a bday. They were fast to get us a table and give us a nice place for more privacy. The service is Freud my and super fast. I really loved my hibiscus margarita, I also ordered the pizza breakfast and it was PERFECTION. I'd come back any day to have it again. I truly recommend it. My April birthday girlfriend, and I went to our annual lunch at Park House eatery to celebrate and this year I chose the churro pancake soaking in condensed milk for my free birthday treat. I usually don't eat such an indulgent item for lunch, but I decided that this year I would do just that. My friend had her usual chicken salad that she adores and it was. As delicious as ever. Esteban was our waiter and you can't get a more exuberant and joyful waiter than Esteban. He repeatedly wished me a happy birthday and made my lunch extra special with his personal touch. My pancake came with a little candle that was lit and I felt quite special. This place is a jam and I hope it continues to thrive and remain the special place that it is! Sometimes parking can be a challenge because there's so many wonderful places along Park Avenue to eat and walk and they have put in more parking meters than ever, but there are many neighborhood areas that you can park in and walk from but you might have to walk a little ways more than you thought so be prepared. The benedicts were good but the pancake was the star of the show. Highly addicting, I can see why it's so popular here. I ordered the nut butter toast, while my partner had the cowboy benedict. I love a place with eggs benny options! The toast was kind of too dry with the nut butter. If they add more blueberries, it would help offset the dryness. It was still good. On a random Saturday at around noon, we were able to walk in for brunch without a wait which was great. There's outdoor seating which gives off a garden vibe, & it was a cute little sit in restaurant. There was easy parking for the time we arrived closely on an adjacent street, and the waitress was so sweet. The indoor is cozy, cute with antique decorations, and they even had a fireplace lit which was such a nice touch for a cloudy day. read more
My favorite brunch place in San Diego. This is my favorite place to go with my fiancee and our pup. I also love brining my family here. Fav Dishes: BEST CHILAQUILES IN ALL OF SAN DIEGO. Add the carnitas! Churro pancake is to die for, purchase one for the table to share. PH sausage scramble (w mashed potatoes) The service and food is amazing, I don't think I've ever had a bad meal here. I love getting their specials! The ambiance is casual and homey with comfort food. Dog friendly patio. Family friendly. They have something for everyone. It's busy during the weekends. They do not accept reservations on weekends but they do accept reservations on the weekday. They also have dinner which is quaint and lovely as well! Our first time here and we LOVED this place!!! The service was really incredible- so nice, kind and lots of smiles. That's a great sign, that this is a great place to work. Our food was really good. We had the Avocado Toast with Eggs and Bacon and the Carnitas Stuffed Polenta Cakes (total WOW flavors) We were so happy with our meal we will make this a regular stop from this point forward. Parking is medium challenging so we parked on the next street back and enjoyed the walk. Thank you, we'll definitely be back. read more

Nestled in a semi dense neighborhood, parking can be a challenge, but the end result is worth it. The service is knowledgeable, and the American style brunch is done spectacularly. Our server (Mikey?) was super personable and gave FLAWLESS recommendations. Pork Belly Benedict - 5/5 Chilaquiles with smoked chicken - 5/5 Mexican Mocha - 5/5 Parkhouse eatery was the perfect place to spend the last hour of our trip to SD. read more

Yes, I believe you can make them online and through Yelp.
Are they open to dine in?
They are open for outdoor seating at the moment. They have a lot of seating outside.
Is there abottomless mimosa option?
Nope! They only do flights. There are plenty of other places that do though
Is there any vegan options?
Yes they do. I ordered the Chilaquiles and the server advised me off the other options since I don't eat pork. One of which was a meatless chorizo.
