This place is legit! There are so many delicious beers to sample. How to choose? The flight is the answer. The hub and I both tried several, mostly hazy IPAs. I love the open air vibes with lots of covered and uncovered seating options. Try Pure Project the next time you're in the mood for a pint; you won't regret it.

Super fun vibe at this brewery. Loved the variety of beers along with slushie drinks to help cool down in this summer heat. Super social environment, we were making friends left and right with lots of fun people. Both indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of games and activities to keep everyone happy.

Favorite brewery in San Diego hands down. What's crazy is me not taking pictures besides the heater. I will showcase the heater and other pictures from September 19. Because life be lifing. Highly highly recommend Rewild West Coast Pale Ale. I wasn't a huge fan of Tropical Mist Citrus Blonde Ale too citrusy for my liking. My hubby got the Rain Pilsner x3. He enjoyed it! He's the real beer MVP! And there was a deal if you brought your reusable mug. We ordered a pepperoni pizza that was kinda small and basic for $20 we won't be doing that again. No tea no shade but I would rather heat up my Costco pizza for a delicious meal and overall value. In this economy we got to do what we go to do IYKYK. Thank ya! Enjoy!

Super vibing on a Saturday afternoon!! It was way more full and full of good vibes than I thought it would be. The beers and flights are de-licious!! I surprised my husband and walked him here from our hotel, and when we turned the corner, his jaw dropped. It's that good. The Padres game was on as well

This place is so fun, it is half in and half outside but the walls are like garage doors so it was nice and cool inside. There was plenty of seating around and they had fun seats. There were couches, rocking chairs, swinging chairs, fire pit seats, bar stools. I loved how open the space felt. This place was also dog friendly, they had dog bowls available and dog treats. All the drink I tried were delicious. They had a nice variety of options including beer, ciders, and even an alcoholic smoothie. They even have a flight option so you can try many different drinks. This is such a great place to gather with friends and catch up.

Visited on a Sunday around 1:30pm with two friends, bar wasn't too busy maybe 10-12 guest. Was able to grab a seat by one of the fire pits. Great variety and selection of beers and ample seating. Ordered a flight with five 5oz pours got the pilsner, black lager, an IPA and two sours. Solid all about not major stand outs. Service was solid easy order at the bar and they pour your order and you grab a seat. Nice outdoor indoor beer bar with fun seating options and relaxed vibes, tasters were on the pricey end our total was about $25 for the 5 pours we got.

I'll just start by saying that I trust any place that has Stellar pretzels. This is such a cute spot though. Love all the seating, covered and not covered. Solid selections of beers as well as a few wines. There are some snacks available as well as URBN pizza booth there Wed-Sun. Parking is the only tough thing here but other than that; it's a great spot for meeting with friends or a cute little date night.

Somehow Pure Project flew under the radar for me until recently. I stopped into the North Park location and was blown away by the location itself and, of course, the beer. I did a 5-beer flight that included (from left to right) Diamond Dust, Thousands of Money, Encrypted Sequence, Planifola, and Phoenix Nox. Out of the lot, my two favorites were Encrypted Sequence and Phoenix Nox. Staff were friendly and prompt, there was ample seating, and they had pizza being cooked onsite. If you enjoy quality craft beer and good vibes, Pure Project is the place!

I don't drink beer but I come with my boyfriend and our friends cause it's one of our favorite spots and I love their cabernet! I wish they had hard kombuchas, though.

My favorite brewery. Every time I visit San Diego I make the time to come here. I visited a few other Pure Project locations but this one in North Park is my favorite. I love this location. Their outdoor patio is fantastic with plenty of tables places to sit. They also have a indoor seating area as while. Service has aways been friendly and polite. As for their beer. I love their pretty much all their Murky IPA's ,West Coast IPA's and thier collab with other breweries. Besides that, thier slushie, sours, smoothies and bourbon stouts are also great. Parking can be a challenge to find. There's only street parking. If you love beer I highly recommend visiting Pure Project Brewing and enjoy that delicious beer of tap. Can't wait for our next visit. Cheers!!!

I meant to leave a review last time but am sad to find I forgot. Well, time to make up for it this time. Absolutely fabulous beer, ambiance, and service. I found myself in love with the BA sours, especially the reds, but the seem to excel in every style, which is certainly a feat. As such, I find myself grabbing a flight to have a bit of everything while taking a seat in the indoor-outdoor-park feeling setup. Perfect place to just relax, and pretty inspiring for late night painting.

Absolutely great location. Huge outdoor area with heaters/coolers and TVs along with multiple indoor spots. Solid bar seating, great staff, and a really nice rotation of craft brews. Really joyed the stouts and hazies this go around.

The stop happened to be in front of a closed unmarked brewery with no posted hours. With the bus already in sight, we didn't give it much thought until... Behind me, a voice casually asks, "Are you waiting for beer? We're open." And just like that, we stumbled upon @poorhousebrew . If that's not a sign from the beer gods, I don't know what is! (Spoiler alert: the hours were posted on the inside of the door) The brewery had a modern rustic vibe, with a cozy main bar area. Since it sits on a corner, the next room had wall length windows that fully opened, letting in a perfect breeze and offering a great view of the streets. Such a cool setup. Here are the beers I tried: BBQ Crasher: Sweet, I like it Peeled & Pressed: Light hop profile. Warm taste

The only options then were "a fruity drink, a chocolate drink, or a bubbly drink" and so I asked for a fruity. It tasted like juice in sparkling soda. I honestly was underwhelmed and turned off by the fact they hadn't put any effort in thinking about customers who come for the vibes but don't actually drink alcohol. It was also a jam packed Saturday night and it was incredibly loud so when trying to talk to my friends sitting next to me I had to shout. Ended up straining my voice by the end of the night. This experience last year was probably 2-3 stars, not good. But fast forward a year and some months later, they have a "Free Spirited" section on their menu now!!! This time I also went with a fruity drink and it was actually really good!! I'm glad Part Time Lover has turned a new leaf and actually put conscious effort into their mocktails. We also came here earlier on a Thursday night so it wasn't packed, was very easy to get a seat and just hangout. This better experience bumped up my impression of the place, so 4 stars!
