Not sure why I did considering I'm sold on places like Famous Fish Market and A Taste of Seafood for fried seafood- I def know better than this. Kennedy Fried Chicken's fried fish even has places like this beat, hands down. From my childhood to date, the local fish markets have all used that same bland grainy batter and it's a no go. Yet for my 2nd try I did the steamed Basa with Veggies and I really like it. You can request seasonings to your liking and I was satisfied for the rest of the day. Ana's Fish Market absolutely delivers when it comes to fresh, flavorful seafood. I ordered over the…read morephone for pickup, and they had everything exactly right, which I really appreciated. I ordered the fried salmon, steamed shrimp with potatoes, corn, and broccoli, plus lobster tails and crab legs--and every single item was cooked perfectly. The fried salmon was crispy on the outside, tender and flaky on the inside, and seasoned just right. The steamed shrimp were juicy and full of flavor, and the potatoes, corn, and broccoli were cooked to perfection and soaked up all the delicious seasoning. The lobster tails were sweet and buttery, and the crab legs cracked easily and were packed with fresh, tender meat. What really took everything to the next level was the green garlic and cilantro sauce--fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. It complemented every dish perfectly and added an extra kick that made the whole meal unforgettable. Portions were generous, everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you can tell care goes into the food. If you're craving a satisfying seafood feast, Ana's Fish Market is a must-try. I'll definitely be back!

Not only does my son tell me what happened but the manager tries to deny a refund and defend his position by showing me the video which is how I found out about the boiled shrimp being fried. So not only does he confirm what my son said but you show me the video of the added infractions. The manager initially refused to give me a refund and after going back and forth for 15 minutes, did so begrudgingly after another customer overheard and told him he was wrong. He also refused to call the owner and said he was "in his country" (Korea) because he would say the same thing and it was like 2AM. I don't believe that for a second. I do believe So they saw teenage boy of color and thought they would get over.

Whoever the business developers are, they took this overgrown grassy lot that's been vacant for the last 40 or so odd years and built a multi-business structure from scratch and Seafood M. dove in deep with it. I'll truthfully credit this find to my daughter- who, on her recent Holiday visit staying with Grandma, found this place on a whim. I jumped on it too days later. The first 2 dishes my kid got were the steamed AND seasoned Crab Legs+veggies and a steamed shrimp platter for my mom. According to her, my kid devoured the crab legs- which were perfectly steamed without making the shells soft. And my Mom's steamed Shrimp platter had a considerable amount of plump shrimp with a light seasoning that didn't overpower the seafood. On my recent trip though, I picked up the 3 piece Catfish-only meal and the 4 piece Whiting (the owner actually threw in like one or two pieces in there- thank you!). Both delicious. I may not be Southern, but I know a good dredge on fried fish when I see it and taste it. Renée(sp?) the owner- uses a fantastic and light that holds its own and doesn't crack into dust. The space may seem untidy- so don't come here for looks. Just come for the food. But, Renée has a great thing going and at 3 years strong, she's creating a sense of community and flare when Soundview never had a stand-alone fried fish/fish market spot. Wishing you much more success.
