I'm usually a CT style lobster roll but since I wasn't going to be eating this immediately and was going to eat by a pool I kept it to the ME style, a cold lobster salad on a bun. And wow... absolutely delicious! The lobster came in BIG chunks, just the right amount of mayo, and that buttery roll was toasted to perfection--crispy, golden and sturdy enough to hold all that lobster goodness. I also grabbed a Lady Dragon Roll (I'm pretty sure that was the name ), which was made fresh while I waited. Crunchy shrimp tempura on the inside with spicy salmon on the outside, Yum-0 There are a few tables inside if you want to eat there, plus outdoor tables on a little patio--perfect for a casual seafood lunch. I can't wait to go back and try their hot lobster roll next! I happened to see that they sometimes run specials, so be sure to check their social media.
