Our American Bully on the way to "Doggie camp"

We have consistently been taking our beloved Kobe, who is like our son, to PCOS for 4 years now. He absolutely loves it there and if he could have his way, he'd stay with the loving and wonderful staff instead of us. They are all amazing and cannot be applauded enough. This is why we are loyal clients. When we travel, we don't worry at all, knowing he is in safe hands. When we have hectic work schedules, we drop him off for "puppy camp" and have an exhausted happy pup once we pick him up. Sure, he sometimes comes home with a minor scrape or cut... but dogs are pack animals and meant to play and be together! Not locked up in a crate alone! If Kobe is happy, we are happy! Thank you PCOS for all that you do!

"Supervised play by trained experts" and three dogs wearing quick release collars just like my Hallie.

My healthy 2.5 year old lab DIED at this daycare. They left a group of dogs unattended and another dog killed my dog. No one was there to intervene. A totally preventable death if they had just done what their website advertises- supervised play by trained experts. See attached photo with words highlighted. They told me it was because she was wearing a collar. All dogs on their website daycare section are wearing collars. See attached photos. Hallie was wearing a quick release with a name tag, which is required by a lot of daycares. It wouldn't have been an issue if the dogs were just being supervised like they are supposed to be. (See attached photo with highlighted words on their website) They also waited hours to take my dog's dead body to the vet. Her legs stiff, and her body warm.... Sickening. These people need to be shut down for negligence. They should not be allowed to care for animals.

We couldn't be happier with Park Cities Obedience School (PCOS)! Klode (pronounced like Chloè with a D) has been going here for years. Why are they the best? 1 - When you park to pick your dog up, they walkie talkie for your dog to be brought up front. Other places (including the large chains) take FOREVER to give you your dog back. I've felt on multiple occasions that my dog was being held hostage and that my time was of no concern at other places. 2 - They remember your dog by name, etc. At other places, I've been returned my dog and they say "He had fun today". Me thinking "Wow, SHE was here all day and you didn't notice she was a female?" 3 - Very warm, professional, and thankful staff.  Klode LOVES the staff! Sometimes I worry she loves them more than ME!   4 - Very reasonably priced, especially for the value. 5 - She NEVER stinks when I pick her up. 6 - Above and beyond customer service! 7 - Your dog isn't inside all day in a room with no windows. Love this place. The staff seems to really care about your dog, remembering facts about their day and always courteous (shout out to trevor who our hyper puppy adores!). Also offer bulk doggy day care discounts. We take our dogs here weekly after our german shepherd went to training (vet rec) here last year. One suggestion would be to get web cams so I can spy on my pups playing!

Do not take your pet to Park Cities Obedience School!! We took our Boxer to them for their two-week Board & Train program. We ended up having to pull him out 10-days into it because of several injuries. He has multiple holes in the back of his neck, one side of his face is open/raw, he had a severe allergic reaction, and his hind leg was hurt and he couldn't walk. And a day later he started vomiting blood and had to be hospitalized for two days. Our vet bills are over $2,000 and they are denying any wrongdoing. We believe they used a prong or shock collar on him. He is mutilated. They refuse to take responsibility for his injuries or pay for his vet bills.

This is how my dog came back after four days.

I read Breyers' testimonials on Yelp and on Google, and I thought to myself, "This is too good to be true..." After working with Breyers, Bubba is calm on walks, walks directly next to me with no redirection, and has become a perfect gentleman at the vet! To say I was shocked with the results is an understatement. Breyers truly puts in the work, and helps you better understand your dog and their capabilities. He gave me the confidence to trust in Bubba again, and gave Bubba the skills to be the best dog he can be. I cannot rave about the results I've seen in him enough! The best part is, the longer we train and the more we work together on his skills, the better he gets! He was off leash in my front yard not too long ago, and came to me to get put on a leash with ease. If I could leave you with one bit of advice, it would be this: trust the process. Breyers is a professional with a successful training model, and it truly works if you have faith and are willing to put in the work. Bubba loves Breyers! Thank you for an excellent service, and for giving my dog back to me! You can teach an old dog new tricks!!

We sent our dog JULY  for their four weeks program and had a wonderful experience with the dog training program. When I attended the initial consultation, I was amazed by how large, clean, and over-the-top the facility was. The talk lasted 30 minutes, and we spoke for almost one 1hour. They were patient, and we explained all our goals, which we wanted our July to be trained on. Tyler worked with July. We received daily "Pupdates" and report cards that included videos, photos, and an overall update on his improvement. I could tell Tyler cared about July as if he was his doggie. We are so proud and thrilled about the progress July has made. TRULY AMAZING! July's confidence built up, and his personality came through by the end of the 4-week board and train program. We can't wait to attend group classes and continue to board and bring him back to see the K-9 Culture team! I Recommend K-9 Culture to anyone looking for training for their doggie. Thank you, K-9 team & Tyler, for all your hard work.

It has been 10 days since I picked up my puppy and I have not received an email (as Victoria told me I would before I left), about what my puppy was supposedly trained on! She didn't have my email address HOWEVER, I emailed it to her the very next day bright and early and never got a response! I feel as though he wasn't trained on ANYTHING because when I picked him up, he was jumping on Victoria (what I wanted him to learn NOT to do) as well as chewing on his leash (wanted him to learn NOT to do that either!) I'm not a professional dog trainer but I know consistency is key when learning something new so it is a complete DIS-service to NOT know what to continue to train my puppy on! Also, during pick up and drop off she had just gotten home from doing one on one trainings else where so how is my puppy getting trained when she's not there?? I feel like I got gypped into the training part of the service. The pluses to this review/business is that Victoria's home is very well equipped for a dog or puppy with a double gated outside play area, plenty of toys, and just all around great environment to also get well aquatinted with other pups. She also responds very quick to text and is flexible with payments. She also makes sure your puppy's have current vaccinations to protect your puppy and others. She also offered to clip Chances nails before I left and gave him a trim around his eyes which I didn't ask for but, I appreciated it. It does take a passionate dog lover to open up your home and train a strangers dog so she gets a star for that for sure! Still up for debate if I would go back for boarding?

Victoria has officially saved my sanity--and probably my floors, rugs, furniture, and whatever…read moredignity I had left. Before she entered our lives, our sweet pup (Oakley) was essentially a tiny, furry sprinkler of pee and a landmine factory of poop. Every day was a new guessing game of "What's that smell?" and "Oh no... I just stepped in it, didn't I?" Enter Victoria, the dog whisperer / saint / wizard / actual angel disguised as a trainer. We sent our puppy to her for board and train, and I swear she sent back a completely different dog--one that pees OUTSIDE. I repeat: OUTSIDE. I don't know what kind of Hogwarts-level sorcery she pulled, but it worked. And that's just the beginning! My dog now knows how to sit like a proper lady, "leave it" like it's hot, and stay "quiet"like a ninja. The jumping to greet everyone like they owe her money? Way down. The nipping with those razor-sharp baby teeth? She taught her that humans are friends, not chew toys. That's all just bonus material at this point--my bar was literally "Please just don't treat the living room like a toilet." Victoria is amazing at what she does, truly. If you're on the fence about dog training, just do it. You might not get your life back, but you'll get your house back--and that's honestly better. THANK YOU, Victoria! You deserve a medal and maybe a cape!
