As a former public school educator, his philosophy was the only one that made common sense to me in how a dog and frankly, how humans learn. If he is your first call, you don't need to make any other calls. If he is your last call, you'll be kicking yourself for not finding him first. He comes to the house, for 15 minute training sessions first with your dog, then with you. Guess what your homework is, 7 minute practice with your dog twice a day tops. Then, you are going into bookstores, etc. with your dog. I had a 50 lb 6 month Pitbull/Rottweiler/Am Bulldog mix. I could NOT physically walk him anymore. A leaf blows by, a squirrel, a child squeals and wants to pet the puppy...I was yanked off my feet (I am a single, 5 foot female weighing around 110-115) Our world was getting smaller and smaller. Breyers changed our lives in a matter of weeks. So now I get to experience all of life with my dog by my side. And I'll close with this story. I got a call on a Monday at 5pm from my Dad coming back from a UT football game. "In Hillsboro at the split, I fell asleep at the wheel, woke up rolling and the car is totaled and I need you to come get me." Two girlfriends came over, one is a super small Asian woman that's never owned a dog and the other is older and has only owned purse-sized dogs. Within 30 seconds, I taught them how to walk Presley, and I got in my car and booked it down I-35. They could not believe how gentlemanly and well behaved Presley was, he waits until they walk through doorways, they stop, he stops, one even took him on the elevator, and prior to training, he wouldn't let me do that! And they didn't have to know or give any commands, just his name. So if you want a dog that understands how to behave when you have guests visit, when you are out walking, when you wanna pop into a bookstore, and who ignores squirrels, has respect and boundaries, and who can think and problem solve for themselves, hire Breyers. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive to my puppy, who thoroughly enjoys her time with the staff and the other dogs! They even celebrate birthdays! I really appreciate that they have the dogs on a regimented schedule instead of confined to one playroom room all day. The dogs have personal time, indoor play, and outdoor play time (each with similar sized dogs). For personal time, each dog has a roomy open-air suite with food/water bowls, a bed, and toys (if you opt to pack them in their daycare bag). For flat-faced breeds like mine, they provide slanted bowls. Although there aren't livestream cameras, the team posts photo dumps to the Facebook group every afternoon (see examples)! Also worth noting, the team is quick to flag any upcoming vaccination needs or behavior changes. They keep a very close eye on the dogs. Lastly, the hours they offer are unmatched. Drop-off opens at 7:30am and pick-up closes at 7:45pm. In summary - The attention to detail that the staff has is exemplary, and their patience and love for dogs fosters a tail-wag inducing environment!

The staff know every dog by name--every time we walk in, they greet her with a cheerful "Good morning, Roux!" and she's always so excited to see them. I've seen them give the same warm welcome to every dog that comes through the door. It's clear the staff truly love and care for all of their pups. We're so thankful to have a place where Roux can be herself and release all of her Vizsla energy before coming home ready to curl up on the couch with us.

The staff is always friendly and super sweet to our pup when we walk in. We come here for grooming and they always do a great job! Our pup is older and was recently diagnosed with CHF, so it's super important that she's somewhere safe and comfortable. I also bring her regularly for nail trims, and they have her in and out within 10 minutes. The location and staff are great, and I am always super satisfied with the grooming. Can't recommend enough!

The place was cute, small and felt clean. I only saw 1 woman working at the front desk and the groomer in the back. I called to see if my dog was ready to get picked up. The woman said yes. She said she was about to call me. I went in to get my dog right away. When I got there, the hair was shorter than expected, but I didn't mind it. I noticed my dog was struggling to open her left eye (see photo, wish I could post the video). I asked for a wet wipe, and when I wiped I noticed small hairs all around her face. I had to get back to work so I started driving. When we were in the car, she was visibly uncomfortable. Both of her eyes were bloodshot red. Her left eye barely opened. I called Kimberly's K9 and asked if something happened. The woman said she didn't know because my dog was done with her groom an hour before I picked her up and hanging out in one of the hallways. She said maybe it's hair, which maybe it was, but then she said maybe my dog scratched her ear and accidentally scratched her eye. Told me I could consult a vet. I've had my dog for 7 years and she's never once scratched her eye, so I don't believe that. There is a possibility that it was hair in her eye because I brushed off so much excess hair, but I've been to previous groomers in other states that I've lived in and this had never been an issue before. Her eyes were irritated, swollen, red and sealed shut for several hours. Perhaps this is just one bad experience, but my dog means too much to me to take that risk again.

I love that the pups have their own suite (and water) when they aren't playing with their friends. The yards are perfect for the dogs to have room to run around and there's an indoor area for days when the weather is not ideal. You can even get your dog bathed before going home from daycare or boarding. Very clean facility and top notch care for all!

Took my 2 Brussels Griffons here for the first time. I can be a bit of a nervous mama but this…read moreplace made me feel so much more at ease. The groomer (Heather) came out to meet me before my appointment and go over everything. I talked over what I usually do with the dogs and she walked me through what she thought they might need as well. It was a great experience to talk about them together because it really felt like collaboration. What really set me at ease was this: She told me if I went home, inspected them, and find something not to my linking to call her and she would get it worked out. I found this incredibly reassuring, especially during a first groom where she is still learning my preferences. She seemed to really understand that we both just want best for the dogs. When I went to pick them up, they look so adorable and again the groomer (Heather) came out to talk to me about everything they had went through how their behaviors were. As a dog mom I appreciate it so much, when I know what my dogs are doing and what they've been through. She went through everything with me- down to how she was holding their heads during the groom. It felt as though my dogs comfort was her priority, and Im truly appreciative of that. I think they worked very hard on having a great relationship between the dogs and the groomers, as well as the human parents and the groomers too. I felt like I understood everything that was going on. Full transparency seems like a model here and I'm very thankful for that. I will definitely be bringing mine back a I suggest you take a leap of faith and try them out too! Also wanted to mention: The facilities were super clean. They have lots of windows so you can look in on the daycare and the rest of the facility. Every dog I saw walking out looked very happy and content. Not stressed at all, which is what we all want for our pups. In the photos Vaders (black dog) face looks a bit choppy because she is a gremlin and loves to smash her face into things creating mats that Heather carefully removed. She had a discussion with me prior to cutting and I gave her permission. (Full disclosure, I copied this over from my google review so I didn't need to type it out twice, but I fully stand by it)

Booked, reserved, paid deposit…read more 2 minutes prior to drop off as I am in the parking lot she calls me to tell me they don't accept senior dogs. I said ok I explained that on my first call 2 weeks ago. . . When I asked about getting the deposit back she said I can have a manager call you because I'm not sure. That is where our convo went south. Me : " well surely you'll refund a client if you are canceling on them moments before their drop off, I can come inside and speak to someone" Her : " You don't need to do anything I'll have a manager call you like I said we will see" Me : " No worries I can just come inside I am actually here" Her : " we don't have anyone available to speak to you, we are busy" "Hangs up" I did not go inside, I called back, got a refund asked why this happened and was told "it's a busy week we can't focus on old dogs" That's a concern, so old dogs or not I wouldn't take your babies here. Also cannot believe how rude everyone was.
