This is the only place I will go to for my nails. The employees are the kindest, cleanest, and most talented perfectionists! I have gone here more times than i can count and i have NEVER had a negative experience. Cannot speak highly enough of their prices, services, and skills! *photo is a before and after they ~saved~ my nails after I made a one-time mistake of getting them done somewhere else‍*

BURNED MY FINGER TIPS! Soaked my fingers in acetone way too long and I can't imagine what they would've become had I not just taken them off myself while getting a pedicure. After my vacation with sore and raw finger tips, I went back and told them and they gave random excuses why I shouldn't get a refund. They finally refunded me for the mani but I just hope they are more careful moving forward. Pictures are towards the end of healing but shows how much skin I lost! Unreal!

I am disappointed with my latest visit at Paris nails on Saturday. I have been coming here since February and like the way they do uv gel nails. I have had Jamie and the man (I'm sorry I only had him once and forgot to ask his name unfortunately). My visit in May I had the man and he was fantastic. Took a great deal of care and did massage and lotion and hot towel and nails looked great even three weeks later! Paint didn't wear thin, it was even on all sides. I would recommend and would give him five stars. My last visit was with Jamie. She does an amazing job shaping the nails in almond shape and I really love this about her I do think she is the best one there at this. Nevertheless, I think she does what she can do get the job done fast and over with. The nails look sloppy (both times I have had her) and are uneven on the sides. The paint wears off and there are bubbles in the nails. It's also 15$ more expensive when she does them and I have yet to figure out why. Only one day after bubbles appeared in nails. two days after nails got done paint on tips and side started coming off. Three days later I could see the thinning on one of the nails and it had receded from cuticle bed so it looks like I've already had them for a week....(view photos of mint nails) When I get her done again, I will not be going to Jamie regardless of how nicely she can shape nails!

I've been here twice so far. I originally checked this place out because of great Yelp reviews it got. The prices are reasonable. $25 for a gel manicure. The place is clean, and the service is quick. They have so much colors to choose from as well. I def recommend this place.

Paris Nails used to be my go to place for acrylics. I made an appointment weeks in advance to get a full set for my sister's wedding, but when I got there, they had me down for a full set of eyelashes. They didn't have someone available to do my nails, and I said I could come back the next day, but everyone just stared at me instead. Eventually they had me sit down and look through the gel colors. A man came and sat down, and although I had never had him before, I figured he knew what he was doing. I had to pull of a photo of almond nails for him to copy (which he got about 90% correct), and when I pointed out a few of my nails were too long and I wanted them cut, he said he would get to it when he filed them down (for the most part they are the same length). I felt like I was being rude, constantly correcting him, and the other employees were no longer busy with customers so they were all kind of watching. I wanted two fingers to be pink chrome, and even though it's $20 extra for 10 fingers, it was somehow $8 for 2 fingers. Whatever, but when he applied the chrome, he had a woman speaking to him over his shoulder, pointing to the tools, and it seemed like it was his first time doing it. He did not get around the edges, and there was still a large strip of neon pink polish showing, and when I pointed it out, he just stared at me, and then moved on. When he went to lotion my hands, I told him I couldn't leave with all of that polish showing through, and could we just clean up the edges. He did the entire nail in the chrome glitter again, and the nail is now completely silver instead of pink chrome. (I have never done chrome before and did not know this would happen with two applications, and I feel that the nail technician should inform their client of this....however perhaps he was unaware of this as well.) In the end, I expressed how displeased I was with the silver, he said nothing, and continued to lotion my hands. We would have had to file the entire nail down and start over to fix it, and I had already been there for an hour and a half, so I decided to leave. Lastly, I would just like to point out how unsanitary this entire salon is. They do not change the plastic lining in the pedicure tubs (if there even is one to start), and my mother got an infection from one in the past. Also, when the man pulled out the monomer and polymer for my acrylics, he used a very old, stiff paper towel that was different colors as if it was used to remove polish. He cleaned his brush with it, and even used it to wipe off his nail clippers. If your nail technician does not use new and sanitized tools (the ones that come in their own individual baggies), then you should not be going there!! Also....a woman (sitting at the station next to me) was eating sunflower seeds and leaving the shells on the table. As time went on, other employees took their breaks at their stations in order to eat dinner or a snack. Just not something I can imagine doing while nail dust from filing acrylics is flying around right next to you... Overall, the nails do not look horrible. However, it was not what I wanted, and the experience as a whole was very unpleasant. Sadly, I will not be going back.

It was my first time here. They did an exceptional job!! Lin was pleasant and polite. She gave me a great pedicure and gel manicure.

Avoid this place at all costs! I got a French manicure gel extensions. I paid $60 and two weeks later one nail fell off. I went to another salon to get them filled and one replaced but she said the nails were too loose and I had to get an entirely new set. I am extremely disappointed with Paris Nails, I will never go back. read more

Stopped by based on previous reviews for gel manicures. We arrived on a Saturday with no appointment and were helped immediately. The salon is cleaner than other salons I've been to. They have a large selection of colors for both gel polish and regular polish. It was 25 for the manicure which is better than most salons in the area however the color began chipping and peeling almost immediately, I would rather pay a little more for something that actually lasts. They also only accept cash tips (no cards). Will continue my search to find the perfect salon In the area. read more

Sat down put my feet in lukewarm water and the pedicure started he dug his nails into my toes the entire time after I repeatedly told him his nails hurt. Every single toe was held by two big fingers giving me a cramp feeling the whole way ...then to make it even better we get the vicious cheap toe dividers that cut off ur circulation. The bead scrub or whatever the heck that gel was he started rubbing my legs it felt like sand paper I couldn't even feel my legs until 5 mins after. So I lay back trying to enjoy the pedicure when the co-worker who sat down started playing a bunch of annoying vines on her phone to the maximum volume level..as I'm trying to ignore Gordon Ramsay show blasting with his cuss words every few seconds wasn't very relaxing. Not even going to mention my pedicure!! read more

Gave them two chances... Both of which were awful experiences. I even tried two different nail techs. Neither the manicure or pedicure can be considered pampering. During the pedicure, a series of different products are slapped on and toweled off, not massaged in and excess removed. The paraffin wax offered is not really wax-- it is a packet of "alternative that is less messy and less expensive." The only thing I appreciated about the pedicure service was the callus removal product.-A.maz.ing. My hands soaked in room temperature water for only a couple minutes before the tech pulled out her tools which barely touched my nail while she was looking at her cell phone. At the end she slathered on a thick layer of lotion still visibly white on my skin when she declared I was finished. I rubbed it in myself. After the lotion settled in I had lines on my fingers from the acetone residue on my fingers from the polish removal at the beginning. There were more flakes of skin and cuticle ends visible than when I arrived. The gel polish did not last more than a week. The color was polished on so far from my cuticle it appeared to have been there a week. There were 4 people that walked in during my service that made appointments that could not be found. I should have learned my lesson the first time. I would never recommend this place to someone I like. read more

I went for the second time today, and will not be going back. I should start by saying that I have tried about four times to get an appointment with Mellie. She apparently is never available, or I just don't know the secret code word in order to get an appointment with her, so I went back to who I saw the first time - - Jamie. I did not care for how she did my nails the first time, but I went back thinking she couldn't do any worse than that. I was wrong. She literally filed half of my nail extensions away. This after telling her that I liked the length and that they had not grown that much. They were rounded when I came in, and she made them so pointy and short (especially on the left hand) that they resemble claws. They were all too short and too pointy, but one of them was so pointy and noticeably shorter than the other hand that I asked her to redo it. Unbelievably, she pretended not to know what I was talking about until someone else came over and agreed. She fixed the too pointy nail SHE messed up by adding gel to one side, but then charged me for it even though it was her error. I asked for a specific shellac color that she said they had, but after she started she said they were almost out of it (even though she never left her seat from the time she said she had it until she said it was almost empty) and chose a different very similar color - - except that it is not similar. At all. I could go on about the terrible service, unfortunately, but suffice to say for the money you are better off going elsewhere -- as will I. I am more aggravated at myself that I tipped her generously the first time and today. A total waste of money. I would not even consider going back if I could manage to get an appointment with the mythical Mellie. read more

errible experience. I went in for microblading and decided to do my lashes as well since I had seen a photo on their indtagram of their lssh work. First they put the numbing cream on my eyebrows and told me to get my lashes done while the numbing cream set in. Well it took awhile for her to do my lashes and I asked for the longest set they had and showed her the photo on their indtsgram. When she was done my lashes looked nothing like the photo. They weren't long or full at all. I explained that I was not satisfied and that they looked nothing like the photo and she said it's because the photo was taken at a certain angle. I would have been better off applying mascara. So finally it's time to start to microblading process, I was a bit worried that they numbing cream had been on for too long and was concerned it may have worn off a bit but she assured me it was fine. Well the pain was terrible. She said most clients find the pain that way but I am sure it e's because the cream had worn off but she didn't want to apply more. To make matters worse when she was done the shape of my eyebrows looked nothing like what I had asked for. The shape she had penciled in looked nothing like what she microbladed. Now I have to wait for them to fade to have them fixed. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

Do NOT go here for eyelash extensions! Go to a place where they are certified! I went to Paris Nails because a friend got extensions here and I thought they looked nice. When I went to get them done the person doing them didn't ask me any questions. So I made a point of saying I wanted them to look natural and did not want long 'Kardashian' looking lashes. She didn't explain anything or show me different choices of lashes or ask anything. When she finished and had me look in the mirror I was horrified. The lashes were much too long. I told her that they were a lot longer than I expected, and all she said was I would get used to them in a couple of days. I hoped that was the case and left. I felt like I had to hide them at first, to me they looked freaky and I considered going back to get them removed, but most people told me they looked nice so I thought I would give it time. After awhile I did get used to them, but I was never completely comfortable with them. They always looked too obvious to me. Another problem was the glue was clumpy, and after reading more about extensions online I started to question the quality of their work at Paris Nails. I started to worry about them damaging my lashes and I went to a salon where they are certified to have them removed. The gal there showed me the lashes they use, and compared them to mine. They should use individual extensions glued to individual eyelashes. Mine from Paris Nails were cluster lashes, and they were glued to more than one lash. She thought they were the kind you can get in the drug store for a one time use. She had ones like that and showed me the difference. She also asked if they had me sign anything. I said no, they barely said anything. She said they have you sign something before they do your lashes. She also questioned what kind of glue they used as it shouldn't be chunky like mine was. It was such a relief to get them off, they were annoying me and it always felt like I had crust in my eyelashes because of the glue. My lashes were ruined. They were down to stubs, and I had a bare patch in the middle of one eyelid. So yes, Paris Nails will cost less compared to places where they are certified, but that is because they are using cheap products and improper technique. If you have tough eyelashes then maybe they would hold up to it, but I wish I hadn't gone there!!!!!!! read more

Set up an account, book the time, you pay when the service is complete. I booked both services with Cassandra. She was superb! The girl at the reception counter was very sweet too. There were some parts that did hurt quite a bit, but it is over quick. Once the was is pulled off, the pain only lingers for a few seconds. She didn't laugh at me while I was spewing a stream of curse words every time a section was pulled. She may have had to go over some spots twice - sorry! The soothing gel treatment at the end really cools the whole area off. The whole thing was over in 30 minutes, maybe a little longer. Now I feel a bit less embarrassed taking my shirt off at the beach or pool, and no worries about the reactions when a woman touches my back. Definitely would recommend.

The place is very clean, and they have a HUGE gel color selection. The services vary depending on the person, I've sat for an hour for a gel fill and also for 25 minutes. End result is decent, nothing great. I asked for coffin shape a few times and didn't get the greatest shaping job. Last time I was there the girl was rushing so much she cut my pinky and I started bleeding and she didn't say sorry, give a discount, or even acknowledge it. A few of the staff members are very sweet and friendly, but others make it seem like your really ruining your day when you call. I also noticed the price keep changing, I would go every 2 weeks, the price started at $31 and my last visit went up to $35. I also have waited 20 minutes even though I had an appointment. The eyelash extension lady is amazing and she did a wonderful job on my lashes and only took an hour to do them and was so careful I would highly recommend her. I've been coming to Paris Nails to get my UV gel nails done for over two years and no complain. It's usually $45 for a full set and $7 extra for the gel color, which is totally worth it because it will last for over two weeks. A fill is $25 and $7 if you want gel color. I also heard that they will be offering 3D Microblading eyebrows which I will try and update on the review. Update I tried the 3D Microblading and I haven to say it came out amazing. I used to have very little to no eyebrows having to draw it in with eyebrow pencil every morning. Now I can just wake up and go. I was a little nervous at first but Mellie walked me through every step and explained everything to me before she does anything. She is as gentle as can be. If you're afraid of the pain then no worries, there's numbing cream to ease the pain. It's definitely worth it. All my friends have been complementing eyebrows. read more

This review is on my 3d microblading experience. I first did my research looked at pictures on Facebook and figured I'd set up my appointment. I waited 2 months and the day came for my first appointment mellie did an awesome job on my eyes I loved how she shaped them I didn't need much because my eyebrows are full but just needed in a couple spots filled in to get a better look. After she finished they looked great I was given the care instructions and followed them completely. After the 6 weeks they blended in naturally with my own eyebrows. I just went yesterday for my touch up and she was amazed again how great it healed and asked me if I like the results I said yes I don't ever have to worry about drawing in my brows anymore. I definitely would recommend this spot and mellie for anyone looking to do there eyebrows. read more

I really can't say enough amazing things about this place. It's very clean and they are super attentive. I have struggled with YEARS of not being heard about the way I like my nails done. Every other nail tech shrugged me off and did what they wanted. The nail techs here really listen and they will do whatever you'd like. Some other perks is they are up to date and current on trends and also speak English. They give you ideas and will go to great lengths to achieve your desired look. I travel 50 minutes every 2 weeks to come here and I don't regret any of it. It's the only thing I treat myself with and its worth every penny. A++ read more

I had a really great experience here. I'm new to gel polish so decided to give it a try based on an ad I received in a home mailer. The price was very competitive ($25). I've only seen cheaper once -$20- and had just walked out of a salon charging $35 before finding Paris. The color selection was phenomenal. (The $20 salon only has about 30-40 colors and color selection is important to me). Paris has hundreds of gel colors and also has matching toe nail polish - bonus!! On top of price and a good quality manicure, the salon was clean and the staff was super friendly and easy to communicate with. I will definitely be returning!! read more

This place was great! My wife dragged me down here with her and to be honest I'm glad she did. I have never been treated so well in my life. The employees were so friendly and accommodating, I understand why my wife spends hours here. At first I was uncomfortable with going to a place like this but you know "happy wife, happy life" and after the great service I received and witnessed I will definitely be back! Also, I read a review saying this place was dirty, I don't know what nail salon they were in because everything was sparking and new. Awesome place if you're looking for a relaxing and friendly environment. I've been coming here for about a year and I have to say the quality of the work and the service is second to none. They are almost always busy so making an appointment is highly recommended. I make my appointment for every two weeks and every time I am there they were able to take me right away if not 5-10 min wait. I've tried several nail tech and have been happy with my nails. They have a huge color selection of Gels so you can never run out of color to do. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

I love going to Paris Nails! First let me tell you why; I moved from Northern CT to New Haven and could not find a quality salon until I found them. They take the time to do the shape you want and they offer amazing uv gel colors which lets me change up my style. They will do a design, add stones and everything. Ever since I started going there over 8 months ago I don't go one week without at least 3-5 people complimenting me on my nails. I couldn't be happier! This is my first time coming to Paris Nails. I've been going to another salon down the street but they've changed hands so I decided to give Paris Nails a try. They have by far the most gel selection I've seen. I believe over 500 gel colors. The service was excellent and the quality of my nails came out excellent. I am very happy with the way my nails came out. The tech actually speaks english which is a plus for me. I did the gel color with holographic on top. I come to Paris Nails religiously every two weeks, and get my nails done by Jamie. I specifically come only for her, and I refuse to get my nails done anywhere else. She is very efficient, friendly, and funny. My nails always come out amazing; and I constantly get compliments on them. The shop itself is very clean. They have a great variety of polishes to choose from, and they do a good job with staying up to date with the latest nail trends. Excellent! This place deserve 5 stars for many reasons. First of all, They have great staffs and all of them are nice and friendly. This place is nice and clean. (Never smell like a nails salon). They do everything from pedicures, waxing, nails, eyelash extensions and eyebrows microblading. Ive never seen any salon with this much gel polish. They have over 500 colors. I've been coming here for awhile now and not once was I ever been disappointed. My nails always comes out the way I wanted and lasted for over two weeks with the gel colors. Went back to Paris Nails for a one year touch up on my 3D microblading. Just when I thought things could not get better they did! Mellie has been keeping up with all the current techniques. I asked her to enhance my eyebrows and she did exactly what I wanted. She is a true artist, I cannot tell you how many compliments I get on my eyebrows. Mellie does the best UV gel and to top it off add the gel color and it always last me more than two weeks before I needed a refill because the color simply stays on. This is the only place in town I will come to do my nails. They have great nail techs, and if I can't get an appointment with Kevin I know any of the people working here will take care of me just as well. Very nice and clean nail salon in the Orange area. I've been going to several different nail salons in the area and came across Paris Nails.
