I went in to get a pedicure. I had my previous set on from my last appointment (same place). I had…read morefake acrylic nails on my big toes and gel on the rest. One of the fake nails from my previous set fell off, so I requested a fake nail on that toe again. I showed a reference photo, all solid colors but French tip big toe. There was a diamond in the picture but I said multiple times no diamonds, no designs, I just want the same color arrangement. She did not give me a fake nail on my big toe. She just used a bunch of acrylic to build it up, and it ended up being very thick and bumpy. That fell off 2 days after my appointment. The fake nail on my other big toe, from my previous set, also fell off because she didn't reglue it at all. She gave me a sloppy design that I didn't ask for. I said no designs multiple times but she did it anyway. At that point I was too frustrated to confront her, I just paid and left. I got charged for two fake nails when I didn't receive ANY, and I still had the one from last time! I also got charged for the design I never asked for. I paid $67 for this. Nearly $70 for some minimal effort attempt. She left polish all over my toes AND CURED IT. It was in multiple places. That's how you get contact dermatitis. I left a message through their website and I never got a reply back. I feel as though they should be trying to fix this. Lindsay/Lindsey did my feet. The man who did my nails for the previous set was amazing and did everything right, but he wasn't there. Really disappointed in this

For me, quality of pedicure obviously matters but let's be real- I get pedicures for the foot massage. And let me tell you- they do the BEST foot massage. So much more than just rubbing lotion into your leg- and they do it for a substantial amount of time! I can paint my toenails at home, so the massage is the driving force behind my need for pedicures. Aside from that, they always have HGTV or Bravo on the TV (giving the ladies what they really want!), always have a bowl of candy stocked (I'm 8 months pregnant, it's the little things) and they really make you feel right at home. Lastly, the cherry on top is that these pedicures last me a MINIMUM of 3 weeks. You definitely get your money's worth here! Best nail salon in Tucson
