It was our first time coming here, however, they don't mention any up charges when it comes to certain things (i.e. I had gotten an upgraded pedicure package but they hadn't mentioned gel would cost more for both toes and fingers), the worker who had done my toes did an amazing job but my mother had gotten just simple nail polish and the person who did her toes completely botched them. They came out looking bumpy and uneven with spots missing on the sides, and would pile the nail polish on between layers instead of waiting so I would just keep that in mind if that's what you're looking for. The two who helped us didn't have this tool either, but I did notice some of the other workers using a callus shaver unfortunately. read more

I was excited to try my first nail salon in the area and walked into Paris Nail Spa (Oracle) at Tucson Mall. The place was empty, and no one noticed me as I entered, so I politely said hello. I was there to fill my Gel X and remove the Disney design, opting for something more patriotic for the 4th of July. Susan did a great job filling my Gel X and replacing the Disney design with glitter and stars. The total was $65 (not including tip), which felt fair, and I liked the option to book online or walk in. At first, everything was quiet, but then a guy and two staff members came into the shop and started arguing with Susan. She kept getting up to grab a binder and had to pause her work several times to deal with the chaos, even going to the back room at one point. Things finally started to settle once the male staff member began working on another couple and my husband came back in. I was rushed while choosing my shade of blue and red, and then, as I was flipping through the color options, the demo nail got stuck to my pinky! I ripped it off myself, leaving a sticky residue and some stinging. Susan tried to fix it with rubbing alcohol and a hand file, but I spent the rest of the day picking at the dry super glue on the side of my finger. I also didn't receive a hand rub and had to ask for lotion at the end. Despite the chaos and that sticky mishap, I liked how my nails turned out, but the tense atmosphere made me think I'll try other salons next time. read more

Susan is Amazing! I was looking for a little foot pampering so I decided to try the Red Carpet Pedicure. Rose petals bath then mango bomb followed by a first class pedicure. Scrub and hot stone massage, and paraffin wax was exactly what I needed to make my feet feel healthy. Great atmosphere and some fun people we were even offered some wine with our experience. read more

I came in excited for a deluxe pedicure with my best friend. We were chatting and really enjoyed how long we got to soak our feet before the service actually started. We felt that it was a nice, relaxing touch. So far, we're off to a great start, but then came the callous removal. While my friend and I were mid-conversation, my nail tech suddenly interrupted to show me the callus tool and inform me how "gross" my feet were. Sure, they were a little more calloused than usual due to the hot dry environment here, but definitely not gross... and definitely not something that should be said to a customer. We tried to shake it off and continued talking, but then her tech started in too, making comments about how short her nails were and how "gross" her feet looked because of it: Not exactly the pampering experience we had in mind. From there, it was mostly fine. I asked for a round nail shape and ended up with square, but that's a small thing I could have overlooked. What really got me was checkout. We waited five minutes before anyone even came to the front. When I showed the woman a coupon texted from their system, she took my phone... not just looked at it, took it... and then walked away with it, out of sight, to show it to every other staff member. That crossed a line for me. The worst part? When I got home, I had to peel a lot gel polish off the skin around my toes. Gel isn't regular polish, if applied incorrectly, it can cause skin irritation or even contact dermatitis. If you're not trained to use gel properly, you shouldn't be offering it as a service. I'm giving them two stars because the atmosphere was nice, they offered us drinks, and the pedicure chairs were actually really comfortable. But the experience overall left a bad taste. read more

I stumbled across this place and even though I live far from the salon , I come here faithfully to see Christina for my nails and Teresa for my toes! Christina is a master at creativity and applying Chrome as an elegant touch! If you love a very thourough pedicure with a great massage , then I recommend Teresa . I don't know everyone's name. Based on how frustrated the nail tech was working on my toes, I had a very negative experience. Obviously, she did not understand I was asking for ONE additional coat of polish. She got "mad" because she thought I was asking for several additional coats. Even if I was, she ruined a pleasant time with my family due to misunderstanding & shockingly giving so much attitude. read more
