I am super disappointed with my nails. The service was rushed and felt like my nails were not how I have gotten them done before. I've gone to this salon a few times now because I felt the service was decent enough. However, the last two times I've gone my nails broke just days after leaving the salon. My most recent appointment felt super rushed and I felt the guy was irritated with me because I kept correcting things throughout my appointment - like nail shape, design, color, etc. You should never feel bad asking for something when you're paying for a service. As you'll notice in the pictures (and this is after they healed), the gelx nails completely ripped my pinky nails off and I had to wrap them for several days because they wouldn't stop bleeding. This shouldn't happen especially after getting a brand new gel set. I won't be returning because I don't intend to endure that kind of pain again. I should've looked at the reviews prior because they're low for a reason. Be cautious and do your research because it really matters. read more

I fell in love with the place with my girlfriend. We went here to get our acrylic nails done. They did exactly what I wanted. My girlfriends nails look amazing too. You should definitely come here if you want quality nails done. I wanted checkered, flame, and ying yang nails. They were able to give me that and make them amazing. It was so great we went again later for pedicures. When you go I'd work with Vanessa, although all of the technicians are amazing there. Service started off fine. Shaping and foundation was great but when I came time for the polish I told the tech I liked the shade but wanted something lighter. I came here on a whim because it's right by my house and I was worried my usual place would be very busy due to the upcoming holiday in 1.5 days. The service I received was good! I had acrylics on and they removed them efficiently. Then I had a shellac manicure. My nails were soaked, trimmed, filed and buffed. They were shaped very nicely (especially considering how damaged they were post acrylics for 3+ months). The color is distributed well (no weird lines or layers showing) and looks great! I had a few cuticle nicks, but nothing out of the ordinary and I honestly appreciated the thoroughness. The gentleman who did my nails was pleasant and gentle. Despite asking multiple times about the price, I was directed to a QR code on their card that didn't work. When I asked the technicians, no one provided a clear answer. The technician who did my nails initially charged me for regular polish, but then the owner instructed him in another language to add an additional $15. When I questioned this, no one gave me a satisfactory explanation, and even the nail tech seemed confused. Most of the technicians there didn't speak much English. The owner/manager was extremely unfriendly when I walked in and I'm surprised she has any business. When I first moved over here, I needed to find a new nail salon and chose Paris nail and spa. First time I went to see Vanessa, no problem and even though my nails are not easy to do they looked good. When I went back after a small hiatus, I made an online appointment the week before and asked for Vanessa again. I was on time but for some reason, Vanessa wasn't available. Another girl did my nails and I was very specific about what I wanted but I also told her I was in kind of a hurry. The nail placement came out fine however, I asked for pink and white Om'bre which I already had on my nails when I first came in. I don't know what she put on the surface of my nail and I thought that it would lighten up when I left but it didn't and they are a peachy dull color. On Monday, I called and asked if they could just remove the top color and make them pink and white like I had originally asked for. The girl that answered the phone hesitated for a minute and then spoke to someone else and said that I could come in but I would be charged for the color. Seriously!!!??? A little pricy but still well within average prices for pedis and manis. The staff immediately greet you when you enter and then ask what services you want. They take appointments and walk ins. They place is pretty big and everyone wears masks. I ordered a hot stone pedi for 38$ and it did not disappoint. You also get to sit in giant massage chairs during your pedi which is a nice perk. The woman who did my pedi was very friendly and professional and in the end my nails looked so pretty afterwards! Only downside for me personally is that the pedi felt rushed and just when I felt like I could relax it was over. You pay an extra $6 if you want hot stones and that earns you about five more minutes of extra massage. read more

Also not much of a massage for mani or pedi although my sister seemed to get a nice one :) What bothered me the most and why I won't return is there was a 3.99% service charge added to my bill. NO mention of this when I called to make the appointment, when I called again to compare prices for an upgraded service, when I entered the business, or when I received my pedi. It was not until I sat down for my mani that they had a small sheet of paper taped to the plastic divider referencing it and suggesting you pay cash to avoid the charge. if I had known I could have brought cash or a debit card. I love this place! My mom has been going for years, and I went while visiting from out of town. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait. They were very patient when helping remove my old powder dip nails that were basically super glued on (even though it took a while). They were really respectful of my time & went fast when finishing off my nails with shellac. They did such a good job for a 15 minute shellac manicure! You have to pay attention because they will add additional charges without you knowing until you get the shocking price at the end. Also charge a ridiculous fee nearly 4% to use a credit card.
