It's spacious, does not smell like chemicals, quiet and there are not 1 million TVs stressing me out. I had the best leg massage of my life when I got a gel pedicure and it turned out perfect. My dip manicure was also super reasonable (less than $50) and I was in and out in 1.5 hour with no appointment. I'm pleased with the result. They are perfect for my face shape and my nose. There were five people here--only two spoke passable English. I asked everyone for brow pictures and all I got was smiles and "yes yes yes yes yes sit down". So I pulled a pic from IG of how I wanted it. And she did a good job. There weren't any customers at the time, it was almost 11 AM Thursday, so I was taken right away. I don't know anything about the nails. I do my own nails.

The salon has ample parking, but the sidewalks are poorly shoveled so be careful. The salon is usually at a conversational volume, but nothing too distracting. I get gel builder applied to my natural nails with designs and they typically last 5-8 weeks. I pay anywhere from $55-$80 depending on the services I ask for. My nails have grown so long over the last 2 months. I will never go anywhere else. You shouldn't either!

He was nice but coughing like crazy and wasn't wearing a mask or covering his mouth. He ended up cutting my toe pretty bad and it was bleeding and then the head guy took over. I was so disgusted I told them I just wanted them to clean my nails and take my polish off on both my hands and my feet and not apply new polish. I think that must have made the guy mad or something because he sped though my hands as fast as possible cut my fingers all ways with his drill, didn't file them and didn't clean them whatsoever, I will post photos below. I had a good experience with her straightening my hair before so I went back. I thought she was a good person who just messed up until instead of owning her mistake, she tried to lie, cheat and gaslight her way out of it. Instead of doing a good job on my hair she edited a photo to make it look like she did as an excuse not to refund me any money. If she would have told me I can't do what you want but I can give you regular highlights, I would have said no thank you and left. I NEVER expected her to fabricate a photo to skirt culpability. She sold her integrity for $365 and revealed herself to be an untrustworthy person with weak character and morals. The owner is going to comment about how the lighting in the salon made my hair look like that but Irene, you need to stop gaslighting me. I was in your salon under the same lighting that the (edited) photo was taken in and my hair looked nothing like it. Otherwise I would have left happy and been upset later. And that's not what happened is it? Stop gaslighting me. But if you're sticking to that then who wants to go to a salon that makes their hair look COMPLETELY different from what you went there for as soon as you walk outside? This all could have been solved so easily if Melissa said I'm so sorry, I misunderstood what you wanted and did something completely different--instead of doubling down on her lies and getting the owner to co-sign them. A little accountability from two adult women is not too much to ask for. Edit: Irene, you did not offer to fix my hair for free, you offered to re-tone it. Toner will not make my hair lighter and you know that. Also, Irene, you took the photo of my hair outside. How are you going to say it's just the lighting? I contacted Irene and said I would take my reviews down--all she has to do is retake the photo in the salon lighting and show me that I'm wrong. That the photo isn't edited. Instead of taking two seconds to do that, she blocked me. Looks like accountability is not in the cards for her.
