I'm so glad Paris Banh Mi exists! The go-to banh mi place was closed so the next in line was up... For a chain, Paris Banh Mi does surprisingly well in making their namesake and other offerings. To my understanding, Paris Banh Mi was founded by a chef who grew up in Paris, in partnership with another baker and businessman who owned a chain of bakeries in Vietnam. They have many locations across the southeast. Their impressive growth is a testament to their delicious food. I recommend their combination special and grilled pork banh mi sandwiches. All the way! They're huge and tasty. Also their Taiwanese popcorn chicken and Vietnamese coffee are a must try. I'm really glad a place like this is now around in Greensboro. They have an assortment of other small bites as well such as Korean corn dogs and bubble waffles. Great service and a tidy place inside. Nice and bright, similar to another new space down the street.

Special combination banh mi

(3.5 stars) In need of a quick meal near the Colosseum, I decided to give Paris Banh Mi a try. Knowing that the gold standard of banh mis (Saigon) was just up the road, I entered this chain eatery with lowered expectations. While Ban Mi Paris's rendition of its signature sandwich doesn't compare favorably, it still offered a good overall experience. If nothing else, Paris Banh Mi has menu variety in its favor. In addition to the titular sandwich, there are sandwiches on croissant buns, Korean corn dogs, apps, teas (regular and milk/bubble), coffees, vermicelli bowls, pastries, and more. Whether seeking a snack or a meal, a vegetarian or an omnivore, you will find something here. It also helps that the location is reasonably spacious, brightly lit, and clean. I went with a special combination banh mi (pork roll, jambon, BBQ pork, pate, mayo, and veggies) and a jasmine green iced tea. After placing my order at the counter, there was a very short wait before it was called out for pickup. The sandwich was appreciably larger than banh mi I've had elsewhere, but at $8.25, it was also more expensive. It tasted fine, yet it gave the sense that something was missing: more heat from the jalapeno, more of a pickled flavor from the carrots, more flakiness from the bread. The tea was refreshing (and not at all sweet). Paris Banh Mi wouldn't be my first choice for a banh mi in Greensboro, but its variety and expediency make it a decent option for a fast Coliseum-area meal.

PN1. SPECIAL - PHO DAC BIET

Food: I really enjoyed the Bahn Mi here despite the very generous amount of radish they put. The egg rolls had a good flavor, but despite being cooked, they were on the softer and soggier side. The pho had a flavorful broth and hit the spot. Service: It was just us when we arrived so the service was really good. We were welcomed in, food brought to our table and checked on. Ambiance: The interior is more modern and trendy for the area. I appreciate the cleanliness and organization that they have. Overall I would recommend this place!

An underrated spot for banh mi that I was very happy we stumbled upon. The inside is very spacious and very clean. They have a lot of good options to choose from. The people working there were able to help us fairly quickly and were very quick to bring out all of the sauces and items for our meal. The banh mi that we ordered was fairly large and packed full of meat. Ours didn't come with carrots so it was all daikon for us on top. There were a couple jalapeños in there that were more spicy than I had anticipated but it was overall very good. The pho was decent, but the broth was not as flavorful as I would've liked. The eggrolls were on the smaller size and were fine but there wasn't anything too special about them.

Cute Clean and an over all nice place to eat or pick up a coffee drink or Slushy. We had the new sweet cornflake, Korean corn dog and the egg rolls. Both were very good. I decided on the passionfruit slushy which was So refreshing.

When I first entered, the restaurant was very cute with a lot of options to buy from their shop. There are quite a few unique items to choose from which is pretty cool. I was craving a K dog this day so I ordered the cheese dog and the server was very patient as I looked over the menu to make sure I got exactly the one I wanted. The food didn't take too long, but I enjoyed sitting in their relaxing dining area as I waited for them to work their magic. The outside of the K Dog had a nice crunch and the cheese pull was immaculate!

When you first walk in, it is decorated very nicely!! The staff smiled and greeted my friend and I! There is a screen to order and pay with, but the staff answered every question we had happily! The shredded chicken pho was LOVELY, and I am still dreaming about the broth!

My lunch went very well at Paris Banh Mi. Their menu is simple with a nice variety. My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I could have eaten everything on the menu! It all looked good. The sandwiches looked delicious and they are a nice size. The croissant and burger sandwiches looked tempting. The prices are very reasonable. I chose the B2 sandwich that had pork and fresh veggies. The corn dog was absolutely tasty. Don't forget your dipping sauces at the counter. I washed everything down with a peach fruit tea with boba. The peach tea was fresh and it had real peach chunks in it. This was the first time ever having it this way and there is no going back! The staff were so friendly. Upon arrival we were offered a sample of their donuts that were cream filled. Yummy! Amazing! The tables/chairs were very comfortable. They also sell snacks near the register. They also sold coffee, spring rolls and a variety of desserts. Heck yeah I'm going back.

Went to Paris Banh Mi after church to grab some coffee and it did not disappoint! We tried the egg cream coffee and the sea salt coffee -- both were so good, though a little on the sweet side. The flavors were rich and smooth. Service was good and fast, and the place was nice to sit and enjoy our drinks. Cozy, clean, and welcoming -- definitely a nice spot to relax after a Sunday service or whenever you're in the mood for something different from your usual coffee stop.

I was looking forward to trying this recently opened spot because I really like the Bahn Mi style of sandwich, when done correctly. This is a chain that was begun in Orlando, and now has over 50 locations, most of which are operated by franchisees. In addition to sandwiches, they offer freshly baked baguettes, croissants, cakes and pastries, coffee, teas, and specialty drinks. They do not offer sodas or sweet tea. This location is in a rather new shopping center with plenty of parking. The interior is new, bright and shiny, and is a very modern setup, most definitely typical of many new fast, casual operations. There is interior dining here with functional tables and chairs, comfort is not the priority here! There is no table service, so place your order at the counter and you will be notified when it is ready. I ordered the Pate Jambon which goes for $7.95. I requested the bun be toasted and requested the vegetables on the side, and this was done. My order was out in about 10 minutes. This was a pretty good sandwich, but even with toasting the roll lacked crustiness, and was not quite as flavorful as other such rolls I've tasted. The roll is bigger than other such rolls served in the area, at least 8". The cost is a bit more ( the sandwiches at Banh Mi Saigon are in the $6 to $6.50 range, but are definitely smaller and less well filled) but as so mentioned, it is larger. The pate and mayo combo was tasty, the ham was not the best quality, but the sandwich worked fairly well once the veggies were layered in. They consisted of cilantro sprigs (leaves and stems), carrot and radish matchsticks (barely pickled if at all), a large (think length of the bun), thin slice of cucumber, some sliced jalapeños - no onion. These were fairly fresh tasting, but I would have preferred the cucumber in matchstick form as well, aids both taste and texture. And I would have preferred the carrot and radish be more deeply pickled, as served both were a bit on the bland side! I would definitely return if in the area and looking for a quick meal! Ambiance - 3 Food - 4 Service - 3.5 Value - 4

They are finally open!! Well they are having their soft opening and it is crazy busy! They have pastries in the front and the interior is beautiful. The banh mi was good. Look like it was small but it was filled with ingredients. I got the one with everything (dac biet). So stop by and try!

as you can see the pickled veggies i asked for NOT to be in my banh mi, was in my banh mi...

I order from here quite often. Their banh mi is okay. Their goi cuon is amazing tho which is why I come back. Prices are high tho and Banh Mi Saigon has better. Whenever I order modifications they always get it wrong. I hate pickled veggies and always ask for my banh mi without but they never get it right. One time I had asked them to remake it but they just did a bad job of taking it back then giving it back to me.. the pickled veggies were still there btw. It's cute on the inside but they're at a bad spot tbh which is probably why they don't have as much business as they could have.

I have been exciteddddd to try this place out since the nearest paris banh mi is in Jacksonville ,NC...... They offer different banh mi sandwiches on different kinds of breads. Some banh mi is made with the traditional baguette, croissant, or round buns. In addition, you can order korean corn dogs, a variety of bubble teas and french pastries..!!!! :) The croissant banh mi I tried was delicous.. We finally have one in the triad!!!!!!! I love banh mi sandwiches . I will definitely come here daily, now that we have one in greensboro!

Trash can so full it's bursting. Employees too busy on their phones to take it out.

We were heading to AVL for my bachelorette and throughout the weekend we kept going "GOD THAT RAMEN WAS SO GOOD!" We came on a Wednesday evening. It took a little to get seated and service was on the slower side, but it was worth it. There was a lot of indoor seating and we were seated at a booth. They have mens and womens restrooms at this restaurant. And a lot of free parking out front in their parking lot. We started off with an Alaska roll as an appetizer. This was really delicious! We knew we were off to a great start. I got the black garlic ramen and my best friend got the red spicy oil ramen. We were in heaven. This ramen is beyond delicious. The rich garlicy broth of mine was perfection. Each element was so yummy. I would drive the 3.5 hours back just to get this ramen again. I highly recommend going.

He (an African American male) was treated terribly from the moment he went inside. First, the receptionist acted funny toward him and non-friendly, as if he was stealing someone else's order. That was strike number 1. Then, when he got home, we realized our order was absolutely wrong. We were missing the Spider Rolls and the yellow tail. We spent almost $70 so of course, this was irritating. He called the restaurant on his way to get the missing items and once again, the receptionist was rude. She questioned if he knew what yellow tail and spider rolls looked like. Questioning and insulting his intelligence as a grown man. That was strike number 2. He asked to speak to a manager and he said there wasn't one and he would need to come tomorrow to speak to one....yeah ok. He told her that wouldn't be necessary because he was pulling up to the restaurant in about a minute. When he came in she continued to argue with him about his order and told him, he needed to bring it back...why would he bring back the items that were right in the order, when he was there for the MISSING ITEMS?! Not to mention, that's extremely unsanitary! She would not help him but instead argued so badly with him that the chef had to come out of the kitchen. The receptionist spoke to my husband as if he was a child. She talked to him as if he was a thief and a liar. Strike number 3. The chef then told my husband, he would take care of the missing items for him and to not worry. Now, why couldn't the receptions in treat him with the same respect and dignity that the chef did? I'll tell you why. She racially profiled him because of the demographics of the city where the restaurant is located. She treated him as if he was uncultured, ignorant, and a liar. We will never be back and will be sure to write every single person that matters and leave reviews all over the internet exposing this racist establishment. I will be sure that everyone knows exactly what happens when a black person enters the restaurant.
