I am so glad Paris Baguette has made it to the triangle! This is a bakery and cafe that has a large case of breads and pastries to browse and select on your own. You pile up fancy rolls, croquets, doughnuts, croissants, and more on you tray then pay at then front where you can order some great coffee or tea drinks. Everything looks darling and tastes great. It's always a treat when we go here. Great for a quick bite or to try lots of new pastries and breads.

Amazing little bakery. Great place to work or have a social call. Great pastries. They make my fav Chia iced latte! 10/10! You must try. Great service. 10/10 Everyone is kind and look happy to be at work! I'm here weekly. Support your local businesses folks!

The ham and cheese pastry was really good despite not having as much filling because the croissant was perfect. The sweet potato bread was personally not my favorite but was decent. The seating is a little crowded together but is not too bad.

Dropped by Paris Baguette in Cary on a dreary weekday evening for a quick pick-me-up. It wasn't too busy (just a couple of orders ahead of mine and a handful of tables occupied) but there was a steady stream of folks popping in and out. First impressions: Don't let the exterior fool you. Step inside and it's giving cute Parisian café decor blue, white, and black hues. My Chai latte was four stars. Smooth, flavorful, just the right balance of spice and creaminess. Loved it. The Cream cheese donut was Just okay for me so it gets only 3 stars (I like cream cheese on my bagels, but it wasn't a win on the sugar donut). I probably should've just gone for a plain sugared donut instead -- oh well, maybe next time. Now if you absolutely love cream cheese, please don't let my preferences sway you against trying it! I loved the variety of the pastries, but I'm not a huge fan of the self-serve situation or the single bag where your chosen takeout pastries are all placed (you could probably ask for separate bags if you don't want a sugared pastry touching your butter croissant, etc.), so I'm docking a star for that. At first, I was questioning people opening the display to serve themselves without any assistance from staff and so far away from view of the counter, but it was fine since everyone uses separate tongs. In terms of service, the young woman at the counter was welcoming, and patient. This is a nice option if you want something a little different for a casual pastry date, solo coffee escape, or even a light midday bite. I noticed they have sandwiches and parfaits for folks who aren't necessarily wanting a pastry. Just choose your pastry more carefully than I did. LOL.

A new bakery option for Cary, Paris Baguette is located in a stand-alone building at the front of the plaza where Walnut intersects Cary Towne Blvd. Inside you'll find a long display case of all their sweets/pastries down the center and another section of breads/croissants. Up front you'll find a bunch of cool looking cakes along with slices. I tried their ham and cheese croissant, almond croissant and a slice of strawberry soft cream cake. All pretty tasty but not sure if I would call them standout. Paris Baguette also offers coffees and teas to enjoy with your pastries. A solid option for a leisurely snack!

Food - 5 - It's Paris Baguette. I haven't had anything that wasn't good there in all the locations I've been to. Ambiance - 4 - coffee shop vibes. It can get loud. Perfect place to meet up with friends or to get some work done. Service - 2 - Meh. When I order pastries especially those with cream or powdered sugar, the other Paris Baguette in Brier Creek always boxes it up neatly...keeping the pastries separate as they should be. Here, everything I ordered was just tossed into a paper bag. Would've been better if the employee separated them with deli paper but that wasn't done. Thankfully these pastries are for our own enjoyment & not for a gift.

If you come later in the day, almost All the good pastries are gone like special king doughnuts, cronuts, special mochinuts. I've been three times since they opened and I think this location attracts the king doughnuts and cronuts lovers. They need to make those more. I can't blame them. They are delicious. I got to try the mochi doughnut during the first week and I thought it was too oily than I'm used to from other PB. Maybe they were in a rush? But on my second visit I tried another mochi doughnut and it was better. It wasn't as oily as the first one. I can understand that they are still learning their equipment so it's all good. Improvement, so im happy! However, if you are not into the doughnuts, baked croissant based pastries, then you are in luck. Their croissants are nice and flaky, the pastry cream on point with the sweetness, meaning not sickening sweet like other places. Their nata de pastel is gorgeously smooth and delicious. I like the ambiance of this place. It feels like being in a European bakery with a twist. People are nice. So whether you are in Brier Creek or Cary check them out, try the doughnuts, croissants, or the Asian flair pastries, you might find you will be coming back for more.

It's nice to have a new baked goods option nearby. I was looking forward to trying it out. Paris Baguette is still working on its customer service logistics here, and without improvement, its longevity seems doubtful due to the sparse courtesy in customer interactions. I went for the red velvet. They were sold old. I purchased the strawberry cheesecake and that was delicious and I tried Tiramisu Cake Slice that wasn't my vibe. I did not enjoy this one. Overall, I do recommend but perhaps when the newness dies down a bit.

    | Overview + Great variety of fresh pastries & cakes + Iced Butter Pecan Latte is delicious + Prime location in Cary, NC - Customer service lacks warmth - Seating inside can be tight during busy hours - More ideal for morning (& afternoon?) visits due to limited choices at night | Full Review Located in a prime location at Cary Towne Blvd., the newly-opened Paris Baguette is already becoming one of the hottest spots in the city for pastries, cakes & coffee. The South Korean multinational chain of bakery-cafes has over 4,000 locations worldwide & 200+ locations in the USA, and this new Cary location is just the 2nd in NC (The first one is in Raleigh). The Seoul-based franchise has set its sights on opening 1,000 bakery-cafes in the US by 2030, and I can see why after our first-ever Paris Baguette experience here. My girl & I arrived here around 6:30 PM, and we were surprised to see how the bakery-cafe was packed; almost all the seats inside were occupied. My girl got a tray right away, and got a $3+ coffee-flavored pastry. She was disappointed to see that the center glass case for baked goods was empty, so our choices were kind of limited. That's when we realized that it's more ideal to come here in the morning (and maybe early afternoon). There were no croissants & some of the other pastries left the night we went. The only ones left were mostly cream breads, red bean bread, and cookies. There's also a $4+ pepperoni cheese bread, which made me question, "Why would I pay $4+ for a small piece of pepperoni bread if I could get two large pepperoni pizzas in many pizza places for the same price?" My girl got a medium-sized hot hazelnut coffee & I got a large Iced Pecan Butter Latte. We were satisfied with our coffees. The pecan butter flavor was delicious, and it wasn't too sweet, and the amount of ice was just right. My large coffee cost almost $7 - a price that's worth spending on a rich boba milk tea, so despite how good it was, it's still as pricey as Starbucks. There were no major customer service issues in our first visit, but the frowny face of the cashier didn't match the inviting atmosphere of a classy bakery-cafe. We noticed there's an app for Paris Baguette so we'll try that next time. While my girl was waiting for our pastry to get heated, I was able to find a seat in between two occupied tables. Due to the limited space of its indoor area, the seating here felt cramped; seats were too close apart from each other, so it's not ideal for those who prefer to have a more private conversation with a date, as other customers could easily eavesdrop. There's an outdoor area but it was raining that night, so we had no choice but to sit inside. We enjoyed our coffee while we split the 1 piece of coffee pastry, which wasn't bad but it lacked the coffee flavor we were expecting. Knowing that wasn't enough, I went back to the pastry section and bought 1 order of the 6-piece Mini Grain Cream Cheese Pastry for $4.89. We enjoyed this buttery pastry more than the coffee pastry, and could see ourselves ordering this again. While it'll take us another -preferably morning- visit to share a more complete review of this sweet bakery-cafe, we learned one clear fact: Paris Baguette offers higher-quality items than Dunkin Donuts, Crispy Creme & Starbucks. No wonder it's rapidly expanding in America, and I wouldn't be surprised if the franchise hits its 1,000 bakery-cafes goal by 2030. | Overall Score: 4.0/5

I love that this bakery is self-serve for such a vast variety of baked goods! They have a little something for everyone, sweet and savory; if you're not familiar with the set-up it might even be overwhelming how many options they have, but in a good way. The presentation is great: each pastry has a description card placed in front of the item with the price. You grab a tray, a sheet of wax paper, a set of tongs and start your pastry picking. (*I will say I was pleasantly surprised that ever single item looked well stocked- for noon on a busy Saturday, that was quite impressive!) We decided to purchase a variety and try a few bites of each: Coffee Croissant Donut, Ham & Cheese Pastry, Pastel De Nata, Sticky Milk Buns. Overall, sadly, not alot of flavor in most of the items. The best bite: the Ham & Cheese pastry- the Ham was smoky and top of the croissant was well seasoned. The pastel de nata was a mini pastry crust with custard- not much flavor. The Coffee Croissant Donut looked like it would be worth the million calories- coated in cinnamon sugar, with all the buttery layers & I didn't realize it was sliced in half, with a coffee creme in the middle! Sadly this was the most disappointing item, b/c it looked SO good... while the layers were quite buttery, it just didn't have much flavor. The sticky milky buns- a mini bread loaf, with a sweetened milk brushed over the top... tasted like really good Hawaiian Rolls, with a hint of sweet.. I recommend taking them home, slicing them up and toasting them in a toaster oven & having as a dinner roll- those were pretty darn good. The customer service was fast and attentive. There is seating inside and some seating outside in the patio as well. Overall, I would recommend giving this place a try- even if it's just to experience the unique nature of the cafe.

As a fan of Paris Baguette, I was excited to see they opened a new location in Cary. I stopped by on my way to work and selected a variety of tasty treats to share with coworkers. Similar to local panaderias and Brecotea, the pastries are self serve from the display cases. Grab a clean tray and tongs and select your desired treats. It may have been the time of day or because they opened recently, but it took a long time to check-out. There were maybe 6 customers in front of me and it seemed like enough employees were working. I'm sure efficiency will improve over time. Paris baguette also serves coffee and tea that can be ordered at the counter. Only part that irritated me and other customers was the one box rule. No matter how many items were ordered you were only allowed one small box (fits 2-3 pastries). This made it difficult to share the pastries at work and keep the pastries intact. I understand not wanting to be wasteful, but maybe have a larger box option available? It's a bit of a drive for me so if I return I'd bring my own container. My co-workers and I did enjoy each of the pastries. Paris baguette is located in a shopping center with ample parking. Overall, an aesthetically pleasing shop filled with numerous delicious, delicate pastries.

Today was my second time this week of eating way too many pastries at Paris Baguette! I arrived at 10AM on a snowy morning. Freshly ground coffee with delicious pastries shared with a girlfriend made for a wonderful morning! The small loaf of sweet pull-apart bread was delicious. The ham and cheese croissant was also fantastic. When paying at the register, you can request to have anything heated up. Be sure to download the PB app on your phone to get rewards!

Iced Salted Caramel Pretzel Matcha Latte

God forbid I order a drink even when it's slow? They all gather at the register and side eye me and slowly nod as if you're making a 5* gourmet drink .. march 2nd 2026, 4:40pm , didn't even bother to look at me and tell me the drink would be ready soon, at this point I don't know why apply to work at a cafe if you can't even fake customer service attitude..

    Sweet and savory!

Small selection in comparison to Preston Corners location, but still good quality. Delicious bakery items as you would expect from La Farm and very friendly helpful staff encountered here. The Deets: I had the chance to go by this location of La Farm Bakery near downtown Cary on Chatham St a couple of times during the past holiday season. I had walked over first to see about getting some gift baskets shipped to friends for the holidays but found out upon entering that they only handle shipping at the Preston Corners/Cary Parkway location. I was surprised as this location had such a large footprint with being the size of a grocery store but most of that size is used for the actual baking/storage itself it appears. The bakery service/cafe at this location is pretty small but nice and clean, with the only sitting area only outside with no actual inside seating to enjoy any purchases. There is not a dedicated inside sit-down cafe experience here. The actual selections on the shelves available seem in less volume than say their Preston Corners location (on my second visit here I wound up going to Preston Corners again for the items I wanted for a holiday party I was to attend). The same, still delicious, baked items in their display case as well as coffee/beverages are available here and still as enjoyable which earns most of their four stars here. Luckily the second visit I made here was on a warmer day so the outside seating could be utilized if you wanted to eat there. Another reason for their four stars here is the great positive attitude and friendly demeanor of the staff here. Even though they could not help me with my shipping of gift baskets on the first visit when I inquired, I was offered coffee while I waited for my ride share to take me to the Preston Corners location and that was greatly appreciated. The small cafe at the downtown Cary of La Farm Bakery is a nice stop for bakery items and goodies but for more of the full "La Farm experience" for gifts etc. then you may want to start out at the Preston Corners/Cary Parkway location. I may have had more of a 3.5 star full experience here, they get to those 4 stars with the deliciousness of the La Farm baked goods and the friendly helpful staff I encountered.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly and served with genuine kindness. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. It feels like the kind of place where you can slow down, sit across from someone you love, and actually enjoy your coffee. We ordered an espresso, a latte, a chocolate croissant, and a lemon pastry. Everything was fresh. The croissant had crisp, flaky layers on the outside and a soft, buttery texture inside. The lemon pastry was bright and balanced, not overly sweet. The espresso was strong and smooth. The latte was well crafted and comforting. Service was quick without feeling rushed. The space was clean. The overall experience was simple and well done. If you are in downtown and want good coffee, fresh pastries, and attentive service, Once in a Blue Moon Bakery and Café is worth your visit. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will return. On the positive side, the flavors themselves were solid overall. The icing was tasty, and while the cake was decent, it leaned a bit dry, which was already giving us pause given this was meant to showcase their best work. What really ended the conversation for us was a major quality issue. Two of the icing sample balls each had a very long hair in them. It was immediately noticeable and extremely off-putting. At that point, we lost confidence and couldn't bring ourselves to continue sampling, let alone consider trusting them with something as important as a wedding cake. Between the dryness of the cake and the hair issue, we ultimately decided to go in a different direction. Not terrible flavor-wise, but the experience as a whole was disappointing and fell short for such a high-stakes purchase.
