Great location for a Paris baguette. It's been here on eighth Avenue for a while and it still is very clean and put together. And there's 3 or 4 around tables to sit at. And then there's also some counter seats available. For the most part, very clean. I love their strawberry filled croissants and their sweet potato toast. If their toast is not available on the shelf, make sure you ask and they can pull you one from the back, but it might not be sliced. read more

This is the best location I've visited so far. Everything always seems fresh and they have a large selection of pastries. The selection does dwindle down towards the end of the day. My friends and I stopped by this place for dessert after having dinner in the area I was happy they were still open. The pastries in the display cases looked so yummy. My husband and I got the last 2 King Cream Donuts. I personally enjoyed the Cookie butter Latte King Cream Donut. It had espresso icing and that just made my night. The football donut was good too. The service was good. We sat down and enjoyed our pastries and beverages. The ambiance was chill; I think it was near closing time so it wasn't crowded. My sister and I were walking down 8th Avenue (across the street, specifically) when the bright blue "Paris Baguette" sign caught my attention, and then, of course, being the curious people we are, we had to take a quick peek inside. At first glance, in terms of interior design, bread and pastry price, selection, and display, this location is not all that different from the other Manhattan and Queens locations. That said, this branch is much smaller in comparison to the other branches, and traffic can get especially congested near the door, where people are entering, exiting, and picking up trays, tongs, and wax paper. Anyhow, my sister loves their cream cheese pastries, so we got one of those along with a sweet rice donut for my father, and a peach iced tea for myself. Some of our other top favorites include the ham & cheese pastry, ham & brie everything, pastry frank, and matcha croissant (many of which I didn't see in the store today). I travel to come here. It's more then worth it! Very crowded area, near impossible to park but worth it. The quality of the products are unbelievable! Ham and cheese , all the pastries, coffee, place is really nice. People complain about the prices, it's not that more expensive then dunkin doughnuts, and on par with Starbucks which maybe more $ yet people don't complain. I think that place is just OK considering the pastries and food that they offer. We order a peach iced tea, mango donut, mochi donut, creampuffs, and a coffee. The peach iced tea is really nice and refreshing and I definitely would 100% recommend this on a hot summer day or if you're needing something refreshing. The other pastries were just OK. They seemed pretty fresh, but not the freshest. Everything else was just OK. We also have gotten several cakes from here and I really do like their cakes, especially the tiramisu one. The service is pretty good the workers get your food, packed, and drinks ready as fast as possible. The ambience of this place they really try to make it feel like you're in Paris. I got the NY styled cheesecake,strawberry mochi donuts,lemon Boston donuts,and a chocolate chip cookie all for $20.I don't recommend the donuts if you're taking them home.When I finally got the chance to eat the donuts their frosting was melting.I just ate them like it was,the frostings were very...I'm not sure how to say it..strong and too sweet ??The bread was very soft thought for both of the Boston and mochi donuts. The NY styled cheese cake was amazing personally.It was very thick and filling.But the strawberry,leave (?),and chocolate felt very unnecessary. I was excited when I found out that Paris baguette opened a store here on 8av but it's seem like it's still under construction? I passed by the first time I went because it look like construction was still pending, then the next day I realized that the store was towards the back of the store. WTH? What's with all the boards in the front?? I got the mocha cake while waiting in the tiny area between the 2 cake displays. So it seems like all their cakes are stored in the basement. It's nice that they provide you 3 candles, a cake cutter and a bday card, maybe due to the fact that the cake has a hefty price tag? The interior is much better than previous year it opened. This is their 2nd opening. The interior is a lot brighter and opened compared to the past. There is a good variety of pastries, baked goods, sandwiches, cakes, and drinks. You can get your baked good reheated. The people who took my order forgot to make my drink and to retrieve my reheated pastry. I have to have another employee to retrieve it and make my drink. Maybe the other employee is new. It wasn't busy when I went on an early afternoon weekend. The pastry tastes about the same in other locations. I got the hot matcha latte and it taste sweet that's all.
