Unfortunately, we got a sample jar instead of an unopened jar of blackberry jam. We didn't catch this until we were on the ferry heading out of Bremerton. Bummer. I was going to chuck the jar and call it a day but hubby told me to give them a call. Since the festival was over the Labor Day weekend, I had to cool my heels and wait. When I did call, I had to leave a message but Rick called me back right away, responding that someone else had the same experience at the festival but they were able to correct it there. We offered to pay for shipping but they were real pros. The *next day* we received a FedEx'd replacement. The jam was excellent, too. You can bet we won't make that mistake again but we're so glad that they stepped up and gave us a replacement product. We're fans!

I stumbled across Avenue Catering and was very impressed with Cindy and her team. She was responsive to my phone calls and emails, and followed through with everything she promised. She was very flexible in helping me tailor the menu, and even accommodated a vegan meal for one of our guests. The food exceeded our expectations. Everything was cooked to perfection and the guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious everything was. They were reasonably priced, delivery was punctual and the team was professional and friendly. I will definitely hire Avenue Catering again for any future parties.

This family-run operation is located in the beer garden at Farmstrong Brewing. Their food is what I'd call "elevated food truck," with a rotating, bistro-style menu often featuring the freshest and most in season ingredients. While I've never had a bad bite here, the star of the show is definitely their mac 'n cheese. Their sandwiches, tacos, and Asian-inspired dishes hit home runs as well. The best part is, everything they serve pairs well with any of Farmstrong's delish beers or house-brewed ciders. Most recently, I had their smash burger tacos paired with a La Raza Mexican Lager - oh yeahhhh! They also have many vegetarian options, and if you're not too hungry you can't go wrong with their crispy fries.

We shared the bulgogi sandwich which was super flavorful and just cheesy enough. I would suggest sharing a sandwich if you can because it was quite heavy. I would really suggest the garlic fries There is a lot of seating inside but my friend and I did not stay. It reminded me of a fast casual place. Overall a good sandwich spot !
